Great place and excellent service. Stop in for a free tire check before and after a long trip, or for regular vehicle maintenance. I bought new tires there and go for my free tire rotation too which helps tires last longer. Fast service and an excellent job done. You can make appointments too for whatever fits your schedule.

Sean took wonderful care of me. I had a nail in my tire, causing it to leak. I went to my usual shop and they said itd be 4 days until they could get me in. No way!! I called a friend in the automotive realm and he recommended Les Schwab. I went and they took my car right in! The waiting room was clean and comfortable and I settled in for a long wait. Sean finished in under 30 mins and was sweet enough to park in front as I had a broken ankle. He didnt even charge me!!! Ill for sure go back to them in the future. They really know how to take care of customers!

New store, very prompt, very polite. Overall it makes taking care of tires feel as close as its ever going to feel like going to Disney land. The wife liked watching through the big windows the manly men work those big tires in their blue and white uniforms - which was somehow made the experience more impressive to her. The job was fast and done right.

I honestly really love this location for the employees being very personable and funny, and because they do their job very well and efficiently. My car was a bit of a beat up mess, as well, so them being able to on the fly repair my entire brake system from scratch was really sweet. They helped me out a second time when my brake pads burned out again under the warranty of the repair for no extra charge. Great place for auto repair of any kind.

I will not take any car I have to this place ever, they did the alignment on my sons charger it was so far off when he got the car back. we called them to take it back. The girl I believe her name was Amanda she was so rude and just very nasty. There was no reason for the attitude. We are taking the car to the dealership. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Wow. Im almost speechless. I was greeted by a clean cut young gentleman that was smiling and courteous before I even got to the front door. Free tire repairs-priceless, literally! Its so beautiful inside that you just relax immediately. Free popcorn, coffee, latte, and cappuccino! I have never seen anything like it so I just had to take pictures!

Great experience my first time coming into this location. Professional and courteous staff.Eric greeted me when I parked and assisted me through my purchase. Good options and they are willing to provide fair and detailed explanations. Prices for me were good and fair considering warranty and free services for the life of the wheels.While inside a customer became irate with the service members over a quote/miscommunication and was yelling; yet the staff were very polite, calm and professional even while the customer threw personal attacks. I bring this up because this customer may post negative reviews against this location but from my experience and personally witnessing this customer it begs the idea of “the customer is always right.” Good for Les Schwab staff handling this professionally.I recommend this location for anyone and appreciate their services.

On my way home from work my tire sensor notified me of a extremely low tire. I contacted this location for a quote to check and repair my tire. I was told its free as a courtesy, others places charge from $10-$20 for that service. I walked in & walked out in 30mins, this location was very careful with my premium wheels & did an amazing job making sure the tire was repaired correctly. I will definitely be returning to this location for my future maintenance repairs.

My first experience at this Tire Center was amazing!! I had stopped by to get my Audi tires, inspected. Which was free of charge.. Soon, as I parked my car, I was greeted immediately. The environment here is so comfortable. Its super clean, big, and all of the staff is courteous!!I was informed that I needed Axles, Control arms replaced, and wheel alignments. Thomas, was able to order the parts and have me come back, first thing the next morning.. I want to thank Thomas, for his dedication, & the excellent hard work, that he had put into my car. Even those extra hours of trying to remove the rusted, stubborn, Axles. That had broken his tool. He didnt let that get in his way of accomplishing his job!!I highly recommend this place!! You guys keep up the great work!!

The guys say thats thanks to Jordan!☺️ I actually had to have my spare put on I immediately went there to have it looked at.I had a slow leak in my tire. There was no pressure to buy anything or any services other than what I needed.I ended up asking about an oil change . The price was competitive and I had the time. The tire was repaired at no charge, air was put in all tires, an oil change and what should have been an unexpected inconvenience was a pleasant experience!

I didnt make an appointment so they werent able look at my car. I wanted to get an alignment. They wanted me to leave my car there all day. I decided to go somewhere else. They were not wearing masks.

I took my car in because I had a leak in my rear tire. To my surprise the staff took the car in and fixed the tire within 15 minutes and did not charge me anything! Everybody was friendly and the staff was efficient with there work. I highly recommend Les Schwab and will be going there for all my tire needs in the future!

Great place to go for many services, now including oil changes! The staff is very knowlegable and hospitable. The building and waiting area were clean and comfortable with free coffee, popcorn and water. Best of all there was no charge for my tire rotation, during the rotation they found a nail which they also fixed for free. If you havent tried Les Schwab in yucaipa I would definitely recommend their services.

They dont check fluids, they dont service the air in your tires... after an oil change my truck started over heating... they pinched off my water line in my truck causing it to pressurize and lose coolant... i expected mechanics to be good at their job not try to get extra work by doing mischievous things to my vehicle while they did work... worst service ever... Im taking my cars to redlands motor sports... at least they know what they are doing and not trying to screw people over...

Went in for an alignment, they told me my lower ball joints and upper control arm needed to be replaced, quoted me an outrageous amount of money to replace them and align the truck, went to another mechanic here in town recommended by AAA, they said all was fine and that the ball joints and upper control arm looked fine, the only thing they agreed with on my quote from les schwab was that I needed a camber and caster kit, had this installed and the truck aligned by the other mechanic for 1/4 the price. Avoid the big corporate guys and go to a local mechanic that actually cares and isnt trying to gouge you to meet sales quotas.

