Good luck trying to get a prescription filled here. They take forever to refill, will drag you around telling you each time you call that itll be in tomorrow (it never is) and then just cancel your refills without notifying you. If you have urgent life-depending medication I would strongly suggest another pharmacy.

Highly upset, came in to get household supplies and formula. The manager followed my family around the whole store and at checkout. Made us feel highly uncomfortable. Sad because we come here a lot to spend our hard earned money just to be racially profiled. Not every black person steals. We have money just like anyone else.

This place has THEE WORST customer service imaginable!!!! Avoid coming here for ANY reason! Their service is so bad that Ive literally had someone that works here try to convince me to not buy something I came there specifically to get... ive had them be unsuccessful at filling a script of mine TWICE, with a 40minute wait the first time, & I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MEDICINE! no really, go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

This review is for the covid 19 testing drive up specifically. I have been to several testing sites due to my at risk job. I have been to horrible, scary, unsafe, poorly run tests sites . It seems no one knows how to do this safely. WOW ! finally! This test site was run efficiently and safely, for the person getting tested, as well as the person doing the testing . Very organized. Clean. Safe. Simple. Fast. Had results within 3 hours ! Thank you to all the wonderful people who literally risk their life to help stop the spread. Thank you thank you 😊

We just had a very positive experience at this pharmacy. I am a fourth year pharmacy student myself, so I know when a pharmacist, tech, or clerk is putting in some extra time to help. This team helped my girlfriend explore ways to lower the cost of her medication and did so with a very kind demeanor. Thank you! I wish I knew the name of the woman working the drive through. She deserves recognition.

Took 3 days to get my son asthma meds then they say it will be ready by 2:30 I went after work at 6:15 and no meds were filled for him so I had to wait then they tell me they dont have one of his medications on top of that the staff didnt seem to care that my 7 year old son needs his medicine to freaking breathe no one apologized for the inconvenience or anything simply unprofessional and heartless I will not be coming to this location ever again in life by the way this was my first time coming to this location I normally go to the other location in Ann Arbor and Ive never had a problem like this Im beyond upset at the service I received from the pharmacist with the African accent and the pharmacy technician/cashier cant give name because its not on the Receipt.

This review is for covid testing. This walgreens is amazing. I went here for a covid test for my trip to hawaii. Walgreens is listed as one of hawaiis trusted testing partners. They have an amazing system in place. I did the nasal swab and left. Got my results in roughly 2 hours via email eventhough their promise is 24hrs or less. Very happy with the service here. The test was free too. Their covid test is the Naat which is certified for travel to hawaii and other international trips. Definitely recommend getting tested here. My last covid test was at cvs and walgreens is definitely way better.

I was there today on my lunch break and was pacing the isles for some pain relief for my tooth. Having only 30 minutes, a gentleman named Mike was working in one of the isles. He could tell I needed help and asked how he could assist. Before I got my whole sentence out, he already knew exactly what I needed as he walked me towards the back of the store in an area I had not checked. The best customer service experience I have had in a while! I will most certainly be back! :) Thank you.

I see a lot of bad reviews of the pharmacy here. Ive used it a few times and never had an issue but it seems like that might just be me. It takes a while but they always told me it would be a while, which is fine I always just came back and picked it up later. Staff has always been nice and friendly. The store itself is nice, always well stocked and good for snacks.

They have a very lazy team attitude. 1 cashier, 15+ customers in line, with 3 other employees at the photo counter. Kinda rude and inconsiderate to just leave the cashier on their own. Wont go out of my way to shop here again

Called a couple days ago to see if I could refill a prescription, and they said yes, it will be ready tomorrow! I called today to see if it had been ready and they told me I won’t be able to get it filled till the 26th.The last time I tried going here I had a similarly bad experience with several different people all giving me different reports of what was going on. I realize my situation was confusing, but there was no communication when they couldn’t do what they said they could.

Arrived at the pharmacy (on Hewitt) at 1130 Wednesday morning (just before the holiday) to pick up rx that doctor office had faxed about 15-20 min earlier (I know it was a little pushy of me at that time of day but I was still hopeful). These guys are awesome as my rx was ready when I got there. They were really hopping, but absolutely so professional and nice to everyone.I would not think of going elsewhere.Thank you.

