The one thing I like about Stater Brothers is their employees are really great employees. Theyre very knowledgeable where things are at and I see them constantly help senior citizens and disabled to the car. You can never go wrong shopping at Stater Brothers they have great prices great employees and I highly recommend doing the digital discounts. I do that and it does save a little extra

The cashier and staff always makes me feel like I belong. Its very customers service driven yet you feel like you are talking to your friend or next door neighbor. Its not too serious. Its a vibe! One thing, is they sell out of their key items by Sunday. For a consumer its a bummer I know for business its a great thing!!

Buyer beware... do not buy wood from this store... after an hour and a half of trying to get it to light it still went out... used torches, used starters... only to have my entire neighborhood smoked out... these are supposed to keep people warm not smoke up and choke everyone...

During my visit to the Stater Bros Yucaipa California location I received the best service ever from a Stater Bro store.I had to run in and get a cake for my sons birthday at the Bakery Department.I was greeted with a hello and immediate service from the bakery associate Madeline Solis. Ms. Solis customer service was top notch and her attentiveness was impressive. I had to praise her for the outstanding job she was doing and thanked her because she made my day with her work ethic I had to ask her for her name so I can inform stater bro of the outstanding employee they have.Thank you again!!!!!

They have a good selection of foods to choose from. They also have good prices. Its not a big store so keep that in mind if youre looking for something specific, brand name especially. Its usually not too crowded when I go at different times. However, they can get crowded.

One of the best neighborhood grocers.😊 Always friendly, clean, and have the selection of foods I need on a regular basis. Love the sales on fresh produce and drinks! On top of that competitive low prices are an every day thing. Will keep coming back!

Love this location . Staff is friendly and speedy with checkout. Managers never have a problem jumping in at registers when lines or long or other positions when things are slow. On yesterdays visit I literally saw one employee by the name of frank, pushing carts in the parking lot when a customer has an issue on her review missing an item so he runs and gets it for her . By that time Im getting out of my car and hes pushing another row of carts back to the store, he offers me a cart when I tell him I noticed his good customer service with the lady about her receipt. I go into the store, do my shopping and am getting to check-out, the lines are long as heck . I then see the same employee from before in the parking lot. Open a register and divert the traffic over to that checkout stand . I end up in his line and checkout faster then the lady I was 2 people behind in the other line. Thanks frank, for going above and beyond. 👏

Stater Bros has been around forever! Great vegetables and produce, huge meat selection, bakery with yummy strawberry cheesecake and so much more! The store is clean and the cashiers are courteous!

I have been unable to drive my car due to health issues so I have been doing my shopping thru Instacart (excellent service). I love Staters meats and overall selection. My wife trained me well as to where to shop before her death.

This is a great place to shop. We have a smaller Stater Brothers where I live, but we come up here when we need to get hard to find items, as its a much larger store. Employees are always friendly and helpful, and the store is always immaculate.

They have been out of their own version of Crystal Lite for months. They were also out of the large CoffeeMate Hazelnut creamer. I wasnt in on a Monday when you expect them to be low on stock.The blonde box boy had his mask under his nose. He needed one that fit better.

Have another register open at night time, it is verry frustrating going in and only having 1 registered open for the 10 people waiting, takes longer to pay than to get what I need this has been going on for a while now makes me not want to go really 🤷‍♂️

Nice staff. The customers all yelled the n word and way too many wore ss shirts.Very uncomfortable and I know the staff did their best but avoid this one if you can due to the clientele.

One of my regular stores. Fair prices, well stocked. Especially fond of their fresh meat and the team that works in that department - theyve offered some good cooking advice to me and fellow customers.

Its good that they are making everyone wear masks. Makes me more comfortable to shop there.

This review is for the staters on Bryant street and all of staters they claim that the people in the meat department have something like 10 years of school before they work in the department now how can that be when i know a couple of them were hired about 2 yrs ago as box boys and went to work in the meat department in about a year

The staff is always super helpful and wonderful to be around but just as anywhere else the lines get backed up when everybody decides to check out all at once... sometimes unavoidable but for the most part they get someone in there to open up a new lane during those situations but usually only for the moment! Great place!

They need to renovate this store. Its old and run down. They need to bring it up to the standards of their new stores. Those new stores set the standard for what a grocery store should be.

A great place to buy groceries. Ive experienced the most friendly and helpful staff here. Produce manager cut open a couple apples and offered samples, to give an idea of the different taste, and explained why they taste the way they do and where they come from. Also has the most friendly checker in town!

The employees are very nice their store is somewhat clean but the prices are still too high.

Stocker wouldnt move out of my 91-year old dads way, blocking the entire aisle, until the last second. Checker put minimal effort into bagging and was unfriendly. Im visiting from out-of-state so hate to think my elderly father is being subjected to this kind of treatment. Shame on the young employees for not treating him with more respect!

The manager in the evening named Erica I have personally seen her treat store customers in a rude manner . Including my husband. She is extremely unprofessional in how she conducts business at this location . In my opinion she is also rude to certain employees as well . I really liked shopping here until she arrived, the rest of management and employees have always treated everyone with respect and courtesy but I wont shop in the store as long as she is employed there ...
