They were very professional and willing to work with payment when we went in for a large oil leak. We have also taken our cars there four other times and they have worked quickly and never held onto the car long.

Quoted price (over the phone) for a complete front brake job and was given a different price almost double as previous quote. We decided not to go with the repair and picked up the vehicle. Was told (at time of pickup) that quote on phone was misquoted and they could give a better price once vehicle was disassembled, which ment they gave us a quote without looking at the vehicle. Took it to another place and found out pads and rotors were fine, it was a bad master cylinder (which was 1/3 the price of the original first quote)....Update: Person at company who reviewed comment decided to harass my daughter into taking down my review, scared her enough to make her upset with a one star review. Unfortunately the review was written by her father, not her. Will not go into a argument over a review, just wanted to warn people of their service. You need to decide as to whether you would want someone with a single bad review to harass you if his service did not meet your expectations and judge whether the quality of his response resembles the quality of his work and go with your judgement...funny how he has nothing but 4 or 5 star reviews, how many other people did you harass for a better review?

Left my car there to be repaired and when I came to pick it up it was broken into and ransacked I went into the shop and asked for my money back and they said NO!!! How could you allow someone to break into someones vehicle that they left in YOUR CARE!!!! And then have the audacity to not give them their money back!!!!!!

Absolutely the best! Im always very hesitant when taking my car in, but these guys made it totally painless. They were very upfront and honest, something you dont see often in auto repair. Brought the car in for sway bars and an exhaust issue. The sway bars were WAY more reasonable than what the dealership wanted, and done so quickly, too! Sadly, I will need to go to the dealership for the exhaust repair, but again, they were very upfront and honest about that. They even recommended a dealership to have the work done at. As someone who HATES taking their car in for service, I will DEFINITELY be taking my business here again. Five stars to Mohammed and his crew!

Laith helped me out today! My car kept overheating, I thought it was going to be really bad but he took it back and looked at it right away. Not from that company after repairs were done, 3 hours later my engine light comes back on but they wanted to charge me $95 to diagnose it after the spending $1,200. Went to Auto have they checked out the vehicle for your charge, gave me their opinion on it and Im quite satisfied I will definitely go back looks like they may have a regular customer. My wheel bearing blew out after arriving in Ypsilanti. Called on Saturday morning they got me in that day and had it on the lift in a few minutes. They were friendly, welcoming and professional. The job took longer than they expected and called me and updated me on what they were doing and what was needed to be done. One of the techs came in on Sunday to finish everything and it was all ready Monday morning. Price was good and service was great. would recommend anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable garage.

I took my car there for a diagnostic. I dropped it off before noon on Friday. The person told me it would take most of the day for them to get to it. As closing time came close, I realized no one had called so I called. The person I spoke to told me that the car was working fine and the check engine light wasn’t on. I know for a fact that check engine light was on when I dropped the car off. So he asked if they could keep it overnight to see if there were any problems in the morning because it would be cooler. I said OK. I called the next morning around 10 AM because I had not heard from anyone. Someone else answered the phone and said it was being looked at but I believe there was a fuel pump. I said OK please call me back once they figure out what it is. Wait a couple more hours, no callback. I called and spoke to I believe the person I spoke to the night before. He said that was a different Ford escape and my car was fine. No check engine light and it started right up. I went to pick it up. The guy said no charge just give us a good review. When I got in, it did not start right away and the check engine light was on. I went back inside and told him that something was still not right with my car. He asked but did it start. I said yeah after two tries. Another mechanic came out of the back and told me to bring it in so he can check the check engine light. That other mechanic asked me what was going on with the car and I explained everything. He is the one that said what he thought it might’ve been. The code for the check engine light was exactly what he thought it was. I told him I asked him if everything was checked and I was told it was fine. I was told there was no check engine light. Then I was told the person who check my car was young and didn’t have any experience. I ask why didn’t no one check his work if you know that he is young and does not have any experience. That does not make any sense to me. At that point I left. I will not take my car back there anymore. If you do make sure they don’t have the person who does not have any experience work on your car because they don’t double check what he is doing.Edit: I spoke to the owner. To my understanding there isn’t a young inexperienced mechanic working. I was just told that. I stand by what I said in my review. I asked about the check engine light because it turned on after my car stalled. I was told 2 times it wasn’t on even though it was when I dropped it off and picked it up. I would’ve rather been given a list of possibilities than lied to by the staff and the owner treating me like I am the one who is lying. No, I wasn’t charged anything because the guy in the front asked me to give a good review.I have absolutely nothing to gain in this situation.

