My experience was exceptional. Vicky was very professional. She took the time to research and explain every item of my purchase, and answer all my questions about my new phone, including my being able to access wifi in the mountains where I live. I am very satisfied with the service in this store.
This is NOT a Verizon corporate store, but you sure can’t tell that by the signage. Very deceiving business practice. Go to the Mall location. This location won’t treat you like a Verizon customer, they will only do what’s in the best interest of them the franchisee. Customer service is less than average as a result.

My wife and I scheduled an appointment online so we wouldnt have to wait forever with our two young sons. Apparently appointments mean nothing because we ended up waiting far past our appointment window anyways. When we were finally helped we explained that all we needed was our sim cards upgraded. Apparently this process takes over an hour, which is unacceptable. Upon leaving the store, my wife realized her phone did not work. We had to turn around and return to the store, which then required another hour for them to figure out. I will be driving to the Natomas store from now on.
Great Customer Service! Went to the Verizon at the Mall to buy 3 new phones...was told I needed an appointment and they didnt have any openings available and wanted to schedule me for the next day (it was 5pm they close at 7pm). I asked if there was another Verizon in the area, They told me there was one on Harter in Walmart parking lot. I called and Vicki answered and said to come on in...she was super friendly. She stayed over time to make sure we were completely taken care of. The Manager was super friendly and helpful!

I was pleased to find that when I arrived. It was a COLD morning and though there were a few people ahead of me I did not have to wait outside! Everyone inside was wearing masks and there was plenty of room to safely distance. Plus they had chairs availiable, which I REALLY appreciated because there were only 2 employees working at the time and I had to wait for a while! Finally, another employee came in and she was the one that helped me.

We were turned away at the Verizon Store in the Yuba City Mall - and they weren’t busy! Not interested in helping us... We went to this stores location- and Erick greeted us and helped us purchase not only a new phone, but a new IPad- He thoroughly explained all my options -and helped me sync all my new devices! I am sorry to be so late in responding but I am in the hsp. Jaden was great. Friendly. Knowledgeable, and got me the exact phone I wanted and needed even though I didnt know what that was when I arrived. It may be good that I havent written sooner because I have had the opportunity to use and enjoy all the great features this phone provides. And the camera is amazing at well. Prior to this my daughter-in-law and I would take the same picture and hers would be amazing and mine not so much. Not anymore. Jayden was helpful. Not pushy at all, and took time with me. Thank you.

I went in ready to switch to Verizon and was told at the beginning my phone was worth 550. Well two hours in we’re about to check out and finish paying in full and the guy notices a small crack on the corner of the screen and goes “oh so I can’t do the 550, since I just noticed this I can only give you $50 off the new phone.” Maybe instead of getting stoned before work the employees could do their job properly and not waste everyone’s time. How can they claim to be the best when they can’t even properly do their jobs.

I have nothing but the highest of praise and appreciation for the experience that Natali Gonzalez provided today. I took my best friend over to get a smart phone set up on his account. This was a phone that I gave to him as I no longer needed it. He was replacing an ancient flip phone and had forgotten the pin number to provide account access. This young lady went way above and beyond the call of duty and succeeded in modifying his account to use this phone. In addition, because he is vision and hearing impaired, she helped us adjust the accessibility options to make the phone a useful tool that is a great improvement over his old one. I went to the Verizon in the mall and they refused to help me with a simple problem mind you the store was completely empty and we’re too lazy to even try. Upgrading a phone is usually not a quick process so it can tend to get awkward with the employees if they’re not willing to interact and make conversation. Ashley kept a conversation going with us while upgrading all at the same time. It helped make the long process seem shorter with good conversation and interaction. Good job!!

Check Verzon online before you go here. I was told my bill would change by $20 but it went up $40. The $20 charge was if you used purchased online. I DONT like being lied too. I will not go back!!!

I had originally came into the store to see if I had an upgrade ready and ended up walking out with a cheaper bill, a brand new phone and a free tablet. Pryia the sales associate that helped me was very helpful, patient, enthusiastic and helped me walk away with an amazing deal. I recommend this store to everyone, its not as hectic as the store in the mall and the employees are very helpful and personable.

After looking all over town for a USB type C charging cable I finally found some here. The only problem is that they range from $20-$30! I can get two of these for $10 all day long on Amazon. I dont know why local establishments charge so much. I got one at a gas station for $10 once. When I refused to pay and was walking out the nice lady that was helping me gave me a cable for free, from a stash of OEM cables she had behind the counter. The whole time the staff was super friendly, I just wish I could find these cables at a reasonable price at local stores.To this stores credit they seemed to have every imaginable accessory in stock and they had great service.

Unfortunately we couldnt solve my problem but he did all he could to try to help me and in my opinion he did more than he its actually required to do. Amazing customer service, awesome service, very tighty store, and so on. Nothing negative to say about my experience at this verizon store.
The best Verizon and the only Verizon as far as I am concerned. No waiting to be seen here they serve you right away. I’ve been going to Tara who usually fixes my issues, she helped me save $40 a month after figuring out I was paying for a feature I didn’t know I had on my account for 2 years. She got me a credit and took it off. She treats me like family, not like a customer. 5 stars!

I have verizon, I came in to buy a battery for my phone. Terra, met me at the door, greeted me, and listened to my issues!! ALL OF THEM!!! Ha.ha. GOD BLESS HER! She helped me out big time!! She fixed my charging issue and I traded in that god awful phone in for a new one. No more issues. She gave me her info and told me to call if I needed anything else. Forgive me but, I do not like coming into these types of stores!! ALL THE TIME these people try to get you to buy! buy! buy! Terra made me feel like family! I didnt get a survey like she said, Im telling everyone now! on here!! When you go to the store!! Ask for her!! Thanks again!!! Good job Verizon.
Stay away from the Verizon stores the are ripoff artist they lie to their customers and are only interested in selling you Cell phone service and overpriced cheap Chinese accessories. Do you really want to spend $207 for 2 charge cords the dont work? Or a free tablet that cost $100 to get rid of when it does not work? Or expensive cell phone insurance that wont cover a defective phone because the dont sell them anymore?
They try to come off as knowledgeable. However when asked specific questions about prepaid service ( which they do not offer) they give definite answers. When confronted about being wrong then they admit they are not trained in that area. Its not difficult to say I dont know But that would have meant I would have walked right out the door and found answers for myself. I will tell everyone to save themselves a headache and go straight to the real Verizon store just down the street. This place has cost me too much time and money.

If I could put Zero I would, these are the least helpful, rude, and most unpleasant men I have ever worked with. They can rot, along with there going nowhere, didnt go to college jobs. The most pathetic, scum of the earth, garbage, misogynistic men work in this particular store and Verizon as a company should be ashamed that these terrible people are representing them. We left there store and a few hours later were totally switched over to AT&T. Good riddance to these god awful people.