They saved the day! Rainiest day in Seattle, and I had a nail in my tire! Super easy to make an appointment online and they were great about communicating with me and getting the car back in commission in time for me to finish my Christmas shopping. Thank you!

I love this place. Normally I wouldn’t go out of my way to write a review for a tire shop, but the experience I had here was so good I felt I had to. The staff here is clean, very respectful and polite, and professional. The building is kept up beautifully. I was greeted in the parking lot and the gentleman who helped me did an amazing job of working on my car. I got it back exactly as I left it (CLEAN!) and the technician who serviced it went above and beyond in his work. The prices were a little bit on the higher side but not considerably and honestly I was happy to pay it for the level of service I received here. Would highly recommend. I have been to many other shops and have never had this good of an experience anywhere else.

Great service, great pricing. The staff was very accommodating for what I needed done. I was able to get the work done I wanted the same day. They also were able to take care of some extra things I needed done on the truck as well. It saved me time and money not to have to drive to Riverside. I will definitely use them again.

Workers definitely need some training on how to read their own inventory. I usually go to dinosaur tire, but decided to step out of the box today even though they were a tad bit more expensive. I called them on the phone to make sure the tires were in stock and they said they were. I get there and find out the tires were discontinued. I’m a pretty loyal customer to stores like dinosaur because of this reason. It is harder to get a new customer then it is to get repeat customers.A client should feel confident that the employee who works for the store selling a product is knowable on how their system works. If they aren’t you begin to question if they are knowable on the products they even sell.I would definitely invest some money or time into making sure that your employees are trained. Not a big deal because we got it straightened out in the store, but for the future of your company staying alive in a very competitive tire area where a smaller company has been dominating, it’s probably a good idea.

Big, clean store with really helpful staff - Jonathan was great, he met me in the parking lot and asked how they could help. I had a flat tire and they got me back on the road in 15 minutes. They checked all the other tires and put my spare back in its proper place. Not that I noticed the time because the waiting area is fantastic! - clean, tidy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.

I haven’t even purchased tires here yet and they have given me a free alignment check and free tire rotation.They even checked my Cam Bolts, because another place I went to said I needed new ones and we’re going to charge me $150 to do them.Les Schwab was only going to charge me $80 (parts and labor) if I needed them, but I didn’t even need them.This place is VERY honest and haven’t even gotten a cent of my money yet. Ive had two trailer hitches installed and I am so thankful for the quality of service that Rob and his crew offer. They have done fantastic job of installation and are committed to Quality customer service.

This place is amazing. All of the guys are very helpful. I purchased two new tires 3 weeks ago got a nail and my new tire was flat. My husband patched it so I could come back here they took my car right away and fixed it. If they cant fix it the warranty it. Truly amazing for a mom on a budget. Had a great experience at Les Schwab this morning- staff and service were outstanding! Especially Jorge who helped my boyfriend repair the nail in his tire on his brand new BMW (only 3 days old and 300 miles driven!). Of course BMW Roadside Assistance and the dealership suggested he buy a brand new tire ($$$$). We instead found Les Schwab online and not only did Jorge hook it up but the repair only took 15 minutes! We would definitely recommend their service to anyone needing help with their tires, their shop is big and clean and the inside has many comfortable waiting areas complete with phone chargers. The only thing that could be better was if there was a Les Schwab location closer to our home in San Diego! Thank you Jorge and Les Schwab!!!

Wont Take My Money! I have gone to this location two separate times, once for them to look at an alignment on a Honda Minivan thinking a full realignment was needed, a just recently this weekend on my Tundra to have brakes replaced (squealing for the past two months), and each time they completed an inspection and said that the items are not in need of repair/replacement and that they both checked out in great condition. Each inspection was at no upfront costs as well! When im ready to get work done (if they say its needed) I will use them without a doubt for their honestly. They could have easily said to just get new breaks or an alignment. Glad to have the business in town.

I went to get my tractor tire put back on the rim. I was approached in the parking lot where the young man got the tire out of my truck and started working on it. He then opened the front door for me to go inside. Me knowing I needed a new tire they already got the quote and said it would be there in 2 days.The Service is awesome and the staff are friendly.I will not go anywhere else from now on.

I left a review last month felt disappointed at the time. I just spoke to Rob the manager. Corporate should give him a raise. He went out of his way to see that I was taken care of and anything that I felt was misunderstood he would make right. You just never see that very much anymore. He took the time to explain and see what he could do to make us happy. He was not concerned with being right, but wanted to make sure he made it right for us. We will definitely go back, and again thank you Rob for caring. Wish more out there did the same.

Absolutely amazing staff. I was conflicted at what tires to get and their associate Nick Garvin went above and beyond researching tires for and with me and didnt stop until we found what I wanted. Instead of feeling like an inconvenience to him he made it his mission to find me the tires I never knew I had been missing for so long. He explained the care I needed to ensure my tires stay nice and wear evenly and to stay within the warranty parameters. He was amazing! I hope someone in management sees this so they know how great he was! I went to several tire shops and wouldve went to a few more if it werent for Nick!

Im here now... I called around to get pricing and other places first and then I called Les Schwab in Yucaipa and they were $150 less than everyone else. And they could fit me in today!Rob took the time to make sure the tires were going to be a perfect fit for me before he even considered charging me.The store is spotless and they have a station for the kids to do coloring and eat popcorn.They had about five guys working on my truck and theyre definitely take pride in their work. I wont be going anywhere else for tires from now on!
