I recently had a prescription filled here for my six year old. Claudillo was very helpful. The glasses she picked out were a great price and they fit great too! I’m very pleased with the service here and will be returning in the future.

The Yuba City Stanton Optical was great with their customer service! I went in for their two for $59.95 and went out with a great deal from the manager, Gloria. She offered prompt service, and was extremely accomodating for my budget and eye needs. Id recommend going in to make an appointment if you need a good pair of glasses, they have a lot of options and Gloria was fantastic!

Poor quality control. Zenni optical has better prices and quality. Eye exam itself had a very long wait as well. Easier to go to Target optical or somewhere like that and take your script online if you have a simple/weak one. Otherwise go to a real optometrist office.

I can’t praise Claudio Martinez enough. He truly cares about his patients, from the warm welcomes when you enter the building to the positive good bye once you leave. I scheduled an appointment with Stanton to have my lenses updated as there was a change in my prescription. Gloria, Manager, assisted me in this process. During this process Gloria noticed there was a discrepancy with my lens measuresments, so to ensure the correct measurements were taken, she consulted with another co-worker and with the Optometrist, who confirmed her measurements were indeed correct. Gloria is extremely knowledgeable in the various upgrades & options they offer. She explained them all & answered my questions with great patience. I really appreciated not being rushed nor pressured to select any of the upgrades I selected. Gloria was knowledgeable & extremely attentive. Thank you, Gloria!!

Very convenient!I had to reschedule my appointment because I was running late and was able to have the eye exam rescheduled just two hours later than the original time.The technology used to perform the eye exam is remote telehealth. A qualified technician is present at the exam and assists the remote optometrist or ophthalmologist to administer the exam.I found the technology to be thorough and efficient.After the exam, I was assisted in the selection of the glasses by a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was friendly.My particular staff member was Gloria. She did a great job helping in my selection and when it was time to pick up the glasses about a week later, she was able to quickly make the minor adjustments needed to fit the glasses comfortably. The visual acuity through the finished lenses is excellent.I have already recommended the Yuba City Stanton Optical to my wife and a few businesses associates.If you need an eye exam in a hurry, I wholeheartedly recommend Stanton Optical. You’ll get in there quicker than anywhere else thanks to the telehealth technology.Check them out. You won’t be sorry.

My wife and I were astounded at how fast the eye exam was done. I have been wearing glasses for 16 years and this exam was very professional and through. After, an extremely helpful manager named Josafat helped us with picking out frames and lenses. We were the last customers of the day and he waited for my indecisive wife to choose her frames. He was quite funny and patient. They have a huge selection of glasses, as you can see by the pictures, including safety glasses and sunglasses. I would recommend Stanton to anyone looking for a relaxed atmosphere and no high pressure salesmen.

Horrible service. You dont see an optometrist except through Skype and when you tell the person checking your eyes that each frame they put up is still blurry, you are ignored. Is that a real person on the screen or a bot? Im guessing the latter. When you get your glasses, they are about as good as the dollar store glasses.When you complain, they say you need to see an optometrist. Hello? Why are they selling glasses then? Plus, 1 person is there. Appts are moot. They tell you to come back only to reschedule. Then when you go to the re schedule, its the same song and dane of sorry, nobody here to help you, only me and I have other customers which means numerous trips to appts that they dont follow up on. This place is a rip off.

I’ve been coming here for all my glasses needs since they opened. I love the staff. They are super nice. Durning COVID, they have been half staffed and it’s a bit slower but the service is still just as fantastic as before. I love that this location has a lab! Turn around times are amazing pre- COVID. Right now they have to be shipped out but it’s still worth going through them. ♥️

These people are the most unprofessional non-covid compliant business I have ever visited. The staff is rude. No one greets you to find out what you need. Just have a seat, were busy. No one directs you. The do not disinfect between patients. I would never recommend this place. I doubt they even noticed I left. Highly disappointing.

The 2 ladys that opened this store on jun 18 were very rude to the customer s when ever anybody had a question. On top of being rude the email told me that both my glasses and sun glasses were in and they didnt even look for them and i had to drive an our for half of my order. Very poor poor service then i got charged shipping for the other half of my order on top of it all

Worst customer experience ever! I was going to buy contacts and 2 pairs of glasses but they would not honor their emailed offer! I ended up paying $89.00 for a television eye examand im not even sure it is accurate!

Horrible. I called and make an appointment. I specifically asked about insurance over the phone. I drove 45 minutes to my appointment only to find out they do not take my insurance anymore. So now I’m in a bind, waisted my time and money because they couldn’t communicate over the phone with me. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Everytime I come here I’m met with extreme professionalism. It’s always generally a speedy visit, and the job gets done well. They always work with your budget and specific needs, whatever they may be. Claudio is especially helpful, always going the extra mile. Not many offices can make you feel at ease with health care visits but this is definitely one of them.

Ordered to pair of glasses, had to call and see if they had arrived! Upon arriving at the store 40 minutes away they only had one pair? I tried them on and couldnt see much better than I could with the naked eye! I mentioned this to the girl working there and she said it will take a week or 2 to get used to them. I prefer not to cause a wreck while Im getting used to them. Hope they make this right
