Im happy with the purchase of a willow treeBack in May of 2015. But it didnt make it through the winter.. and I didnt read or ask about their return policy.. needless to say the owner and his employee was very nice and told me to pick another tree.. he wanted his customer to be happy.. Im happy. The tree is beautiful.

The people are friendly they always have stuff for my garden. Straw for my feral colonies. Firewood Woods comes in handy in the winter time and buy it by the quarter you can buy it by a cord.Friendly faces greeted with company Dog..nice fellowinformative not matter what your project is.

Have used several times. Used delivery last time and when the driver came to drop off our rock he brought me an envelope with cash due to being overcharged for our rock. Found it so refreshing that they were honest and return the money. They will have our business for a long time

Nice experience. I was offered assistance more than once. Selection is predominantly larger items like shrubs hedges trees rocks and mulch.

I attempted to schedule a late winterization and the person answering the phone was not very customer service oriented. She offered only one day that they were available and had a negative attitude. They were going to add a $75 fee on top of normal winterazation charges because I was late. After telling her I had to check my husbands work schedule, she just hung up. My perception of this company: higher than average cost for no good reason, poor customer service and limited tech availability. I was easily able to find an alternate vendor that accommodated our service request at expected costs.
