I want to start this off by saying this is the first new bike I have bought from a dealership and it was the exact opposite of what people might think when it comes to sales. Not only was it one the easiest processes, but the sales team(Josh, Dallas, Andy) where amazing and so helpful. I only wish other car/motorcycle dealerships to be more like this. Super transparent and took everything I had to say into consideration. Any hesitation that I might of had about getting a motorcycle flew out the window when I got there. Im one happy customer that is ready to drive my dream motorcycle! And if anyone is looking to buy soon, please do yourself a favor and call Harley-Davidson of Yuba City. Give them a shot! There’s no way I would want to go anywhere else. Super friendly. Very helpful and I appreciate that they were already ordering some minor stuff that I wanted to fix. Only they were already planning on fixing. Nothing huge, just some bulbs and a light housing. They have been great with following up AFTER the sale.

The staff here are be very down to earth. They make you feel like you have been friends for a while. I know they are trying to sell you a bike. But they go above and beyond. And if you purchase a bike its quite an experience.

All The guys over at yuba city HD have great customer service. HD josh stayed in touch with me and dealt with me being indecisive for about two weeks about buying a bike but ultimately ended up getting my street glide and I’m happy about it. Thanks josh!

Ive tried to give them my business on multiple occasions. Somehow they have always found a way to disappoint.. Again, today I tried. I wanted to buy some parts. I live an hour away. I want to confirm they have the parts in stock before I do a 2 hour round trip. The store has been open for almost an hour but the phones go to a message saying they are closed and to leave a message. The message also says that they should be open today between 10-6. Sacramento, Folsom, and Fairfield Harley have all answered their phones this morning. Sac Harley said Yuba might have it in stock based on the computer but I need to call and confirm. If their hours have changed they need to change their message and update Google. That or hire someone who is competent enough to turn off the answering service after the doors open.

I always love going to the yuba Harley shop they are always extremely polite and respectful! And they always work for the customers!

It’s hard to give you a review when I’m still dealing with the same problem but so far not to impressive in being fair this is One of the hardest problems to take care of but I will say things Could’ve Started out much betterWe finally got going in the right direction after a bad start we got past it and the crew was wonderful to work with. Sporadic problems are tough to get fixed for many reasons and then to be a warranty item on top that it took some work but they did a great job and it’s fixed I want to tell you I road my last Harley 200,000 miles and had my share of dealing with mechanics Dealerships and private shops . All you can ask for is have them do what they say they will do in a reasonable time and keep you informed there’s a lot of things that happens in the shop is out of everyone’s control but not keeping a customer informed.there is no good excuse for is this at all

I just purchased my first motorcycle from HD of Yuba City.They earned my business a long time before the motorcycle sale.I have owned a Harley in the past and have visited this shop for service, parts, merchandise (cant pass up a good t-shirt), and many test rides.Every time I walk in the door, I receive a friendly greeting from the staff. When I have dealt with parts and service, there is just friendly service, no bull*&^*.The sales folks actually take the time to get to know you a little bit, your riding style, and your preferences. Other dealerships sometimes just want to sell you something.I have never felt pressured on any aspect of business with these folks. I have sold them a bike (not a trade) and received a fair price. When I bought my Road King, again there was no pressure and the price was less than I thought it would be (I still should have negotiated more). Again, no pressure, and I didnt feel like I had been hosed on the purchase.Keep in mind this is a business that sells stuff, so they are going to try and sell you, well, stuff. At no point did I feel any annoyance when I declined stuff (extras on the deal). They offered, I said nope, and that was the end. It was nice being treated like an adult.Hopefully, this bike will last me for the rest of my riding days, if not, I will be back.

Bought a 2005 Road King that needed to have a few things done to it, I was told all parts were in stock, and it would take 2 days to fix. Its now going on 2 and a half weeks and I still dont have my bike, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I live in Sacramento and I traveled to Yuma city as I have heard nothing but outstanding reviews. They didn’t lie! I bought a 2002 FLHT and I’m in LOVE with her. She’s had so much work done to her already. Lowered which I love. The wife and I go for rides all the time now in total comfort. Actually only had one thing happen. My belt broke one morning just as I was pulling out of my driveway. Thankfully I wasn’t on the road! We drove her up there and they took such good care of her and I had her back in 2 days!!!! Wow service indeed! I’ll never go anywhere else. Thanks guys for the love you showed my baby.

I wanted a new tire installed on the rear of the Softail . Got an appointment two days after visiting H.D. of Yuba City. Dropped off 8 a.m and picked up the bike same day. Service Mgr. Luke is a great, warm and knowledgeable guy . Nice doing business there.

Nice selection. Some nice used bikes in inventory. I had a blast with the 114cu bikes. General sales staff very friendly. Bike sales staff was kinda plastic and a bit too persistent. I buy motorcycles because I like the bike not because someome uses lines from Zig Ziggler or any 1980s encyclopedia sales man. Meah, Im a hard sell....I flip a coin. More to come.......

I purchesas a Harle Davidson motorcycle from them in late March early may, they made lots of promises to do things to the used motorcycle to make it fit the bill of what I wanted. But they failed to come through with most of the promises. The sales guys lied about what they could do and then never followed up on what could be fixed, so when I went to go pick up the bike none of the repairs where completed. Still waiting for them to finish fixing the wiring on the tour pack like was promised. They are horrible and would not recommend coming to this location for anything. I dont know how Harley Davidson allows them to stay in business.

