One of the nicest shopping experiences I had ever! The gentleman who helped me, I believe the owner, although not sure, was a gem!! I brought an old lamp I had purchased, and he recognized that some crystal dangles were missing off of the top of the base, so he said let me see what I have in the back, and he came out and he put the lovely crystal dangles on for me and he helped me pick out a beautiful shade... If anyone is looking for a top notch lamp shopping experience you will not find a better place than Bermann Electric. Ive been patronizing them for years and look forward to many more. Honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced. I looked everywhere for lighting for our historic home and was so frustrated with the big box stores (no help,no knowledge of product, etc) When I walked into Bermann I was immediately greeted by the NICEST man that was so willing to help and explain his beautiful, unique products. This place literally shows why shopping locally at the family owned stores trumps big box every time. Highly recommend
