The second time I went in, the price of glass screens went from $0.50 to $1.00. I cannot afford to pay $1 for a single tiny glass bead every few days. Amazon will be getting my business instead.

It would be stellar if this “business” could answer their phone. Idk how this place can be a business establishment without having any interest in communicating with potential customers and soon-to-be-former customers. Another business failure on their end is that they even bother wasting money each month on a business landline if they have set up as a fax line (your ears will love the high pitch squeel that will inevitably come after 5+ rings & never an answer). What a joke. Just cuz your a smoke shop doesn’t mean that you should be anti-customer service. People have questions regardless of the type of business & when you purposefully ignore your customer base it hurts everyone. Thankfully, though, consumers have plenty of other smoke shops to go to with confidence that they will address your concerns via a phone call (surprise! Communication is a building block in business...) Not sure how the owners could be so incompetent & still be “operating” or barely-functioning as it would be more appropriately dubbed. Customers have the power & privilege of choosing where to patron whereas the owners of this place face market crowding, competition, etc. & do not have the simple ability to “choose” whether or not they will conduct business at very, very low standards without meeting the public’s bare-minimum expectations. Though they may have no concept of economics or 21st century business standards right now, the future will ensure they learn by their first-hand encounter with abject failure. At least their goal-oriented(?)...
