I bought a 2015 Nissan Altima from Allen at Ignite Auto Whom dedicated his time and effort to make it possible and affordable to buy this car. Great guy gave me all the tips to save as much as possible. You cant beat that kind of reliability!. I am very thankful for the amazing service Ignite Auto provided to me and I highly recommend them!!!
The dealer was very dishonest. We told him we were picking the car up today. He agreed to the terms. We sent a text to inform him we were on the way at 2:04 pm. He text us at 2:06 to say it was sold. He did not mark the Facebook Marketplace listing as sold until after we informed him we were on the way. When we arrived to the lot at 2:16 pm, he attempted to sell us a higher priced car or recommended we drive to drive to Detroit. We are Very dissatisfied with the practices and services of this dealership.
STAY FAR .. FAR AWAY from this guy. I bought a 2007 Buick from him about a year ago and to be honest it was my fault for not having a car enthusiast come look at the vehicle before hand but its laughable how he was telling me the car was in perfect condition and that itll last me years. The first of many problems I had with the car was that the lock on the vehicle was broken but he had never told me of this so when I went to unlock the door the key literally broke in half in the lock so I had to drop about $200 on a locksmith for a new key and to take that broken key out, this was literally an hour after purchasing the vehicle. About a day later I found that there was no valve stem caps on any of the tires so i had to go get new ones which were relatively inexpensive but when i was going to put those on I found a nail in one of the tires so I took the car to discount tires immediately, they told me that all the tires are bald so I needed to get new ones which were around $400. A WEEK later the car kept dying on me and I found out it had a bad alternator so that was around $300 to replace.About 2 weeks after that on my way to work the brakes completely wore out on me and were literally unusable, I mean you hit the brakes all youd here is cracking noises and it wouldnt break. That was around $800 for new breaks. Literally less than a month after purchasing and ive already dropped damn near $2000 on the car in maintenance alone. The problems just kept getting worse and worse though from bad strut mounts, cracked motor mount, to even having to get the radiator replaced cause the car went up in smoke while I was driving. What he does is take cars to the shop and puts in old worn out parts on them and sells them for a unreasonable price. I know this because he added me on snapchat and all his snapchat stories are him replacing engines and stuff.
Great place, really helped me out. Thanks Allen
Unrelaible, distrusting dealership. Stay clear of Ignite Auto. False advertsiment of purchased vehicle. Vehicle was stated to have a number of different of options and had few of stated. Failure to express the engine was replaced with a junkyard motor, unknown amount of actual mileage. Dealer failed to provide legal plate within 15 days my temporary plate was legal. Failed to transfer title into my name 2 weeks later. Advertisement said no mechanical issues and doesnt need nothing, Ive spent near $1,500 in repairs within first 48 hours.
