Called CVS to see if my prescription was ready. No body picked up. I went to CVS to pick up a prescription. They said it wasnt ready and didnt know when it would be ready. So I went home. Received a message on voicemail which was cut off, but did state to call if I had any questions. I called and was told my prescription would be ready about 7:30 pm. I called again around 6:45 pm to see if it was ready and automated service stated Rx was ready. I arrived at the store and they said pharmacy closed at 6 pm. They need to fix their automated phone service and let customers know when prescriptions are really going to be ready and when they can pick it up.
Thanks for the free drugs delivery and literature about tumors on liver couldnt sleep at all without it but it doesnt bother me its worth it

CVSs parent company refuses to allow any CVS store to prescribe Hydroxychloroquine. My husband and I will never spend another penny in that store. Every doctor in Yuba City is prescribing Hydroxychloroquine in safe doses to treat early symptoms and cure Covid. No one who has taken Hydroxychloroquine, zinc, vitamin C, and inhaled steroids has died of covid, no one. Its criminal to withhold lifesaving drugs.
I Have Used CVS As My Primary Pharmacy For Many Years, Recently I Transferred From The Oroville Location To This One On Stabler Lane And I Have Had Excellent Service In Both Locations, This Pharmacy On Stabler Lane Made My Transition So Easy Now When I Go In They Know Me And Dont Feel Like A Stranger.
How did this happen! CVS at Feather Down used to be the best pharmacy! Now it doesnt matter when your Rx is called in, when you go to pick it up it wont be ready. Please hire more staff so there is less waiting in line and then sitting 20min to 1hr until they can fill the rx!

I’m so frustrated with the Yuba city CVS on stabler lane in Yuba city ca . I get texts that aren’t correct !! Their out of my medication that I have been on for two years . They don’t have time to check with my insurance for authorization for a prior medication! I have excellent private insurance we pay dearly for !! And the in competence is not except able !! They don’t keep communication among themselves. Very sad .

The line to pick up medicines at the pharmacy are crazy long. Prices are high, which is OK for a convenient store, but with the long waiting time is not worth it. I will update review is things change.
Just stopped in this store to pick up a new supply of my favorite moisturizer and serum. CVS is the only store I can find this brand. Looked thoroughly, then asked the lady working that department. Of course, she had never heard of it. Went to the appropriate section and also could not find it. She suggested I look online to see where to buy it. Guess which store was #1 on the list! Yes, that exact store on Stabler in Yuba City.Also called the Marysville store before going out there and was abruptly put on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up.So tired of poor customer service. Ill be destroying my CVS rewards card, as theres no reason to go there ever.
This Pharmacy is horrible I have been on hold for over an hour for the pharmacy and no one picks up. I then called again and was put on hold for another 15 minutes nobody picked up. I called again and asked for a manager the person I talk to said I explained to her what was going on she said well I dont know I work the front and said she would transfer me I said okay but am I going to get a person or am I going to be put on hold again she goes I dont know I dont work back there I work the front. They have horrible customer service in the pharmacy its ridiculous.
I Would move my perscriptions to another pharmacy if i could. It takes nearly a week to fill certain prescriptions.Theyve also on their own authority, moved my perscription to a different pharmacy without asking me. They REALLY need to get it together or hire new pharmacy staff.

Do not use this pharmacy. im almost positive these pharmacists bought their degrees online. horrible customer service. slow. always a HUGE line. rude. you get the point.
Worst customers service at the pharmacy. This lady name Lori was so rude over the phone. I called to see if my medicine was ready and she was being really rude. For sure not going here again.
Appear to be understaffed I have stood in their line and watched them ignore the phone calls which explains why it’s so hard to get through had Doctors tell me they couldn’t get through 🤷♂️

Went to the Pharmacy it can take quite a while to wait for your prescription to be filled. ALL THE TIME. You NEED TO WORK On this!!!