Customer service was horrible! I had to wait for 2.5 hours for my prescription. To find out that their incompetent on following instructions. My insurance hasnt changed. Yet they cant get it right. Im going back to my regular pharmacy. This pharmacy was in my reach. But Ill pass on getting my prescriptions filled here.

I’ve been waiting to pick my son’s medicine for over 25 minutes now in the drive through!!! They don’t even bother apologizing and don’t bother asking the person who’s holding the line to move aside so they can serve people in line. Very poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone!!!

I moved my scripts to this Pharmacy and 5 times in the last year they dont have my pills in stock. This has never happened to me in 10 years at CVS! Im forced here due to insurance, very poor service/management. How hard can it be to keep stock up for drugs that I routinely refill? Unacceptable!

The walgreens itself is fine, but the every time i go to the pharmacy I end up waiting 10-15 minutes for my prescription (even though I have automatic re-fills and get texts when my prescription is ready, so I dont go until I receive the message). Last time I was there, the woman behind the counter (who was the manager) was extremely rude to me. After ten minutes of standing at the counter waiting, the woman finally acknowledged my presence and said she would be with me momentarily. Fine. Ten minutes later she comes over and begins ringing up my prescription without a word of apology about the wait or even an inquiry about my well-being. The only thing she did take the time to do was snap at me when I accidentally swiped my card before she was finished ringing the order. After this visit, I will not be getting prescriptions filled here anymore.

Honestly, the people arent bad, just be aware your prescription will take at least two hours plus to fill from drop off (and even then most likely not ready). They are understaffed which is a shame really.

Pharmacist would not give me the prescription I was written and lied by saying a new law had passed and would not allow what I was prescribed. Went to an Ann Arbor Walgreens for the same prescription and had no problem. Consulted my doctor and they confirmed that the pharmacist was wrong. Avoid this location if at all possible.

The photo counter is HORRIBLE. They ruined my picture of our family vacation. This is the 6th time there machine had broken down. One hour photo is never one hour it is usually more like 2 hours or a day. Beware if you chose to go to this store.

I purchased 2 pkgs. of Oscar Mayer already cooked bacon on October 3, 2012, when it was on sale at the Walgreens on Washtenaw in Ypsilanti. Three days later, my daughter noticed the expiration date on both pkgs..One had an expiration date of July 4, 2012, the other one had an expiration date of July 10, 2012. I had previously cooked 3 pieces for my grandson, who, after eating them had diarreah & didnt feel good for a day, but we did know the reason. I immediately call Walgreens & explained the situation to someone who said they were the manager (Justin). He questioned me and seemed to doubt me, asking if I was sure I had made the purchase from them and said he needed a receipt. I explained I didnt have my receipt but I had applied and received their store card at the time I made the purchase. He said there was no way to look up any purchases on the cards, but I could bring the bacon in & he would check into it. I also asked if any other customers had complained about the bacon, he responded no. I took the bacon in to Wlagreens and the manager, Justin, questioned me again & was on the defense, Making me feel as if it was my fault. Not once during the entire process did he apologize or ask how my grandson was or if anyone else had gotten sick as a result of eating the bacon? He never apologized for the store selling out dated products. He said he would give me a refund, I then told him I had a coupon for $1, so he only owed me the $4, which he said he could only put on a Walgreen card. Still no apology for the inconvience or store mistake for selling out dated products. I went home unsatisfied with the results & feeling as if it was my fault I had purchased & used out dated food, so I decided to call another Walgreens just to see how they would have handled this same situation. I called the Ann Arbor store & spoke to their manager, describing the situation. Wow! Talk about entirely different atmosphere! The manager was apologetic and concerned immediately ( and it didnt even happen at their store). I will drive to Ann Arbor whenever I want to make a purchase from Walgreens rather than use the Ypsilanti store on Washtenaw just because they seem to be more concerned with customer care! Selling out dated food products and not responding to in a responsible way is not the way a business should operate.

Worst prescription service ever. At least half the time the orders are not correct and some of the people in the drive-through pharmacy are extremely rude. I am taking my prescription business elsewhere starting now. No thanks, Wallgreens.
