Only Ford dealer around these parts. Unfortunately they are closing down shop. But definitely loved the staff here
We bought a car through Yucca Valley Ford Center, and we are extremely happy with the customer service and the vehicle itself! Russell Cordle helped us through the process, and he was so helpful and showed us the best cars for us. As for the vehicle, it could not be a better fit. The process of purchasing it was fast, and the dealership offered us a good deal. We are very happy with our purchase from Yucca Valley Ford Center!
Very relaxed! No pressure sales. Talk with Chris.
Very impressive car dealer! Our sales person was great! Jared Carter had the vehicle that we called about waiting up front when we arrived- talk about excellent customer service!! He was very knowledgeable about this Ford Transit van! Gary the sales manager was also top notch! Everyone we came in contact with were so polite! Instead of just looking at the van, we ended up driving away as the new owners! Well worth the hour drive from Palm Desert! We definitely recommend dealing with Yucca Valley Ford! Thank you for the great service!
The job got done thats the only good part. They need to communicate better! If you drop your car off and they say they will call you by a certain time, then call me!If you tell me it will be ready buy a certain time and I get a ride to get it and then you tell me its not ready and wont be ready till the next morning, then call me before I get a ride and let me know that!If its not going to be ready the next morning when you said it would be then call me and let me know that BEFORE I get another ride to get the car!Come on people its not rocket science its time management and communication!
This establishment is filled with gentlemen and ladies. Buying an auto there was very different from the places I have been to in the past. It is good to go away feeling like a friend instead of feeling like a sheep that has just been shorn and sent away. A good bunch to deal with.
I had a great time as we bought our car from Russell... My Wife and i are now Proud Car Owners.. We felt no pressure the whole time.
I have bought 2 vehicles from the people at Yucca Valley Ford. Each time they have not only met, but exceeded my expectations. The service department is just as good if not better. The service team is very attentive and listen to your concerns. For the record I live about 70 miles from the dealership, but I travel here each time because the sales and service team are just that good.
The purchasing experience was the least contentious of any vehicle I have purchased in recent years. The staff was friendly and professional, and certainly customer centric. There were no attempts by sales staff to up-sell me on any unnecessary dealer installed options, which I have grown to expect from most every dealership while purchasing a new vehicle. Overall, the purchase was straight and to the point, and I didn’t have to spend hours negotiating a price.
Sales and Service departments are always outstanding. Russell in sales helped me find and buy an awesome new car. Kelly the general manager and Frieda the finance manager took care of me. David in the service department is always great.
Very professional service writers and the team of techs seemed to be very knowledgeable. I called for an appointment from the east coast and when I arrived my vehicle was taken right in and I was happily on my way in less than two hours. I would highly recommend this dealership!
5 star service! We had our MB serviced here, Justin was courteous and professional. They had the BEST price in town on our tires and it only took an hour for everything. A pleasant surprise Thank you.
Have done business with this dealership a couple times now and will continue to come back as they take great care of their customers and find the best deal for both the dealership and for you. I am very happy w my new truck!!! Chris Garaby was my salesman and did an amazin job closing the deal.
They were really friendly. Helpful with all questions we had. An overall excellent experience.
Was there to buy a used car and did buy it. Courteous people handled the transaction with ease. In and out with with new car in less than one hour. Have bought other vehicles there with same positive feeling .
I have bought 3 vehicles from YV ford and also bring them there for service. All 3 purchases were fast and easy. When visiting for service I am always taken care of quickly. My f350 had to have a large repair on the front end and I was informed it was covered under the extended warranty and it was repaired in 2 days. I will be happy to return for my next purchase and service work.
I want to be clear right from the start. I love the vehicle I bought from these folks, and Keith, the salesman I worked with was awesome, courteous, and knew a great deal about cars. That is where this good review ends.Quite simply, this dealership is shady and lazy. Instead of actually working with me on price and payments, they instead sent hard credit inquiries to every lender they could think of, hoping that one would offer me an attractive rate. After my purchase, I received letters from almost 20 different credit unions and lenders. As an aside, I have excellent credit, or at least I did until these guys got a hold of my information. To add insult to injury, when I went in to complete the sale with Keith, he was late getting to our appointment, and another salesman stole our sale from him. This right here is what worries me. If the dealership is fostering a company culture which encourages such practices and unethical behavior between employees, how do they view and treat the customer? I am not taking any of my vehicles to their service center, and if Im in the market for another car, I will go literally anywhere else.Car dealerships like this are exactly why people deem car salesmen untrustworthy. Sadly, as this dealership is the only one in town, I doubt they will ever be hurting for business, particularly as there is a military base close by. The only advice I can give to locals looking for a car is to drive down the hill. Youll have more options, better prices, and a sales force that doesnt actively (and transparently) poach sales opportunities and spam lenders.Do not reward bad businesses with good money, if you buy from Yucca Valley Center, thats exactly what youre doing.
Yucca Valley Ford excels in customer service. My Kia Spectra 5 needed an oil change, and Yucca Valley Ford was quite helpful getting it scheduled at a convenient time. I have had various work done at this Auto center, over the years, from oil changes to smog checks, to a replacement of a clutch. It has always gone well, with good workmanship, courteous employees, reasonable prices .. I keep going back, because I have confidence that I will be treated fairly, and my car will get the service it needs, professionally, courteously, and done right, the first time.
