Very cool place, that have so many decorations here. This was my first time going to one.of these places. I loved the seasonal section. It was mid September and they have Halloween stuff and a little bit of Christmas up already. The garden section had lots of pot and some of them were very big. They were the size that could hold trees. The rugs are nice and affordable and plenty of options. You should stop by and check it out yourself!

Large store with a little bit of everything. Prices seem to be pretty good also.Many aisles were half full & we were told they we needed to skip those areas as they were stocking them.

Im sorry I didnt leave much at the Ypsi store, but maybe youll hit the jackpot at another location. The finial is over 4ft tall... originally $100. Really fantastic deal on the 48-in light up wreaths... Originally $39. Happy shopping

This is usually a great store but today when I was shopping it was 85 degrees outside and the heat was on inside the store! The girls at the checkout said it had been like this for almost two weeks with no way to contact management and get it fixed, this is unacceptable. I dont want to shop in a store that is 85 degrees and the people working there should not have to deal with that. Management, get on the stick!!

I was surprised at what I found. We were in the area and my wife wondered what it was about. We took a look around, some nice looking stuff. We didnt buy anything, just kindawindow shopping . Lot of things for home, furniture, lamps, mirror, cooking and cleaning and design options. We may stop in again when in the area.

Rude & un trained for job.

Horrible conditions! Not one employee in the whole store except for a very sweet, apologetic cashier who said there was one other employee in the building! When asked if the store was always this sloppy she quickly replied Yes This company needs HELP!!! If they think anyone would want to spend their hard earned money in such a sloppy environment! Too bad, they have alot of merchandise, but you cant safely get at it.

By far the “BEST” location I’ve ever experienced. The entire store was extremely organized and clean. Very easy to find everything I saved online in my favorites. With the help from Brandy (supervisor) on duty. She welcomed and honored my request with no problem. After experiencing the worst customer service from the “Dearborn” location. I can gladly say “Ypsilanti” has gained a new customer.

At Home is a pretty simple decor store. If you are looking for a bargain price on specific items, then you have found the right place. While the selection isnt very diverse, what you can find is lots of variety within the items they carry. If I need baskets, definitely going here!

There was a huge selection of merchandise, but most of it seemed overpriced for the quality. The store was well organized and clean, and there was only one cashier.

Clean friendly except for a manager who was rude and inappropriate to a worker in front of customers... If there was a problem should not be public... Worker at cash register remained calm and professional even though he was in a embarrassing situation. Every one else was pleasant and helpful. The boss not .,

Lots of empty shelves, but since the place is so huge that the selection is still top notch. One star off for the condition of the bathroom.

Warning, you will spend more time and money than you plan once you walk into this store. It seems it is larger than most high school football stadiums. I have always found what I was looking for when even Amazon fails ( which is getting more than not for me). I want tall lamps with smaller shades for my bathrooms. Looked at 3 other places with no luck. Found them here along with the area rug for my bedroom and a pillow that is firm enough to sleep on when I take naps on the sofa. Will be back to a closer to my home one for more rugs. Start here before you look elsewhere to save yourself time 1 star off for lack of salesclerks on the floor to help with questions.

Theyre more employees than shoppers in the store. When I ask for a price of an item no one had the proper equipment to help, I found this frustrating.

Store itself is junky, but decent product selection. My low rating is due to recently trying to use the curbside pick up option. Purchased 2 pictures. Arrived at store and texted number listed, but no one ever responded or came. After 20 minutes, I had to wake up my sleeping child to go into the store to pickup my items. Very disorganized and seemed short staffed. Would have been better off just buying it off the shelf.

Great selection for anything you need for home. If you are looking for something specific I think theres a great chance youll find it at this place. Things I typically buy from here that are unique are couch throws, shelves, rugs, decorative pillows, and laundry hampers.

Disappointed, shelves were bare. Did not purchase anything.

It was ok. The store is clean and the displays are wonderful! However, prices were a lot higher than expected, especially for the store itself not being an upscale experience. Ive seen better prices at Home Goods, which isnt as organized, but for the shopping Id be doing it makes sense. I also like Bed Bath and Beyond a bit better.For the prices, Id target a boutique style atmosphere like Pier 1 or Pottery Barn.

For the prices the At Home store can’t be beat; just don’t expect extremely high quality merchandise at all times. It is a fun store to just browse in for little things for the home or yard, and you never know what treasures await in the next aisle! You can easily spend an hour browsing merchandise and its tough to not walk out of the store with something you didn’t know you needed at a price that won’t break the bank. Have fun.

Terrible experience! Why have “curbside pickup” and insist on having the customer enter a credit card online when you still have to come into the store and pay! Unbelievable! Terrible process, the person who thought this was a good idea should be fired, Plus the woman on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. We will never shop here again. Hopefully, they’ll be out of business soon and gone like the rest of the big box, out dated, brick and mortar stores.

There are a lot of things here. I generally had a good time going through and looking at the items. Overall, Id say this was a positive experience. The few issues I had are a. Things are expensive as heck and possibly mislabeled and b. They sell expired food. Everything is far more expensive than its worth. Why would anyone pay $80 for a wrought iron garden leaf?!?!?!There was an aisle that said 75% off, had christmas and fall stuff (its January now) and we grabbed some garden decor (that was fall themed) only to find out its full price. Then why is it sitting 3 inches away from a 75% off fall sign??? With multiple pieces of the item in stock on the shelf? (Clearly a random patron did not just set it down on the shelf, it was placed there purposely)We bought cheese popcorn that expired in November. I would be more upset, but we probably should have looked before we bought it. But just think, they havent checked their outdates since AT LEAST November....

These people are Great! I was helped with everything I needed and then some. They are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about their store. This is one of my favorite places to visit and buy things I need and gifts for friends.
