Excellent!! Needed foot heal file and they have MANY to choose from as well creams to soften calloused skin. Also grabbed a hair/beard comb iron while was there. Really like their broad variety of professional durable beauty products.

The Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I needed a color to put over the orange color I have and didnt know much about colors.. obviously! I talked to one of the employees and asked her opinion on what I should do. She was so helpful and even suggested colors! I feel way more confident now in the color I bought tonight (which is Lotos Medium Plum Red) I cannot wait to dye my hair now to a beautiful non orange color Lol! I even had a Sallys Reward to redeem, it was super easy and applied at checkout! I am one happy satisfied customer! Thank you again for all your help!

The service there was awful. I understand things are kind of picked over because of Covid so when I asked for help looking for something similar that they did have or if they had anything that hasnt been stocked yet the girl said she was going to check in the back and just never came back. Then I couldnt get anyone else to help so I just left. It would be different if they were busy but they werent. I guess ordering online is my best bet.

I am not sure whom answered the phone about 2 minutes ago today, but she answered my first 2 calls for curbside pickup, but refused to take my order. She says she is too busy.At these times I was un aware that this store was available going in. She didnt mention it nor did looking them up online.Anyway, she didnt call me back and said that customers in store are more important and also gave the excuse that they been only open for 2 months. She never told me this and I wasted over 30 min then an hour waiting for her call. I could have driven there, got my stuff, come home and started dinner. Thank you for the terrible and dumb customer service.I hope the manager reads this.P.s. I have shopped here for years.

Shelves picked over, massless patrons, and social/ physical distancing not practiced nor any awareness that we are in a pandemic. Just silly. I wear my mask as I care about myself, others, and my community.

I really like Sallys and have been going to them for many years. The service in every store Ive ever been to is wonderful. The sales people are helpful without being pushy and are all very knowledgeable about what they sell. If you need help, theyll walk you through it all. If you know what youre doing, theyll leave you to it. Their prices are better than most places Ive been and their quality is much higher than anything you can buy in a box at the grocery store.I also like that you can buy in singles for personal use and bulk for professional use. No buying a box of 150 gloves just to color your hair once. 😁 They have more than just hair products though. They have everything you could want for your nails; they sell makeup and skin products; they even sell jewelry. When youre ready to check out, ask them if you have everything you need to do whatever it is youre doing and theyll make sure youre fully equipped to get the job done right because, realizing half way through coloring your hair that you really did need that second box of color really sucks! Like I said, I really like this place.

The staff was helpful an more than knowledgable about the hair products.

Store was well staffed and the staff was very knowledgeable. I needed a few items, and one was out of stock. A staff member offered to call a different store for me. A second staff member overhead the call and remembered that the item I needed had just been put on clearance. I was really pleased - this meant I could get all I needed in one trip and not have to go to a different store. All in all, I had a very positive experience.

The young lady that helped me was phenomenal! She enthusiastically assisted me with gathering all the items I was looking for.

I had gotten purple cerem hair dye (Radiant Orchid). When I got home I put it in my hair and had it in there for the amount of time it said on the box 20-40 minutes, BUT there was no color at all... So I waited longer.. About an hour goes by and still no color so I wash it out. My hair was still very light orange... Extremely disappointed and $50 down the drain.. And I dont think I can get refunded...

It’s great Shop. I like their promotions and products. Although promotions in this he past were more generous. I recommend Sally’s beauties and will Shop again and again.
