Went into the store to pick up a new router and work shirt, and was checked out by a lovely cashier named Brooklyn. She was very kind and helpful even though the store was busy and customers were irrationally impatient. Overall great experience with a great cashier!

Love shopping here as a normal customer. Recently started working for Shipt, and have had a great experience, until today; with the young lady who was at the only lane available before noon today. I understand that I have to sign for stuff now, as a shipt shopper, but was not accustomed to it; since I haven’t had to before. I didn’t appreciate her tone and hurriedly giving me direction. I hope in future, other Shipt shoppers won’t experience that, especially since both companies are owned by the same people.

Employees too lazy to find an answer to a simple question. Thats fine, we will just shop elsewhere which we will do going forward.

The store had so many empty shelves? Also the parking lot had ice cover...in Michigan we usually expect ice clean up within 24 hours of a weather event and this had been much longer. Also the store clerk was more interested in stocking shelves than pointing me to holiday popcorn tins...

One of the best Targets

Went here to buy a frame noticed some looked a little rough, Had to dig through their frames section to find one that wasnt too roughed up. Got the best looking one opened the packaging when I got home, frame was completely broken on one side. Why are they putting out broken product? If it comes in damaged it shouldnt make it out to the floor. They just dont care at this location. Not even going to bother with the hassle of returning it, Ive allowed myself to be burned by this location too many times with stuff like this and out of date product in their grocery section plus the staff here is either undertrained or to busy to help you. Go anywhere else to get stuff.

I love Target. I love the whole shopping experience. I love the huge selection of merchandise, the sales prices. I always discover new things at Target that I cant find elsewhere. I am always pleasantly surprised.

Love target but they’ve seem to employ a long of young people who don’t understand how to wear the mask. On your chin or even having your nose exposed does not do anything good. I don’t feel safe coming into this store. I understand how hard it is to talk with them on and that it gets hot, but at least go where there’s no customers at least. The wrong person will get very upset by this and you could be out of a job. Please target show them how to wear their masks properly! Some of us are shopping for those that are immunocompromised and can’t afford to be the ones who get sick

It’s been years, Target - how are you still the only store with a self-checkout that double scans items, requiring staff to come and undo the transaction? Literally every other store with a self-checkout has solved this problem. Staff is great, as always - the problem is with Target’s lack of interest in meeting the modern world head on.

Everything as easy.. online and in store. In and out in 5 minutes. Two people at the desk and helped me.

The store was very clean and i could tell they were taking this pandemic seriously. When i walked it there was an employee that first off greeted me, then proceeded to sanitize a shopping cart for me (this employee also did this for the person in front or me and behind me) All employees that i saw were wearing a mask CORRECTLY, which is pretty nice to see considering everytime ive gone to kroger there either didnt have a mask or only had it over there mouth.

I have to stay away from this store and allow myself to o go once a month. I spend WAY too much when I do go. The staff is always available to help even before you Ask!! Even the seasonal staff is courteous and helpful. So when I do treat myself to a TARGET RUN Ill probably spend $200+ on just stuff no big ticket tf items.

There seems to be a continuous decrease in the amount of registers that are open and a reliance on the self checkout now. We went in to pick up a few items and the line was 2/3 of the way to the back of the store

Although the Target store in Ypsilanti, Michigan, was very clean when I visited this morning, very few employees were wearing masks (25% or so). Target claims on its website that it provides masks and gloves for its employees but does not say it requires employees to wear them. Why not? As a senior citizen, when I enter a store and many people are not wearing masks my impulse is to turn around and walk out. I should have done that today. However, I will not go back to this Target store until the virus pandemic is over. Sorry, Target, you’ll have to go on without me and the $150.00 I usually spend on groceries. Shame on you, management, for not requiring all employees to at least wear masks!

Were new to Michigan, and this Target (Pittsfield Township) really nice. Our cashier was very friendly and efficient, excellent customer service! We look forward to shopping here again soon.

I love the Cartwheel app and the cashiers are nice. But make sure you watch the prices as theyre rung up; they dont always match the prices scanned in the Cartwheel app. I love the renovations at the Carpenter Rd. store. Great improvement in the ladies restroom!

The drive up is a horrible way to shop at this location. I ordered one item of baby cough medicine and it took them over 2 hours to get it ready. If I didn’t have my babies with me I would have gone in.

It was quick, easy, and contactless, which is good during these times. I had made a sign for my trunk that thanks all the employees working for these pick-up services for all the work they are doing to keep those of us staying home going (especially me since I am immunocompromised and have an autoimmune condition and have to quarantine at home to stay safe) and I know the man today dropping my stuff in my trunk got a kick out of it. It made me happy knowing I hopefully made someones day better. I really thank you for doing this for us. It really takes a lot of anxiety off of me, which is helpful in these stressful times. I really really appreciate it. You are really helping people like me out so much! It means the world to me! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you! I cannot thank you enough for doing this service.

Quick fast and easy transaction

As a disabled person, Target keeps he same layout unlike similar stores that actually change layouts every few months (something a person who isnt disabled wouldnt pay attention to). I also prefer smaller target stores as they are easier to navigate with my service dog. Staff is always very helpful when i ask where a department is (if I havent been in that area of the store recently I will forget how to get there), and helping us if we need it. Sammys Mom

Great target. My only complaint is most of the cashiers I️ have had have no idea how the cartwheel app works or what promotions are going on throughout the store. So multiple times, right after checking out I’ve had to go to the returns/help people to get the proper promotion applied to my purchase.

