Horrible!! I made an approach before the end of 2020, the appt was canceled an rescheduled. The rescheduled appt was between 8am and noon. No phone call! Two phone calls later I was told the repair person was 45 minutes away. 5pm the call a call is returned that the tech would be late. Needless to say the appt was cancelled. 1 star was given because 0 is not allowed.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful with making my insurance claim, they did almost all the work for me. The technician showed up on time and was very patient and knowledgeable with all my questions. Ive never had to replace a windshield before, and Auto Glass Express made it just as easy as it could be!!I would definitely recommend their service and will be using them if I have need in the future.

Please read. With the lack of reviews, I was apprehensive going to a non big chain to have my windshield done. Ive been to the well known places and paid too much. They were incredibly nice, flexible and gave me great price and service. I just went through a rough car wash to test it, about two weeks after, and no leaks. I am so happy and will call them again. Please know there are two sides to the negative reviews but I am a very happy customer and will be back if anything else should happen to my Ford Fusion.Great, ubeatable prices. Thanks again, Autoglass Express

Last week my car was vandalized. Both of my side windows were bashed in. I called around but Autoglass Express was the only shop that would respondIt was late in the day but they took the job and sent someone to Sacramento to pick up the glass, and the Tech Larry stayed well into his evening to take care of my emergency. I am elderly and the thought of not having A.C. was worrisome to say the least..Hats off to autoglass Express and to my neighbor for the recommendation.

Dont use this company:Broke the rear window in my truck and had it replaced by Auto Glass Express (AGE).1st light rain and I had an inch of water under the back seat.Called AGE and the lady on the phone (the owners wife) was just plain rude. Tried to make it out to be my fault some how.She insisted I test the 3rd brake light for leaks before they would even look at it. I did and it was fine. After 2 more calls and her trying to put me off, I got an appointment, but had to take it in to their shop. They would not come out.At the appointment time they could not look at it. She said they had left me a message to reschedule (which they had but I hadnt gotten) and she acted as if the inconvenience was my fault for not getting their message. After several more calls I realized they were putting me off for any and every paying job they had. They were not willing to commit to spending time on a warranty job and I was going to have to nag and wait until they got around to it (if ever). At this point rainy season had hit and it was raining often. Every time it rained I was scooping water out of the space under the back seats with a soup can and drying it with a towel and hair dryer, and the windows fogged up terribly on the inside from moisture. Going anywhere in cold weather meant warming the engine and running the defroster for 10 minutes before i could see well enough to drive.Ive called numerous times and finally gave up and filled the track around the window with Silicone myself. It doesnt look factory, you can tell its a home made repair, but at least it doesnt leak anymore. .Use this place at your own risk. They wont honor their warranty and they are rude.I was always polite with them and tried to make it as convenient as possible, (I know nobody likes doing a warranty job) the lady is just has a really negative personalityThe guys who do the work are fine and friendly and while talking with one of them I learned some of their best guys gave quit because of this lady (but shes the owners wife so they are stuck with her).Buyer beware. I do not recommend
