The great place to buy pinatas

I once got a cockroach in my flan. I went yesterday to the store and while waiting in line, one of the employees went and cut in front of me and still stayed staring at us as if we were a zoo exhibit. She wears a sunflower mask and dramatic makeup with long nails. She didnt have a name tag but I know she works as a cashier because Ive seen her multiple times. She even still put her stuff and acted like nothing happened. There was a nice employee though. He was very kind. He saw us looking around and asked if we needed help finding anything. Thats how an employee should act. The lady could learn a thing or two. Also itd be good if you guys could lower down prices.

Today I went in to buy a few things including a cake when I approached the counter I noticed None of the employees serving cakes/bread/food were using the mask correctly some had the mask on the chin other just covering the mouth none of the had the mask covering the nose. So buy here at your own risk I guess in this place potentially infecting some one with COVID and following CDC guidelines are not a priority. Will spend my money else where from now on.

Ordered 2 chicken tamales and got home to realize she gave me 2 cheese jalapeno tamales every disappointed but other than that I love the place and they have really great good.

We’re new to the are and are not used to being without certain kinds of markets, even though this is a drive for us we’ll definitely come back again! This store is pretty big, it was also really clean and everything you would need from a Mexican market they have. We came in on a Saturday morning and it was empty which was great for a first visit, we got to explore and get a sense of the people and employees. Every employee we came in contact with was nice. The samples of chips and salsa were nice and so were the selections of meats and the small cafe area they have was clean and everything smelled great too. Some things are pricey and higher than you would pay for them if you were at another grocery store, but I’ve never done my grocery shopping at Mexican markets, usually just quick run ins for ingredients I need for certain things no one else offers.

Visit 7-1: Not enforcing face mask order for shoppers. Staff with noses exposed. While leaving store, employee w/o mask talking and in front of the exit door where I had to leave. Covid signage at entrance minimal and easy to miss with all the other clutter signage. It all shows they dont care. I wanted to buy more but felt like I had to leave as quickly as possible. No bueno.

Stood on deli counter for a while waiting to get help on but no avail.finally stood in line where the register was.got helped on but surely rushed my orders not listening or understanding want i wanted.two weeks in a row.im shopping somewhere else

Great meat counter and their salsas, guacamole and cervechis are worth the stop.But especially the meat counter. Best in town11-5-2016If I could give the meat counter more than 5 stars I would. Just had a 22 Oz T Bone Steak that rocked. So nice to pick your individual cuts instead of whats in a package. Plus I added their hot salsa and guacamole. Its fresh and homemade. Priced right also. Shop there its worth the trip just to buy your beef, pork, and chicken.

Im a black male so a few times while shopping I noticed that eyes were on me. I can care less about the first few times since Im back in town and a stranger to the area again but I notice every time Im there they are checking me out. IV always paid for what I wanted me and my wife. Other than that I love shopping here. Also I love all my Hispanic brothers and sisters. Me nor my wife will never do harm to your store. Our races go through the same hardships, please remember that.

Amazing store! Spotless appearance, great quality, selection, and staff! This location was one my first jobs working here in the 80’s when it was Lucky stores. Today, I see another company who takes pride in their business as we did back then.

Nice store layout. Different products from different countries. Fresh fruit prepared and hot food as well. Reasonable prices. Great cashiers, you can order your special cakes .

There were no carts available inside the front entrance of the store Im in. Everything is easily $3 more per item then at WinCo or Walmart. And the shredded cheese I bought was rotten. Not convenient

They have great lemons and limes. Also great experience and I never have issues with their meat from the comments I’m reading.

This one star review is for the meat department. I bought some steak to grill and it was very thick and chewy to the point that it was not edible. I honestly believe the meat was from a really old cow. I have bought meat to grill and never had this problem, only here.

To Expensive like every mexican store should close it down if everything cheaper at walmart and foodmaxx

Clean and welcoming grocery store. Friendly staff, great butchers, fresh produce and hot and ready cafe food too. Try the pupusas you wont be disappointed, filled with beans and cheese... melts in your mouth.

Lots of food items, well lit. Cake and bakery. Fine in area gor lunch. BUT, there is a huge butcher shop, but the kid behind the counter had to be asked to put on gloves to handle meat, and didnt use paper under it when placed on scale!! Unsanitary. Not sure if lazy or just bad training

Love the atmosphere and associates. Food is always good and I find what I want no matter what. Name speaks for itself.

I would give you 5 stars, but your prices are out of this world and you have the radio up so loud, one cant even think when in there. your food how ever is very good and that alone deserves 5 stars and the sweet bread is just as good, Im sure you have more people if you would lower your prices

There is nothing bad I can about this grocery store except it is one the cleanest and nicest stores I have been in. Well organized and spacious and not crammed up

Got a bad first impression, but after shopping here for a couple months now I have gotten to like the store and the workers here quite well. There is one woman in the hot deli that seems to not like the gringas too well, but whatever. The hot deli is to die for...the bakery is meh...i recommend reaching in the way back of the tray to get the freshest because they keep them out for quite some time.The meat dept is the best part of the entire store. No prepackaged meat you get fresh from the case always.

Service is very good. Short wait times. MeTs are always fresh, marinated very well. Meat is usually quite tender.

Expected more from a Hispanic grocery in California. Their prices were high compared to Oregon, in-season fresh chilies werent on display (used to be able to get Rocoto peppers, red or yellow, at fair prices)..... Very dissappointed....

Great place to find your Hispanic ingredients. The staff is very attentive and will go out of their way to help you out.

Salsa is fantastic, try the Habanero Roated. Pan Dulce is good, could be better and they rarely have all their varieties available... their bakery needs improvement.

GRATE prices... I really like their churros theyre filled with some kind of cream and theyre amazing their fresh baked bread is also amazing I highly suggest buying the chicken fajitas out of the meat case in the back they are delicious

When this store first opened I bought chicken and got it home and it was rotten. I tossed it and figured it was since they were still learning. I have bought milk twice since that was not out dated, yet it was rotten. I never took any of that back. I bought a package of quail about 2 months ago, got it home and they were rotten. I had enough, so I took it back and got a refund. I decided to never buy meat or milk from them again. On my way home last week I needed cheese for what I was making for dinner. Got it home and towards the bottom of the bag it was green. The lady had not given me a receipt, so I could not take it back. I emailed the company about it right away and never received any call or email. Do not shop here! It is conveniently located, but is not up to standards! I wish I could upload a picture of the cheese I bought!

This store is awesome. They have a little bit of everything and some things I didnt know existed.