Being a first time bike owner, i thought sharing my motorcycle experience with them would be helpful for all involved, instead they exploited that information and not only sold me a lemon, but a bike with 30% left on the brakes and with handle bars that were stripped out so that when i accelerate, the handle bars pull back toward me. they new i was from outta town, 200 + miles, and still sold me this bike. when i asked for a refund, they said not an option. BEWARE OF YUBA CITY HARLEY DAVIDSON!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in on a Sunday to look at bikes. Had been to several dealers looking for a Road Glide Limited. Was greeted by Tyler and shown their current inventory. After spending about an hour talking with Tyler, was introduced to Coach and decided on a bike. Pricing was reasonable and we decided to make a deal.Spent the next hour meeting parts staff, service staff, FIT staff and finally into finance where Rick made things simple. Waiting on bars to be delivered and installed prior to the ride home. Leading up to purchasing a bike from Yuba City Harley Davidson was in itself, a great experience! Dallas took care of me from our first introductory phone call! Not only when I arrived there, but the whole time, I felt like a celebrity and felt like VIP treatment but I was able to be led along with a full tour of the establishment. Wonderful employees wonderful product at a store that was immaculately clean and great upkeep. They made sure to make it happen for me for my first road bike! I felt like I knew Dallas for years Given the fact of how well he treated me. He has self-respect and dignity and upholds the integrity that Yuba City Harley would be proud of. Not only did I get my bike but it was like a surreal experience on how great I was treated. Rick from finance made sure I walked out with a great deal within my financial means. Good people. They where there to help. Actually finished paperwork after 8 pm and I did not hear any complaints from anyone about staying after closing.

Went in and explained my situation to the guys there with no expectations of leaving with a bike. About 5 mins of being at their store they hade me looking at 2 bikes in my exact price range. They worked on it so that I was able to leave there with a beautiful machine. I really appreciate the above and beyond service and friendliness of everyone in the store. Bare with me on the lengthy story here...Rode 130 miles up to Chico, had lunch with my sister and started back home. Was going to stop at the the Dealer and see if they had time to check/adjust my primary chain on my 2011 sportster 1200c. They looked super busy so I decided to head home. I made it 2 blocks from them, ripped it through the intersection and pop! Snapped the belt tensioner on the belt side. Called Harley (3:45pm on a Saturday), they sent a truck and trailer right away. Driver was super cool, (for those that care) he was wearing his mask, got me back to dealer. They got my bike on a lift, found only the tensioner was broken but they didn’t have one in stock. I’m still 80miles from home mind you. Service writer tells me they don’t have one in stock, but asked if I would be ok with a used one. ABSOLUTELY! The general manager ok’d taking the tensioner off one of the shop bikes that was being worked on if it meant getting me back on the road. So they did, took it for a test ride and everything was good to go. I won’t give an exact amount what they charged me, but no one would believe me if I did. I ended up spending extra to get some new gloves to deal with the cold ride home, but still WAY cheaper than I would have ever guessed. The service guys were awesome, the GM was awesome, the sales girls were great, and very helpful. I’ve had some pretty disappointing experiences at other dealers, but these guys were great. They set the bar by which all dealers should be operating at. I’ve never been so happy at the end of day in which I got stranded on the side of the road with vehicle troubles.

Had a really great time visiting the store. Met coach and he was a really nice guy to talk to about bikes. The store was off the hook with great in store deals and sales. The parts guy even though it had to bother him took time to assist me with the part i needed. My son and i will return to take his test ride and most possibly purchase his or our new bikes. Stop by and see for yourself, you will have fun by all staff there.

The guys at Harley Davidson in Yuba City were great, very helpful when looking at bikes. We a very happy with our Fat Boy. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. The only issue we had was with the extend warranty. Bought a bike only to have problems with it on the 3rd ride, ended up after 3 months selling back to Harley Davidson. Got stuck with the $7000 we paid for the warranty. We were able to cancel only about $3000 of the total $7000. If you buy it you get stuck with it. The staff was not at all knowledgeable about refunding or if we could even get a refund. We bought another bike and could not transfer the warranty we just bought. Ended up paying again for another Extended Warranty. Got screwed twice.

Was on a road trip with my MC and broke shifter lever on my Road glide just outside of Sacramento.. Called Sacramento Harley was put on hold standing on side of Hwy once parts department was available they didnt have part in stock! Loaded bike in run truck and continued to our destination. While looking at shops and other dealer option found Yuba City Harley. Pulled up to yuba City Harley walked in within 15 minutes parts in hand. I was able to enjoy and ride with my brothers there rest of the trip! Thank you very much Yuba City Harley-Davidson much respect from RNMC..

BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER !! We went just to browse with no intention on making a purchase but then we met Coach! He was amazing and full of knowledge. My husband wasn’t sure exactly what he wanted so Coach took the time to go over several styles of HD and encouraged him to test ride several bikes to narrow down his choices and once he had narrowed it down to the Deluxe, he took that particular bike (the one we ended up buying) for a great ride!
