Surprised when we pulled up to find that this shop is actually a house remodeled into a fabric store! Super cute and very well organized. Special thank you to Denise, your son, (and goats) for making this a surprisingly fun and memorable experience! Prices were definitely a little high, but cant beat the variety and quality. The discount room had a lot of fun patterns for a great price though! Will be back :)

Oh, if one is a seamstress or needs help with a project, this is the place to go! The staff is more than helpful, the prices are good and they have a nice selection. None of the major pattern books are offered, but they do carry a group of specialty patterns. Also, notions, costume jewelry, and gift items.

Extremely helpful, especially because I had no idea what I was doing. Needed some leather for making a new shifter boot in my car. The woman that helped me recommended super suede instead, and it was perfect!! Thank you again!

Love that place. I stopped in and got a couple different knit fabrics. Super cute. But then i heard they closed. I hate going to walmart.

For such a small town they had a lot to offer. Their fabric selection was quite large and diverse and their staff were beyond helpful and friendly. We were visiting for a wedding and needed last minute fabric to decorate a wagon to pull the ring bearer. They not only had a great selection but helped us to find just the right fabric to match our vision. Would highly recommend.

Kims Fabric Outlet is a great local small town shop, with big service! Staff always friendly and helpful, good selection, great Thursday specials! My first go-to for anything sewing related (also have lots of crafts and cute gifts).

I love fabric. And I love the quality and price of Kims fabric. She also sells other craft stuff, needle arts, latch hook rugs, paint, wooden letters, beads, beads and more beads than I have ever seen! Oh, did I mention the clothes??? She even has clothes!!! They are very amazing, one-of-a-kind, and great prices!!! The staff is the most helpful and friendly!! I love going there!! Its like going to Disneyland!!!!

During my search for particular type of fabric I called the store before heading over there. The lady answering the phone was very helpful and explained the stock they had on hand that might work for my project. She without asking went and personally looked at what was on the floor.Impressed, hopeful and pretty excited they had nice hours we drove to the store and was greeted by a very helpful and pleasant gentleman who asked what we needed and walked us to the section.The store was well stocked with a variety of supplies for your sewing projects. Felts, cottons, quilts, upholstery, vinyls, beads, zippers, you name it they had a nice selection of each.Pricing seemed fair and wouldnt hesitate to stop in again for supplies. This is a nice store and the type of business keeps us local and not driving down the hill. Thanks!

I have managed to stop by during business hours, but Ive also stopped by with my shopping list and found them closed. It would be helpful to have an answering system that would announce hours to a customer, or to have their business hours posted online, but no such thing seems to be happening. I think they should though, because Im about to drive to Palm Springs for fabric.

I would leave no stars if I could. The service I experienced here was disgusting. It felt like they were trying to fleece me out of my money. Blatantly lied about a fabric that had a sale sign, and told me that it was put in the wrong place and did not apply. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fabric Outlet is a nice little store that has a variety of things a fabric artist would need. They carry beads, quilting supplies, fabric paints and occasionally have something special like leather.

This is one of the places that carries designers fabrics. Pricey but one of the only places to find unique fabrics.
