Was my ‘go to’ shop for all my bizz work. But when I wanted a removal done they failed to follow thru. When I get my new bizz info I will not be returning here. No matter what my customers did, I never let them down. That’s why I have perfect reviews. I wish you were just as dedicated to your customers. When did you stop caring? Or did you care at all? I know you did when I spent hundreds. YOU FAILED ME!!!

This place has the worst costumer service ever. They prejudged me from the time I walked in the door. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. I wanted them to fix something on my design that I already paid for upfront by the way, Scott got extremely upset and defensive trying to argue with me so I just left. Plus they made me wait a full two days for my refund and when I arrived to pick it up, the owner Bruce was extremely rude and had an very bad attitude. He never even asked me what happened or why I wanted a refund. I will never return to this racist dump.
