This is a pretty strict business, and cant blame them, as its a food commercial company. When picking up or dropping off, make sure that your on time or youll get your load late. If you have a delivery, and you have a long distance to get there, make sure you give your self time.The good thing is that there pretty quick loading you, but they dont have many doors, and not enough room to move trailer around when you have a tractor with a sleeper. Make sure you trailer is clean, and no holes in the floor or they will reject you.

Security will have you with no understanding. Please hire competent people to check driver in and out. Not the ones on a power trip!

Do not go in more than a hr earlier than appointment time, park in the bullpen than walk up to security shack use the phone first to call shipping office then check in with security tell them the same info that you just told shipping office then you get a pager go back to wait in truck till paged, drive up to the entrance by security, they will give you a dock number...dont forget to carry DL and must have a mask or you will have to walk back to truck to get it...ABSOLUTELY NO OVERNIGHT PARKING!!!! Several signs stating private property no overnight parking or you will be trespassing. Loading didnt take long about lil over a hr....theres a truck stop about 5 miles away pay to park

Have to give credit where credit is due fast loading, and correct loading procedures, a little confusing checking in because there is a phone you use while there is somebody sitting in the office, so your checking in twice. Hard to understand the security guard because he spoke very broken english.All in all, a positive experience, got me in and out quick thats what its all about.

This place is a hub for commercial picks and drops. Its a little slow sometimes because they dont have many docks. Other than that its ok. Always be prepared to be here between 2 and 3 hrs. I dropped off a load today and was there for 2.75 hrs. (2 hrs 45mins). Once you get to a dock it goes pretty fast. Unless the forklift driver has a break between they will stop unloading/loading your truck even if there is only 1 or 2 pallets to off/on load.

Never a dull moment, no matter what always something to do. Thank you for asking how my experience has been, or shall I say is going.I cannot give out any more information. Mediocre... friendly enough. Didnt take long to unload. They have a nice bullpen but is gated and locked was open at 0745 when I got there for an 0800 appt.

The store is still closed to the public but I was able to order items to be shipped. Works for me 😊

Worst experience...went there for delivery and when i reach there they canceled the appointment and told me come next day. Wasted 24 hours and then they dont allow you to park there ..we came all the way from Pensalvania to deliver their stuff but dont allow to stay there for a while.The old lady guard at the main gate was extremely rude and she didnt guided me properly and she was in so angry mood all the time and with everyone. They should fire her as her behavior is extremely rude and harsh.

To slow unloading 3hours for unloading I dont like the place

Apparently there is no overnight parking available. So I was told. If you are picking up a dry, nonrefrigerated load, destined for States Logistics in Buena Park, California, with a reefer trailer, call your dispatch. These loads need to be loaded on to a dry van. My loaders were working hard to get this load to fit into my reefer. I was at the dock 2.5 hours for a 45 minute load. I appreciate the patience of the gentlemen that loaded. By mutual agreement, l will not be back to load there again with a reefer trailer.

By app,quick loading 1/2019. Loading second time hear,by appointment only, parking by gate. Quick loading.

Yuba City store manager I noticed will treat you like royalty(IF YOU ARE WHITE) if you non white she will basically ignore you. If she approaches she will ask Stupid questions Like Do you have money to paid This store will do well to hire someone more in tune with the California population mix. There is parking when waiting to get loaded. I didnt made my appt. I am going to wait until they have an opening. Once u get a door they have loaded me fast.

Big parking lot but cant park overnight. 5 long hours to unload tankers and you are forbidden to get out of your truck and walk across the street to restaurants to eat. You are actually held hostage.

Had pickup and found out that appt changed later time. Was told to go anyway and got there . Well it was a lie. Was told to leave and return at 16:30 pm and which. New appointment at 18:30pm . Note 1st appointment was for 12:30pm . Been waiting for this load for 30h56 min. By time I get this load I will have done 34 reset . And I stay in GA. Well thats where load going to be relayed. Making this my last time come this far out west. .

I bought their prunes in the 18 ounce container. It had the right weight, but I was put off when I saw that the container was only about half full. I dont like to be fooled and I bought this product and size since I thought it was a good deal. Next time I buy prunes, Ill compare with prunes of other companies. When Im fooled in one way, I worry that the company will try to fool me in other ways, too.

Very fast unloading truck but can’t overnight parking

Loaded there today. Appointment was for 1600, at a door at 1430. Rolled out @ 1500. Please and thank you go a long way. Thank you security staff and thank you SS forklift driver.

About 3hr wait to get loaded but loading was quick and you have to be inside by trailer while loading

Rude and unprofessional people at the guard. No respect, no information being released. Shut up and wait attitude. Strict appointment, no show earlier than 2 hours before the appointment. Super fast and professional loading on the other hand.

Box of rocks and night security equally useless and unhelpful. Parked and sleeping soundly in the truck staging area for hours before night security popped a chub at 11pm informing me I had to leave. No signs indicating overnight parking wasnt allowed. With luck Ill get uninvited to this natural cure of constipation. .. security could use a hefty dose of prunes.

Went there to pick up a load.. Very bad warehouse management.. I was denied to use their scale for weighing the load i had to take, so i was forced to go to a local scale. I was overweight. It took them 6 hours to fix the loads weight
