Good service, a little slow, though. Opened later than said on the website, but the worker let me know he was running behind and I can appreciate that. They are attentive to your needs and are not horribly expensive for a hookah lounge.

Jaleel was really friendly and make sure all of our needs were token care of. Enjoyed his choice of music, really went with the vibe. He was on his feet the whole time going to people to people making sure everybody was satisfied and I honestly enjoyed my time !

Came here for the first time yesterday, was told they have a happy hour so I will be taking advantage of that! Very very friendly staff, comfy couches, tasty flavors, and a nice TV. I quite literally felt like I was at home, I even fell asleep 5 mins before we left.My buddies wallet fell out as we were on the couches, and of course I called Encore thinking we left it there, all I said was we were here earlier, probably the first customers of the day, she told us she found our wallet after we left, and put it somewhere safe knowing wed call or come back. Very good customer servoce here, will definitely be returning. :)

I come here about 2x a week. The quality of the orange heads are definitely above average. It’s usually Leel that takes care of me. He is super friendly and tries to remember everybodys favorites. They even realized when I sent my bf for my usual order lol. This is definitely a hookah lounge worth the try.

Yesterday night was my first time at Encore and it was amazing !!!!! They have Premium Hookahs and a nice chill environment, because me and my friends literary chilled for like 2hrs smoking Hookah and playing cards. Highly recommend and I will be back !! Also they are open to 4AM

The owners clearly take pride in knowing their stuff when it comes to hookah. They have a large variety of shisha and both modern and traditional hookahs. Theyre also very good about swapping in fresh coals.

The staff was nice. There are two car tables and approximately 8 seating areas with leather couches. The leather couches are bit beat up but mostly comfortable. The location was clean and they gave us the individual mouthpieces

This is a good place to chill. Lots of tvs, snacks and beverages, and friendly staff. Only thing i dont like is sometimes the regular customers are very loud and rude.

Visited this place to pick up a head to go, i even called ahead, got to the lounge and no employees were there and i waited for 15 minutes. As i was walking out, i think an employee was walked by me and he did not say anything.
