Powerhouse does really good work and at reasonable prices. They fixed the deck belt on my Cub Cadet the same day I stopped by. Nice to have a repair shop near my home.

Called to find out if they could remove a stripped bolt for a lawnmower blade, the cost, and how quickly it could be done. The woman who answered the phone was of no help - just kept saying how she didnt know. After numerous attempts to get an answer she said I would need to ask the boys in the service department - so I asked to speak with them, only to be told No, they are busy. Just drop off your mower and well see what we can do. The whole point of calling is so I know it will be done by a certain time and what I am paying. My time is just as valuable as your service techs and this is not how to treat customers seeking information. Why even have a telephone in your business?

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!HAD MY MOWER PICKED UP ON A EARLY FRIDAY AFTERNOON,WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DONE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.I CALLED ON MONDAY TO SEE ABOUT MY MOWER, WAS TOLD, WAITING ON THE PARTS...TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, PASSES, AND STILL HEARD NOTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS, COME THURSDAY, I DECIDED TO CALL, SINCE THEY DIDNT HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL ME,WAS TOLD, THE PARTS WERE JUST ORDERED ON MODAY!MY QUESTION IS, WHY WASNT IT ORDER THAT FRIDAY AFTERNOON, PLUS THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATED BETWEEN $175- TO $180.FOR A PUSH MOWERTHEIR BIG TIME SCAMMERS.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I had the great experience of dealing with this great co. my lawn mower had been sitting for about 3 years I took it to powerhouse equipment I was greeted by people who made me feel right at home they did an excellent job on my mower Ill take it to them forever if I need more service.

Had my weed whacker for almost 4 weeks. Picked it up and it still does exactly what it was dropped off for. Dont waste you time with these people.

Dropped my mower off over a week ago and just NOW got a call saying theyre not able to even look at it. They couldnt have told me that from day one?(I completely understood that it was the 4th. But I pointed out the safety switch wasnt hooked up when I drop it off to make sure that it could be worked on) my review isnt one of the buisness just my one experience