My rating is for targets customer service very bad experience talking to them over the phone and not this store specifically.I placed an order for my sons birthday for store pickup and for some reason I got a mail it will be delivered to a different state, tried to cancel a few hours later via phone they said they can’t do that although order still didn’t ship or process.For online orders I would recommend Walmart or obviously Amazon better support and you get results not excuses.Nothing worst then a customer having to pay for the mistake of a the service provider.

This Target is my second home. Clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have produce, cold and frozen food, Starbucks and cafe. The highlight is the pharmacy staff who is amazing at customer service.

This store cannot ring up customers properly. My bill has been run up improperly the last 3 times I have been there, and in all cases I was over charged.Today I was rung up for 19 of something 1 bought 3 of, and the only way to correct this is to drive back up there and have them fix it. Getting old quick.

Its a target. Its not the nicest one Ive been to and its certainly not the worst.The store is generally clean, if a little dusty in some places.The staff is friendly but generally pretty lacking in product knowledge. If you have questions about a specific item, they usually cant tell you more than just where it is in the store.

Literally was just rushed out off this store 1 MINUTE after 11 PM. Was in a checkout lane before announcing they are closing AND turning all the lights off, and not even a minute after that some kid comes over to tell us they just closed. Obviously. Can I collect my stuff to check out? Ive been in customer service for over 10 years and NEVER have I ever asked a customer to leave my store after closing. EVER. Maybe get a new job if youre working in retail and trying to rush out as soon as youre closed...

Although I love the new look and Target is one of my favorite places to shop, I am appalled by the lack of choices in makeup for brown skin. Out of the many brands stocked in this store, only 2 have any shades for African American skin tones. This lack of choice is extremely insensitive to the many people of color that live near and shop in this Target. I understand it’s almost impossible to cater to every shade, and am used to having to blend 2 shades, however, such an extremely small selection in such a huge department is unacceptable!

I like Target. The only issue is I was looking for little girl clothes. I was looking for things that are pretty and girly. The selection for the girls clothing was very androgynous with a hit of a punk rock vibe. My 4 year old wasnt a fan and neither was I.

We were at the self check out with lots of check out items. Jessy the cashier went above and beyond to help us during the checkout process. She is VERY friendly and professional.

My favorite Ann Arbor store for everyday items. The store is always spacious, well-organized and clean. Easy parking and low prices.

Great for avoiding the long Walmart checkout lines but their produce wasnt very good I dont think they go through it quick enough. Meat has been fine though. Other than fresh food a good place to do household shopping for non perishables and clothing and electronics.

Great store. It is always VERY clean and organized!! I feel clean walking in here. Also, this is one of my favorite places for black friday. Its so neatly set up!!!! Also cant forget, the employees... they are FANTASTIC. all of them. Even with all of the chaos of black friday going on, the employees stay calm and collected when it comes to ridiculous customers. I watched a man go insane on customer service for, what i picked up on, was something really stupid. The ladies stayed calm and did what they could to (attempt) to keep said man relaxed through the process. Love this store and the people who make this place beautiful.

Always checking the dollar spot and now it is kept in better condition than it use to be. Wish they carried more products in beauty/hair care for women of color. However, customer service has always been friendly and helpful!!

FOOD AVE IS DEAD. LET IT STAY DEAD. Starbucks is on point. The food selection isnt always perfect, but as far as I can tell its because the management doesnt give the staff enough time to get things from the freezer to the floor. The staff has already been super helpful. Never had a single problem with anyone there not doing their best, even on their off days.

One of my main local shopping destinations. Good store. It was renovated to include a much bigger grocery selection (though I cant say I typically buy groceries here.)

Another Target. Theres a pizza hut and Starbucks coffee inside the store. Ample parking and easy access. Store associates are nice but finding one when you need help would be difficult.

Nicely kept. Good selection of things you expect in a target. Great for swim suits and my favorite placs for school/office supplies. Small but nice grocery section.

On the phone with Target customer service for an entire hour, and still did not sort out the problems with my Target card because I kept being transferred to different departments. Having a Red Card is simply not worth it - you spend hours trying to sort out the smallest details, only to save an extra 3% more than you would have on a 2% cashback credit card. Complete waste of time.

Very clean place, organized and their prices were even cheaper on some school supplies than WALMART! Impressed, and the employees were very friendly too. They even provide scholarships to their student employees, must start shop there more often for helping community.

I prefer this Target location to the Ann Arbor location because it seems to have more to offer. This may be because it is a bigger store, but I do recommend this stores home goods section. They also had a large pet section the last time I visited.

Manager Brian is an embarrassment to Target and retail in general. Totally unprofessional. I would recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

Kind of ghetto like especially some of their employees. I just arrived from Arizona and am use to the friendly atmosphere that Target provides so I was disappointed when I came to this one. Not a normal Target where the environment is friendly and filled with normal people with exceptional customer service. Which is why some people prefer Target to Wal Mart. Their corporate also needs to add some self check out lines to this store. However though their sales floor was very nice and clean they just need to work on their front end a bit more and hire more friendly employees with better customer service skills.

I love shopping at Target. This store location is just perfect and they keep this store clean. I never have a hard time finding an employee to help me out when I need one either.
