I found last minute craft supplies for Easter! They had the cutest ceramic unicorn & light up mushroom house that is perfect for my girls to paint! I even found the fake green leafy vines my daughter has been talking about for her room. I was amazed at how organized and clean the store was. It was so easy to find things and the cashier was super sweet!

Love the Fall decor, right now. Several aisles full of very inviting Fall decor! We came in to get a nice centerpiece for our new coffee table, and everything we needed was there for a really reasonable price. You cant beat the quality at Michaels, either.

The employees are super helpful. I needed something held overnight for a friends wedding, they were super helpful in finding it and holding until the next day. Just to make sure the item is right and this way I dont have to return it if its the wrong item!

Total awesome experience. Was having trouble with the website during their sale! Was shopping for a friend, whom is non vaccinated and could not go there out of fear. They helped with website, ordered the items and had them shipped. Total follow through, total customer service, friendly, knowledgeable employees. Made me feel like a Star.

Staff was very helpful, we were searching for gold finished lanterns for our sons upcoming wedding. The staff at Citrus Heights store checked other stores for us and had them held until we could get there ( Auburn, Yuba City and Arden Fair). We were very happy with the service and were able to take advantage of their sale..

This was the most disrespectful unprofessional experience ever my wife used a towel to wipe off her makeup and we wiped up the floor of the bathroom after our showers and because I haD dirt on my boots mixed with the water that had dropped off our bodys while drying off so the towel got dirty and they absolutely refused to give us our cash deposit back. Idk I guess your not allowed to clean up and the towels and stuff Is for looks not to actually be used in order to ensure that they dont get dirty... never again !!!

I like to go there and buy things I need it for the home great price not too far away from the house. No traffic its the best thing for living here in Yuba city.

Always find what Im looking for. However, they have limited quantities of many things. This time of year is always hard with many people shopping. I love their Christmas home decor. Hard to pass up the great prices.

Terrible customer service, I am kind of in shock. I get people have bad days but to talk trash in front of a customer and to blatantly ignore and disrespect your customers with no valid reason is absurd.

The staff at Michaels is always going above and beyond to make sure the customers feel welcomed. In particular I would like to point out Michael, Michael is an employee who stands out because he makes that small talk while working with his customers making sure they leave the store with what they are looking for. A local store or community store should be about feeling like you are apart of it, known there, feel like a regular customer and Michael does that! You feel like he knows you and his cheerful personality makes the experience shopping at Michaels better. So thank you Michael!

Weve had several prints framed at Michaels and the staff is very helpful, experienced and friendly.

Failed to get a simple order of one product ready for same-day pickup, order was placed at least 6 hours before store closing. When I called to ask if it would be ready, the woman I spoke to seemed annoyed that I even asked 🙄

A lot of sales going on. I had to do some last minute decorations for a bridal shower. Spent hours there. Made multiple purchases and stayed til they closed, but they were very patient. So glad they had a lot of sales on their flowers. My flower hoops turned out better than expected.

Staff is very helpful and they do quality frame work. A little pricey, but you can get an online coupon which gave me 50% off one item. Wide variety of items available.

Well Michaels is a great store regardless it always has some of everything lol I love browsing and since I was visiting Yuba city I had to go see whats going on there and right now theyre having a clearance so I was able to get me some beads. Sweet.

Michaels is always a great place to get art supplies. I went with my 13 year old daughter the other day and she bought a bunch of stuff she loves like art pencils and a sketchbook. Michaels has it all.

Will help point out deals one might miss, and look for every discount they can give you at checkout, even unadvertised ones. Yuba City store is slightly better on stock availability than others in surrounding region, but all are worth going to.Easy parking, great access, very comprehensive stock.
