Perfect for the nerd or pop culture fan and great stop for finding a unique gift.Even if the person in question is not a Star Wars, Dr Who, or Harry Potter fan, there are plenty of other unique items inside. My favs include the wide selection of buttons and stickers, the unique candy selection, and puzzles!

Very unpleasant experience in this store! One they have a mask rule but dont care how many people are in the store!Two they did not care about people standing 6 feet apart. People were crammed in there you couldnt move. But I heard them talking bad about customers with their mask on but not covering the nose. Again had about 60 people in a store that should have 5-10. I heard the bigger lady behind the cashier talking about customers. When it was time to check out the jolly cashier turned into a totally different person. My three year old loves the store but we will no longer be back. The way they treated customers and talked and certain customers they were definitely prejudice. Be warned defiently a political store that you can tell.

They delivered Easter baskets and our kids loved them so much. So many great gifts here.

Great throwback items and offbeat t-shirts. Lunchboxes and other things with popular 80s logos. Foreign candie. Great for getting gifts for people between 35-45 to bring back childhood. I take my 11yr old son and he appreciates it. He likes the magic tricks and fake poo. Highly recommended. I got a energy drink with Ross the happy tree painter on the can my last trip there.

Absolutely great little gift shop in downtown Ypsilanti. Theyve got lots of pop culture gifts and things to buy, as well as locally relevant merchandise. Great way to spend some time if youre downtown. Staff is very friendly and helpful every time Ive been there.

So much fun! All the kitsch you could ask for. If youre a local and remember Middle Earth in A2, it has a somewhat similar vibe. Always fun, and a great place to find Ypsilanti and Michigan themed gifts and stuff.

Whenever I go to Ann Arbor to visit my dad, stopping here is a MUST. I spend way too much money, but its too easy to spend! There is something for everyone here, whether its a sweet treat, a toy, or a bigfoot collectable. My favorite place to shop for gifts.

Sub a fun shop! You can literally find something for everyone here. Prices are fair and the staff is so helpful. Lots of interesting finds! Parking can be tricky but its worth it!

This place is the best novelty shop Ive been to, from Ann Arbor to Adrian. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are signs everywhere warning of anti-theft cameras, but I always prefer that to being stalked like prey by a worried shopkeeper! Well definitely be back in the next time were in town.

Kind of a cool place a first glance but then it gets creepy. I went in with my 2 year old and got followed around by an employee like I was a common criminal. Got some candy where you weigh it out and my daughter grabbed a gummy bear and ate it before we paid for it. The employee comes from across the store and tells me were going to have to charge you extra for the that candy she ate. I looked at her to see if she was joking but she was serious.Just weigh it and add a little if 2 grams will make such a difference. I would have added a little anyway. They got their 25 cents extra, but I wont be back. Gummy candy was dry and crusty anyway.

I love this place. Even if you dont know what youre looking for you can come in here and find something perfect. Great stop for gifts!

Always fun to come in and browse the selection. Perfect for finding that small trinket gift or some tasty old fashioned candy. They are fairly priced and have tons to look at. Staff has always been helpful and kind and seem to enjoy working here.

I give this place a 5-Star because it is the only store that actually reminds me of the knick knack shops back home in Tokyo - the walls are absolutely packed with a bit of everything! From unicorns, hello Kitty, and super heroes, to science-y games, gag gifts, and lots of special candy and drinks that are nostalgic and alluring.

Ive been going to the Rocket for years, and I continue to love this place. I visit for every major holiday, as well as birthdays. They have an ever-changing collection of novelties, toys, candy, t-shirts, and home goods. I always find something new that makes me laugh. The owners are friendly, helpful, and all-around great guys.

The shop bills itself as a retro candy store. Not so much. Still, well worth the browse.

I LOVE THE ROCKET!! If you were looking for a place to find the best collection of nostalgic merchandise as well as pop culture merch and the random and bizarre (bacon flavored chap stick or a waving pope for your cars dashboard anyone?)And as of today i discovered they have a huge assortment of Funko Pop Figures ranging from Harry Potter to Marvel to Golden Girls. Anything you could think of, theyve got it!

First time here, really fin place. The staff are really kind and they even offer free chocolate sometimes. Customers are of all kinds and ages. Prices are pretty good. Would reccomend at least a browse even if you dont want to buy anything.

Great place for awesome gifts and snacks, I catch a little nostalgia Everytime I go here. A little on the pricey side but not bad. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

The items on the shelves were well organized. However, the prices were high. Weve shopped here before and werent as disappointed. It will be a long time before we return.

Loved the store until I was rudely asked to leave my larger purse up at the front. The kid said his boss gets mad when he doesn’t ask. Leave my purse up front? Are you kidding me? First of all, that’s my purse. Second of all, I’m toting around a $500 Kate Spade designer bag. All to prevent from shop lifting? Do you really think I can’t afford the stuff in your store? How dare you ask me that.

I bought a samurai-sword umbrella here, and its been the best umbrella Ive ever bought. I thought it was mostly going to be a novelty, and I was aware that it might turn out to be more funny than practical. Fortunately, my fears were unfounded. Even after a year of use, it still gets me lots of compliments (and second looks on the street), and its a very sturdy piece of hardware to boot.

A wonderful locally owned store, filling all your candy and gift needs. This is the place to go if you are looking for Ypsi or Michigan (the state, not the University. There are plenty of places for that ☺) themed items. Tons of fun tee shirts and mugs that you will find nowhere else. And the candy selection cannot be matched. I highly recommend the gummy whales. Best. Gummy. Ever.
