I went in to buy my brother a San Francisco Giants hat. I asked the girl working there Which ones are the old school hats she looked at me with a blank stair and said Everything we have is what you see. I said yes but Im looking for something old school and she just repeated What we have is what You see. Come on now.. If you dont know anything about the products youre selling you probably shouldnt work there. I picked out a hat that I thought my brother would like, paid for it and she asked me if I wanted a receipt I said yes and she Groaned and said well let me see if I can get one and it took 5 minutes. Thats freaking ridiculous! Wont be going back here. I dont like shopping online I prefer to support local stores but if this is what I can expect I guess I need To rethink it.

Though I didnt end up getting anything the staff were very helpful and accommodating

Its a store of nothing but lids LIDS,HATS, CAPS. ive been waiting for ever for them to open their store. J.D. one of the employees has always had a positive attitude and a friendly vibe that makes you want to saywhy notand blow 200 on a couple hats. And the chick that was working with him,well yeah, i couldnt even make eye contact cause she was BAD!!and had me stuck on stupid.....Bad. anyways they have a BOGO going on so get in there and but some lids.

You come to a store for service and interaction. Not someone on there phone talking about drama to their other coworker. Next time Ill just buy online.. Not once they ask if they can help me with anything..
