It was excellent in every way possible. The only issue that I experienced was telephone calls. Not being able to hear each other. Them telling me that they couldnt leave a message on my phone informing me that it had arrived. Replacing my phone network with two base unit networks and having it checked out by a certified technician three times. And they informed me that they did about the same. Which quickly brought me to the conclusion that I dont like cell phones or cordless phones no matter what company or brand or provider that one may have. Ill personally take a good old land-line phone from my childhood. Regardless of this issue that I dont blame them or me for, Ill give them FIVE 🌟S. I pray that their in business for the rest of my life. I can only look forward to the future business that I do with them.

My first visit at Clark & Sons was a great experience. It has that small American business feel, with that personalized customer service that has become uncommon. They seem to know their stuff.I was looking for a replacement needle to repair the carbeurator on a Briggs & Stratton engine. Without saying any more than that, the gentlemen helping me was able to discern which part I needed. Within minutes I had my new carbeurator needle. No computer screen to search for schematics and part numbers; just good òle know how.I will be back with all my mower needs.
