My pull-behind trailer lost a window on the freeway. When my insurance company suggested Yucca Valley Auto Body, Ill admit I was skeptical. Id only had RV companies work on my camper, with some pretty bad results. Well, Im a convert! From estimate to finished job, Yucca Valley Auto Body was amazing. The job went exactly as they said it would from ordering parts to doing the actual work. The entire staff was professional and really top notch. They did a beautiful job—truly exceeded expectations. By now, this is probably sounding like a phoney made-up review. I assure you it is not. These guys are getting all my auto and trailer jobs from now on, even if I move out of the area.

Yucca Auto Body was great. A warm and inviting environment with people that great you upon entry (not too common a thing, nowadays). Jenny, specifically, was great: from getting an estimate, letting us know our courses of action, and also in giving her professional opinion. I would definitely go back if I had to.

This is my first and only experience with this business but my experience was not a good one. The estimator kept asking questions that did not pertain with the estimate I was there for and she criticized local paint and body shops.

JENNY IS AMAZING!! I sadly have had two cars, one being a total loss, the other not. I met Jenny when the vandalized vehicle was sent there. Her customer service is impeccable as well as her knowledge. She has been nothing but kind! I decided to go back when I got in a car accident, and THE ONLY reason WAS JENNY. I had a great experience getting my rear bumper fixed after a fender bender. Everyone was friendly and helpful - especially Jenny. The entire process was easy. They gave me an estimate to take to the insurance company. When I was ready to have my car fixed, I called Jenny, and it only took a couple days for the new bumper to arrive. I brought my car in and they only had it for two days. Hertz is also inside of the building so Jenny was able to take care of my rental car for me, too, one less stress to deal with. When I got my car back I was speechless at how beautiful it looks. I feel like somehow it looks even better than when I drove it off the lot. Thanks Yucca Auto Body!

WOW! This business is absolutely incredible!!! I would definitely recommend them. They fixed the engine hood of my truck within an half an hour. They werent going to charge me at all, but I gave the man who fixed it $20. He was very surprised. I said, youre my hero!!!

I brought our 2014 Camry in for repair due to a side swipe hit and run. Yucca Auto Body was closer to us than the Body Shop that our Insurance Co had gave us which was more than an hours drive away from us. This was our mistake for using Yucca Auto Body as our Insurance Co doesnt do business with Bob Tenbrook and that doesnt give us any help if Yucca Auto Body doesnt do what they were paid to do. The short side to this story is after the work was done for the second time (one complaint) having our car brought back to fix our concerns which didnt do any better then the first time I took our car to three other Body Shops and got estimates from all three each at $3,000+/- more to fix what Yucca Auto Body FAILED TO FIX THE FIRST TIME. Yucca Auto Bodies final words at that time was thats the best we can do. I filed a complaint with BAR, the Bureau of Automotive Repair and almost two months later the body shop offered me around half of what the other three body shops estimates were. Remember they said thats the best we can do BAR must have changed his attitude on what he still owes us. Unless a Body Shop works with a Insurance Co on a regular basis your on your own when the Body Shop fails you.

Yucca Auto Body did an amazing job on my insurance claim! I would highly recommend them. From the moment of the accident they sent their towtruck over to pick up my car and by the next day started tearing it down to get an insurance quote. It had suspension damage, engine damage, steering damage and of course a lot of cosmetic stuff and they handled it all in house. Im grateful they were able to keep a put my delivery vehicle back on the road. Good job yucca auto body!

Worked with me to fix my front bumper and the shop realized the damage was so minimal only charges 50 bucks to fix some of the brackets and set it on correctly. Friendly, helpful, fair and very honest. Always call to schedule an appointment.

Went for an estimate, needed an appointment, went to yucca Ford instead. Yucca Ford, no appointment, looked at problem, made an estimate within 10 minutes. Parts on order.
