I love this place! I just started an account to consign some clothes. Plenty of fun, fashionable, and unique clothes for women and juniors. I found several great professional pieces for work. The staff Ive met are all warm and welcoming, and guided me through the account process.

Interesting place a la store Second hand, you can find there from brand Michael Kors to vintage hats. Employees nice to costumers.

Thankful we have this consignment shop locally. Always fun to look . Great deals. You never know what you will find!

This place is great theres so much stuff of all different sorts of styles of clothes

The staff is friendly and it was easy to take my clothes in to consign. You dont need an appointment and they go through your stuff right then and there so you dont have to go back and pick up your unwanted stuff. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because they issued one of my name brand tops to someone elses account, which I can clearly see why since they have such a mess of clothes on the counter and the floor it would be easy for them to do. So dont plan on consigning anything you absolutely care about. Also some of my name brand clothes went mysteriously missing from the store without being sold. Other than that I had no other issues!

Unfortunately staff was not helpful and ignored me. I would have bought 3 outfit sets, I like to pay into great service as well. If you work with the public I think even having a fake nice attitude is better than being rude.

I used to frequent this establishment, but after my last experience Im not sure if I will ever return.First, you must know, they do not allow for returns. So, as the clerk was running my credit card, I decided not to purchase one of the items. The clerk informed me that since the card payment went thru, she could not (did not know how) reverse the charge. The Managers response, which included calling the owner and at one point used the phrase: ...whatever flips your boat (cue in the sound of nails on a chalkboard). Nonetheless, the issue resolved. On different visits Ive ignored negative comments overheard from this Manager, so I believe this is not an isolated incident. The rude manner the Manger displays is the reason I question whether I will return and the reason for the low rating.

Disappointing, they tell you they are always taking jeans, I bring about 40 pairs in in good condition and good popular brands, they took 3 pairs, so I will go there to shop, not my first stop though

I have only been to this shop 3 times (yesterday being my third) the first two visits were great, I believe the owner was working, very friendly and helpful. I have never written a review but felt the need after yesterdays experience. My friend and I had traveled fifty miles specifically to shop here. We walked in and the clerk never lifted her head from either her phone or a book to acknowledge us. Also another problem was the credit card machine was down (it happens) but they would not accept checks either. I had to disturb the clerk to ask a question. That vented, they have great items and prices and maybe when you visit that clerk will have moved on. Not accepting checks (due to machine failure) seems like bad business as we were prepared and wanted to buy several items.
