Tony, Liam and the crew did a fantastic job on our pond installation. We could not be happier with the finished project and the team that came out to work on it. They worked hard, long hours to get it done and kept their work area as tidy as possible at the end of each day. We would highly recommend you consider them for your pond and waterfall needs!

The staff is very helpful to help you find what your looking for or offer ideas if your not sure what you want. Even if your not interested in actually installing a pond in your landscaping this is an interesting store to just go in and browse around.

Ive been using Pondscape for years to clean my outdoor pond, and they always do a great job. The service techs are friendly, respectful, and hardworking. The store is very knowledgable about indoor /outdoor fish, plants, and pond maintenance.

WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!I called for a simple warranty replacement for my pond pump. I was told that if I gave them my credit card info they would send the new pump immediately. I did. They did not. I called 10 times and each time they assured me that the pump was on the way. After 1.5 weeks they said it shipped from another warehouse...after 2 weeks they admitted it had not shipped at all!?! The promised to get it out ASAP. The proceeded to send it to the wrong address under the wrong name (so UPS will not release it to me). These guys are incompetent and dishonest. Look elsewhere!
