Scott the main boss is by far the most poorly put together sorry excuse of a wanna be leader Ive ever came across in any industry. He has no management or leadership skills what so ever. His insecurities and lack of confidence show through with the way he belittles his employees and loses his temper with them in situations he doesnt even know the full spectrum of the situation yet. He is reactive not proactive at all and he knows he doesnt have the skill set to execute the job in a intelligent manor and he gets frustrated with his lack of qualifications and just starts showing his ignorance by his insecure actions of pure anger and half thought out tyraids. From what i hear from all the employees and shop manager is that his contract is up at the end of the year and ownership is terminating him for non performance and being in over his head in a position way too advanced for his primitive skills. Do not work for this company if he is still there playing CEO he thinks insulting people and pissing them off is how you manage thats just because he doesnt have the IQ level high enough to develop and motivate his employees like a true manager is suppose to. I dont hate the man because no man can bring me down that low to his level to hate him. I more so pity him because he actually thinks hes a sharp guy and better then everyone else. It takes a real special kind of low caliber brain waves to be that far behind leadership and just common sense wise in life.

I would give them a ZERO if it was possible. They lure you in with all kinds of promises then do not deliver. Very Stressful work environment!! Scott who is the Main boss has MANY issue with his attitude and daily work habits. one day hes fine, next day hes pissing everyone off with his better than you attitude. was there 114 days with no problem, they just want to keep you a temp with no benefits so they make up reason to fire you
