Absolutely a waste of money. I should have known it was too good to be true. Their ads are very good. I only wish the product was as good.UPDATED:. I WANT TO APOLOGIZE TO Hearing Depot. I bought hearing aids from HEAR DEPOT. I have had no transactions with Hearing Depot and cannot speak to their products or services. Im sorry if this causes any problems for the company or its customers.

Dr Trevor is awesome. He gave me the gift of hearing back to me that I hadn’t realized was missing. The joy and excitement is beyond words! His compassion to help thous go beyond any expectations you can imagine. I’m eternally grateful for his work and dedication. Thank you Dr Trevor your the best!!!!

Dr. Trever is a wonderful, knowledgeable, patient expert in his field. I was not looking forward to getting hearing aids, he put me at ease and explained my test results thoroughly. He has a great sense of humor and is compassionate.The Office is clean and inviting and the staff is welcoming, friendly and efficient.

I was so pleased by the friendliness and competency of Trever Fluke and the employees I dealt with there. I came from another hearing place and he explained his product in detail (and it was way better) but not once did he knock his competition. That alone set him miles ahead of all the other places in my opinion. The technology he uses is superior. It’s all done by computer which means no more sitting in a cement box trying to listen to endless beeps. He has some great features and benefits also, such as rechargeable units/no more buying batteries, and much lower prices than big box stores/saved me a LOT of money, and ear pieces that let air circulate/no more hot, itchy ears.I am very pleased with my whole experience. I totally recommend visiting here if the time comes when you may need hearing aids. Five stars out of five!

Buyer Beware! I bought in good faith their hearing aids. I have never worn them and didnt know what to expect. I received them and tried them on and they do not work with my glasses. I put them back in the boxes and contacted the company. They Do Not Stand by their product. This is just wrong I did not know the wouldnt fit well with my glasses.I am so very sorry as I just found out this is the wrong place. It is Hear Depot in California.I am so sorry. I couldnt figure out how to delete this review

You should go to Hearing Depot for all your hearing needs. The office is very friendly and caring. The receptionist greeted my as soon as I walked in the door. The owner, Trever, explained everything he was doing in detail so I could understand and put me at ease.

I paid $5200 for hearing aids that kept having problems. I asked for a product that would last. People dont have to pay that much anymore. Be careful if you go here.

Trever and his staff have been taking care of me and my wife for 15 years. If you want help hearing depot is the place to go.
