Very poor experience with this location. Called 3 weeks ahead to reserve a moving truck for 3.2.19. Came day of moving went to pick up the truck to find out the lady that took my rsvp screwed up the dates and I had no truck. I will not use this uhaul location ever again. I was able to call the warren location and get a van with no issues, in which the youngstown location should have done for me.

One day the staff were very mannerable the next day it was like it was a totally different place! While trying to purchase boxes or check for free ones we had excellent service and no problems. When returning the truck though we had some of the worst service Ive received @ a business. Employees were VERY rude and ARGUMENTATIVE!!!

The trucks are always clean. Never had any issues with my storage or picking up and returning a truck.

Credit card machine wasnt working. Cashiers kids were running around, causing trouble. I was made to leave to pay cash. Very unorganized. Avoid this place if you can.
