Helpful friendly staff. Prices are the same or better than Walmart on car care products.

Went to Riebes Auto Parts shortly after visiting Auto Zone for the same exact part. Completely different experience how helpful the employees were and the employee who helped us went above and beyond to explain what we should do step by step. I will switch from visiting Auto Zone to heading to Riebes for what I need from now on. Thank you for being so willing to help find exactly what I need and for being friendly!

Walked in and approached the counter..I was immediately asked can I help you sir...I told the associate I needed a battery for my vehicle..after giving him the type of vehicle and engine type, he responded with the type of battery and the cost. I responded that I need 2 (my truck requires 2 batteries). He proceeded to put 2 batteries in a cart and escorted me to the check out counter. In and out on a matter of minutes. Fantastic service!!

I like Riebes. Too bad access is tad difficult per negotiating Bridge Street traffic. And, do not leave any merchandise unattended in unlocked vehicles. Bandits regularly roam the parking lot!

I don’t know if they think they are the exception to the rules but not one employee was wearing a mask. They were helping elderly people while blatantly avoiding wearing a mask and social distancing. Let me know if I’m wrong and they have some sort of special requirement where they don’t need to follow the rules like everyone else but if you want to avoid getting sick avoid this place.

I almost gave up on this place, but Friday 9/11 there were two guys working the back counter and one of them was friendly and customer focused. He knew what he was talking about and between being friendly and helpful he stuck to serving customer s, me and the next.

They most likely have your part in stock or can have it the next day. I can get all my parts and Race Fuel all in one spot. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a huge floor space of parts for all your needs.

Went to NAPA in Yuba City because I like to deal with one person when im getting my auto parts when I noticed new faces so I asked for Allen hes my part guy that when they said he doesnt work there so I walked out and its to bad I had been going to Rebies for years. I dont like dealing with these young kids because when it comes to my cars I want someone who knows what im talking about. Well thank god I found where he is so for now on I will be taking my business to OReillys auto parts.

If it has anything to do with a car or truck they will have it.friendly staff nice people and very helpful.if you have a check engine light on go to them they will read it and help you get the right part to fix it.

Was greeted immediately at the door and ushered to the back counter where.the most efficient gentleman helped research the part I needed. He found it in their stockroom very quickly, and checkout was speedy too. Ill definitely be back, and will refer friends to this location as well!!

Prices are a little high but they have products for sale specifically for vehicles that you wont find anywhere else. Very good selection.

I had a fantastic experience here. I hate going to the auto store as I know nothing about cars. The staff were helpful, kind, and didnt treat me as incompetent because I wasnt sure what part I needed. They were respectful and explained the difference between brands. I would recommend this store for anyone.

I have used Riebes for my automotive needs now for over a year and a half and have found the accuracy and friendliness of their staff to be unmatched! They always honor what they quote and have an amazing turn around time should parts need to be ordered. I have used other local vendors, large chains such as Auto-zone and OReillys and I will choose Riebes the first time, every time!

I prefer autozone because of their rewards program, but napa was closer and I only needed a few cheap items. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable.

Its a good auto parts store if you dont want to shop around for guaranteed quality or parts. They usually have everything you need. They are not the best price for parts if you have time to shop around you can probably find a better price.

So upset. I came in to have a smog check. After being there for over 30 minutes I was told by the guy at the front counter that they were unable to smog check my car because of an electrical issue my car was having. He told me that it would be $90 to do a diagnostic check to see what was going on. So I called my husband and told him what I was told. My husband said to go to another auto shop and get a second opinion. So I took it somewhere else in town, I didnt tell them what Napa Auto Parts said. With in 10 minutes they were done and said my car passed the smog check. They didnt say anything about my car having issues with hooking up to the smog check, they never said that they would have to do a diagnostic check on it. So it makes me wonder why did Napa Auto Parts have such a problem getting theirs to work?, and why $90 to do a diagnostic check? when most other places do it for free. I would never recommend this place.

Horrible experience tonight!! My husband went in at quarter to 6pm to ask for chains for our tires as we are headed to the mountains tonight. The guy looked them up told him they were in stock and at a good price. We were so happy and then the worker couldnt find them. Then another worker a woman came out confirmed they were in stock and disappeared. Then the guy went back to look...Still no luck. Really? What kind of a show are you guys running? We always go to Napa and now I dont think we will ever again. 6pm Saturday so time to close..he told my husband go to Marysville tommorow they have them in stock. But wait dont you? So mad I think I will wrote a letter to corporate. I know your closing but dont tell us you have them both employees and then dont help us!! Hire some new employees! !

As a shop owner quality is a priority. This parts store has left me in a bad situation more than once by selling junk parts and then not standing behind their warranty or labor claims, costing me thousands of dollars out of pocket to make sure I take care of my customers. Corporate doesnt care about losing my business because I dont spend several thousands of dollars a month with them. You will get junk parts and lousy warranty if you buy from them.
