Best AT&T experience ever.I had a broken phone for weeks because I only get one day off my job every week, and every day off went to countless AT&T stores trying to buy a new one. Every store has an issue and every time I went to a new one with the old issue solve there was another issue πFinally ended up at this AT&T, and thank God I did. Service was impeccable β all the previous issues at other locations didnβt throw a wrench in anything here. No issues, no hoops to jump through, I got to buy my phone! Michael, who helped me, was the best guy Iβd ever met. He even helped me pick the best phone for me, showed me hidden features of the phone most people donβt know about, helped me take best advantage of all the promotions and deals they had, etc etc the list goes on. He went above and beyond the call (pun intended). Great guy too. Made great conversation, was super generous and friendly. This location is out of my area but I honestly wish I lived closer to it just to kick it with Michael. If I ever need to go to an AT&T store again, Iβd consider driving the 4 hours away from my hometown just to go to this specific location. You rock Michael thank you for everything ππΌ
They were so helpful, and I want to make sure to leave a good review because we didnt end up choosing to get any service after all, but they still guided us through to what we needed. We first werent sure if we were going to be able to get all the channels we watch via antenna, so we subscribed, then asked this local store if there was a way to get certain channels we were still missing and they found a way and got us all set up for that, then we got a regular antenna to pick up everything after all. So it didnt end up being a sale for them, but they still provided great help and great service. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend. :)
Kyle was an awesome help! He resolved issues that Ive been having for quite a while. I had called AT&T before and they were not able to resolve what Kyle did in a very short time! Mike also helped with his joyful spirit, π made me laugh!! Nice thing to have happen in this time.
The manager at this location (Michael) was extremely helpful he sacrificed his own lunch to help me troubleshoot a watch that was being difficult and in the time that I was in there he offered the same attentiveness and excellent customer service to at least four other parties at the same time he helped me . The day before I had come in and another sales associate (Kyle) had been just as helpful as this manager, although they werenβt able to resolve my problem in store they definitely went above and beyond to try and do what they could for me, other establishments should take note because as far as customer service was concerned this AT&T store is by far the gold standard.
Visited recently and had my best phone store visit to date. Vinny and Michael patiently answered all my questions and helped resolve all my issues. I would recommend their store to anyone even if they are not in Yucaipa and have to travel.
The customer service was outstanding! I want to give a recognition to Michael (manager) for helping us with our needs in a professional, fast, and kind manner. Would definitely recommend switching to AT& T or just visiting this location for your needs!

Great staff! I had a really good experience with this store and specifically Michael and Kyle. From the moment I walked in they worked to understand my needs, and in just a few minutes Michael had started working on exactly what I needed.They took the time to understand my needs, see my concerns, and answer my questions. I walked out not only with a new phone and watch, but also with the knowledge of what to expect on my bill. These guys were honest and friendly, hope I get the pleasure of doing business with them again.
Kyle had a big job which entailed a two day visit. This could improve but was out of his hands and he did it the best way he could given the limitations he has to work with. One of my lines had to be canceled and 24 hours had to go by before a purchase could be made to receive the promotional discount. We under stood and as Kyle said where able to get the discount and our new phones the following day.Thanks Kyle. Hope you get a raise.

This is the best AT&T store!!!! The new manager, Adam is great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help me save money on my overall bill which was awesome. The store is well stocked and the several times Iβve been in the store there has been little to no wait. I will always be coming to this store even though itβs further away from house from now on.

After dealing with the utter incompetence of the Redlands store, it was so refreshing to come over to this Yucaipa location. Naz was the rep who assisted us. She was patient, understood what we wanted and gave us honest opinions. We also came in right before closing which we hate doing but she had us in and out pretty dang fast. Will definitely be returning to this location.

Had a great experience today at this location. Marlene helped us create an account & add a new line. She was nice and patient, informative and explained the plan details clear. We were helped as soon as we walked in and the process was easy and completed in a decent time.
We bought a new phone (A) to replace phone (B) to replace phone (C). She transferred the data from B to A and then from C to B. Brittney also changed our Directv so that it would be cheaper for us. She was very courteous and professional.
Had an issue with setting my service up and they decided to stay on customer service past their shift and help me deal with them...went above and beyond and recommend going to this small store before any other AT&T store
I give this place a 5 star rating!! When it comes to customer service you cannot get better then naz and brittney! It had been about 8 years since I bought a nice expensive phone and naz made the entire experience enjoyable and frustration free, thanks to her winning personality and professionalism! I had two kids with with me and when they started being frustrating and making a mess in the store brittney was a huge help and kept them entertained with paper and markers to draw with, keeping them engaged and entertained! Between these two employees they gave me one of the best and most enjoyable purchasing experiences Iβve ever had! Two thumbs up!!!

I usually despise these establshmemts....the line...the wait....but today was different.....yes i waited in a line...but the wait was worth it. Marlene, the representative was so kind. Her smile brought comfort and relaxation feelings. The transactions between us were fast and she was so informative. I appreciate having Marlene as my rep. This location is an βauthorized retailerβ so there are limits to what they can do. The wait here feels about average for an AT&T store. The first person in front of me needed help with his data plan. The lone employee tried to help him but he needed to call AT&T directly. The second group ahead of me needed to combine 2 accounts into 1 account. The employee was able to help there. I needed to reactivate my mobile Hotspot device but I got referred to a βrealβ AT&T store because SIM cards arenβt available at βauthorized retailβ stores. I should have called and had AT&T send a new SIM card to me.

Came into the office and Marlene took care of a problem with my phone immediately. I had taken the phone to another person who said they could fix it but after two hours phone still not receiving texts messages. Within 10 minutes, Marlene had fixed the problem! Thanks.