Lana, the woman who assisted me, was super up-front and honest during the whole process and the services were done exactly as described. They use BG products too, which is big plus for me. I usually work on my own vehicle when possible, but Ill definitely be coming back for future work that I cant or dont want to do on my own. Well worth it!

This place is AMAZING! During this pandemic, my car broke down but they fixed my car the same day and what really impressed me was their honesty and integrity. After the car was fixed, I was surprised that it cost me much less than what they initially told me. This is purely because they were 100% honest and told me the problem wasn’t as extensive as they initially thought. I have told all my family and friends about them and how I was treated with such a personal touch.

Had my brakes done there and was very impressed with the time it took them to do them. In less than one hour I had my rotors and pads replaced. Performance of the new brakes were excellent and they were very quiet too. The waiting area was clean and large as well. Will definitely recommend for good job well done. I took my Mercury Milan on Thursday 8/13/20. The car was overheating. It was afternoon, and they told me they wouldnt be able to check it until Friday. I expected as much, so that was fine.The next day Mohammed called and told me that I would need a hose and a water pump. It would be about $650 for everything. Thats what I was afraid of. Mohammed told me he could do it for $600. What are you going to do, right? I told him to go ahead and take care of it. He said he would order the water pump from the dealer as soon as he hung up.Later that day, Mohammed called and told me the dealer wouldnt be delivering until Tuesday. Thats not his fault. Ive been around. Sometimes, it just works that way. He told me he would have it done before Tuesday closing. The final price would be $574.On Monday 8/17, Mohammed called me in the morning and said that the pump had come earlier than expected, but the car was done. He said they discovered another leak. Traced it back to a hose. The cost to me would be a little over fifty bucks.Holy cow!This means that he ordered the pump, paid for it, and then he has to return it. Not to mention get the money back. He could have put the pump in, charged me, and I never would have known the difference. From the final price quote, I paid about $525 less.In these days, you dont know who to trust. I flat out asked him Did you just tell me that to get this out of your hair? Stupid question, really. He took in fifty bucks instead of 600. Besides, it would simply overheat again very soon. Then Mohammed said If it starts overheating anytime soon, bring it in, and hell take care of it. For free.Finally, there was this: I decided I would take a drive. See if there were any issues. My tire pressure light came on. I called Auto Ave. Mohammed told me to bring it down, he would check the pressures and top them off. Wow, thanks.Mohammed and Auto Ave showed great communication, great attitude, and great professionalism. I will go back to them. I recommend them highly. Thank you, gentlemen.Five stars.

Took our car in to find out what was wrong. They said they were going to wave the inspection fee. They tell me whats wrong and I come to pick it up because I need to decide what to do. They charge me the inspection fee because I didnt have them fix anything and they have to pay their worker. I would have no problem of I was told that from the beginning. Do not go here.

Terrible... Terrible.... Terrible.... Unprofessional mechanic and a improper diagnosis of my vehicle. I had to miss days of work and a Dr appointment due to them not fixing my car the first. I waited 2 hrs for them to find what they so called missed the first time, just to leave and have a worse sound from the exact same spot. Third time(Same Problem - Same Side) they charged me more money stating that they found more problems wrong with my car. Now since I payed more money I still have a grinding sound from the .(Same Side) Three times and more money payed out, I will not go back. Its time to take this situation another direction.
