Great to get your Covid vaccine. My husband got his there, the lady who administered it was excellent and explained everything well.Unfortunately sitting there waiting for it we were made very nervous given there maskless customers, there was even a customer in line for the pharmacy with no mask and she was served, without them even acknowledging she wasn’t wearing it.We are super grateful to be in position of vaccine eligibility. Places where we go to get it shouldn’t be a risky place to be. Being so close to being vaccinated we have tried to be extra cautious and this was disappointing.Other than this the store was excellent, clean, very friendly staff, and had everything you would expect of Walgreens, sans the bare faces it would’ve been a 5 star review
When you are short on time, or need something immediately this place has a little bit of everything! The reasons I didnt give it more stars is because the high prices. Their photo center is not open 24 hrs, but the store and the pharmacy are. Great variety of beverages. They have items for babies, pets, a little bit of everything.
Its SO HARD to get money from Western Union!!!!!! Because they Dont have the Sufficient Money,this has happened so MANY TIMES!!!!!!!!!! Dont waste your Time Here .....👎
The Pharmacy had one lady at the counter. She was so overwhelmed she couldnt even answer one queation and was not graceful about handling the stress either. So I am very disappointed in their lack of help that makes their customers suffer.
Covid testing results are at a snail’s pace here. It took over 90 hours to get my Covid results. Go to an urgent care instead.
Please don’t come here for Covid testing. We needed our test results back in 72 hours for a flight, we contacted them ahead of time to make sure they could do it and they said “yes”. Then when we showed up we asked again just to double check and they said “no”! But by that point it was too late to book anywhere else. I believe this speaks to beyond just our situation, it is very sketchy to go to a pharmacy that gives out misinformation when specifically inquired about. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, I just wish someone had warned me not to go here so I’m hoping to help someone else out. Their mistake has cost us a lot of money and caused a ton of stress.
Well stocked with many new items. Clean floors and displays. Staff was helpful and friendly. No wait at check out and computer worked fast.

Ive had many issues in the past with this pharmacy, mostly customer service and snails pace speed. They must have cleaned house because my last couple visits with them has been beyond wonderful. The crew has been extremely helpful and they filled my meds extremely fast.I dreaded having to use them again because my regular pharmacy didnt have the medicine I needed. I so happy I decided to give them another try. If they continue with the great service I may switch back to them as my main pharmacy. Thank you for the wonderful care.
Horribly customer service. Cashier extremely rude. To many other places in town, even if there werent, I would travel out of my way to get what I need. In a day and age when things are so easy to order over the internet, customer service is the last thing to keep you coming in. Good luck, mean lady, the age of the robot is going to replace you

My 8 month old was diagnosed with the flu tonight at urgent care. I’m a first time mom so I’m heartbroken and feel terrible. I arrive to the drive tru with a screaming baby and the pharmacist immediately has an attitude. He doesn’t see my prescription and tells me to come back in 15 min or go into the store. Since I don’t need to infect the public with influenza I leave and park and go back through the drive thru. He tells me it’s going to be 30 min. I tell him that my babies screaming I can’t wait that long. He says he’s the only one there and hangs up on me. So I sit there and wait for him. He then says that he can’t have me sitting in his drive thru. So I explain to him that he didn’t hear me because he hung up on me and that my baby is miserable in the car I have to come back in the morning. He then says okay and hangs up on me. Never got his name because he continually hung up on me in the drive thru but I really hope he learns customer service and/or time management because working at a 24hr pharmacy isn’t a good fit for him.

The pharmacy staff is rude and uneducated they hold prescriptions up to 5 days past pick up date or to the point you have to have your Dr call and make them fill it. They will tell you in the middle of your call hey call back in an hour Im busy after they cant figure out what to do. Bunch of idiots back there!
I have stopped having my prescriptions filled here. New prescriptions were not filled until you showed up in person.

This is the 2nd time we have had to use this pharmacy due to it being the only 24hr pharmacy in the Yuba/Sutter area, and boy... if my husband didnt need the medicine urgently,he would have endured the extra day of pain just to get the prescription filled at our regular Rite Aid Pharmacy!!The level and quality of service received both times at this location, were so highly unprofessional and extremely poor... which reflects very badly on the Walgreens brand!!!Ok, I understand that the two times weve been at the drive-thru window, it has been late... but come on, youre there to do your job, so do your job, or get a new job that doesn’t require public interaction/service!When we pulled up to the drive-thru, the pharmacy tech/asst. was standing next to the window, so out of courtesy and just common sense, I didnt feel the need to harass her with the CALL button. But she passed by the window twice, without even so much as a nod in our direction to indicate that she had seen us, or that she would get to us shortly! And then she went and stood at the front counter chatting to two male colleagues (whom I assume were the pharmacists) while we waited, and waited, and waited for acknowledgement of our presence. Nothing. So I pressed the “CALL” button.She didnt even turn around!!!! Nor did the other two guys!!! A few moments later, she picked up her phone and nonchalantly said Whats the name?. Really???!!!! No Hello, sorry for the delay......??????!!!!!And when she finally did bother to look up our prescription info, she didn’t even let us know how long the “wait” would be! So I pressed the “CALL” button again (because our “how long is this going to take please?” went ignored), and at first, they ignored us like we were inconveniencing them in some way, then the male colleague casually picked up the phone and said “soon”. Well, “soon” was 40 minutes of sitting in the car, frustrated as hell with the lack of courtesy and basic service, staring at the drive-thru window willing them to advise us of something and/or act like they were filling our prescription!I could go on and on and on about how many shades of wrong this is, but its late and Im tired. Bottom line is, there needs to be some serious performance reviews and re-training done in the pharmacy dept. of this [Yuba City] location!I really hope Walgreens does something about this, otherwise, whats the point in having feedback/comment modules on their website?
By far the WORST pharmacy in the area...F#$king lazy workers. GO TO YOUR SMALLER MOM & POP PHARMACY.SPECIALLY IF YOUR USING PRIVATE INSURANCE. THESE GUYS AT THIS PHARMACY ARE NEVER ON THE SAME PAGE .. THEY ALL HAVE DIFFRENT ANSWERS FOR EACH QUESTION U ASK... THEY ARE STUPID AS HELL.!!!!!! .

By far the dirtiest and slowest Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacy was a nightmare was told 30min.....2hrs later. Wouldn’t mind so much if this wasn’t for a sick child. Candice needs to find a new profession.

I have attempted to get a prescription filled here multiple times when no other options were available, and each time, after waiting over 30 minutes without a single customer being served, I have given up and left. Im not sure they technically fill prescriptions at the drive-thru at all. Horrible.
They told me 20 mins for my Rx. When I came back to get it, they hadnt filled it because they didnt think I would pay for it. I told them they could have called me to ask. Instead I waited almost an hour for a Rx and had to drag 3 kids - one of them sick - into the store. HORRIBLE PLACE