Im very happy this Ford Service & Parts Department is located here in Yucca Valley, CA. Year after year the people here have helped me with excellent service. Theyre informative, kind, professional, responsive and have impressive knowledge of mechanics & body parts when I have a question. This Ford Center location is the best service dept & friendliest Ive used across America maintaining my Ranger.Kudos to their extensive parts department. Ive often used theirride service when leaving my Ranger for several hours or overnight. Thank you, David and Anna, et al.
***IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER***MY HUSBAND ISNT AN OUTSIDE REPAIR FACILITY AND THATS ALL YOUR REPS HAD TO TELL US. THAT THEY CANT GIVE THAT INFO, INSTEAD OF GIVING US THE RUN AROUND, AND PRETENDING LIKE THEY WERE BEING HELPFUL BY WALKING TO THE SHOP AND ASKING IF SOMEONE ELSE CAN DO IT. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME FOR THEM AND US! ***BY THE WAY, TAKE US OFF YOUR MAILING LIST! I DONT WANT JUNK MAILING ON OFFERS TO BUY FROM YOU GUYS IF THATS THE ONLY TIME YOU GUYS SERVICE IS EVEN CLOSE TO BEING MEDIOCRE***Was just reminded today of why I didnt buy my brand new mustang from these guys. My husband is working on my 2016 Mustang and needed the specific torque specs for what he was doing. Looked online and got 40 different specs. We decided to go in because we figured wed get better help that way. Got there and was told to look online instead (which we already did) Mind you what we need is Ford specific specs. My husband had to talk the guy into just asking the shop foreman, and the reply was theyre too busy. To think we were gonna have them service our other two vehicles which now well pass on. Theyre quick to help when they want you to buy from them, but when u need technical help, theyre reply is, were too busy. **PAY THE EXTRA MONEY FOR GAS AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO PALM SPRINGS FORD WHERE THEY ACTUALLY, REALLY CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS**
Service Manager Justin could be better. Drove in from out of the area because I was given guidance over the phone that service would be free of charge ...this was not the case. Educate your employees and get on the same page. Customer service is poor, go elsewhere
The workshop peeps are polite, and helpful. The body work is perfect. Our Jeep looks brand-new. I highly recommend Yucca Valley Ford.
Between the technicians who get the work done and Justin and David on the front desk, these guys and gals have helped me out plenty of times. And while it has always sucked to pay(Obviously, duh...) the work is well worth the price, and my Mustang keeps humming along.
Not overly fond of this place. But not a whole lot of mechanics out here. Every time we go there its well over a grand and nothing is ever their fault.
I purchased a used 2012 car outright from them. Their salesmen were OK. They used the normal sales tactics with relaxed pressure to give the illusion that the customer is in control. So, the sales process wasnt all that bad. This review is about after the purchase. Three days later, the battery died. I thought that was something that they shouldve tested before they sold the car. I suspected ill intention because upon test driving the car it started fine, quickly and with no problem. After the sale was completed they wanted to clean the car more extensively which meant taking it to their service department and out of my sight. When it died, I took the battery to Autozone to test it for sure to make sure it wasnt something like the alternator. They confirmed that the battery was indeed faulty. So, I purchased a new one ($100). After that everything went back to normal. Even that wasnt the problem I had with them. The problem is, upon purchasing the car I was told that the first oil change is on them and that when I was ready, I could bring it to their service department to have it done. I also had a tire pressure light on and wanted to get that cleared. I called and got with the service department, asked if they had the tools to clear the tire pressure light and they said that theyd get back to me so they took down my number and said that theyd call me back. They never did. So, months later, they called me and said that my registration came in to their business and asked me to come and pick it up. I was due for the first oil change so I remembered that they said the first ones on them and I still had that light on. So, I tried to set it up again. Again, they said theyd call me back after leaving my number, and again they did not call back. So, I waited a couple of days then called them back. I let them know my situation again only to find out that they didnt even have the tool to clear my tire pressure light. So, I said to hell with getting the oil change from them. I live a ways away and it is an inconvenience for me to even go there. You spend globs of money (in the 10s of thousands) and they dont even call you back. Thats just poor customer service. Id rather just pay for my first oil change. Its the principle of the whole thing.
The lady on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful... if Im calling your dealership and youre the secretary its your simple job to provide me with the information I need. Instead this person made me feel like a bother for calling... what a turn off from the entire place.. most places in san bernardino county have bad service but its not so hard to be nice when its literally one of the main parts of your job... rant over
Please do not take your vehicle here. The mechanics took something from our car that was hidden, valued at $80. We’ve only lived in Cali for 9 months and have taken our car there 4 times. This last time however they told us that we had an oil leak in the front cover gasket. The service desk guy told my husband it’s be $500. Then he said $700 on a later date. Then changed it yet again to $1200. When we asked for an email with itemized prices for what parts were needed, the guy couldn’t even follow that direction and sent an email just saying it’d be $1200 plus tax. We decided to take it to a local shop, where they looked at it and said there was no leakage that the engine was dry. We almost let this dealership take our car just to have it sit in the lot and pay $1300. These guys do Mickey Mouse jobs so that you have to bring your car back and/or make up problems with your car that don’t exist. If you call them to get something done don’t hold your breath. They are outright liars and super greedy. I’m so glad we are moving out of this area. Do not take your car here unless it’s recall related!
Friendly staff, eager to assist exploring for your new/next vehicle. My problem is their pricing structure...They prefer to use MSRP, and do not volunteer any reductions. Hard to justify shopping there when other dealers are open about bottom line pricing, unless you enjoy the give and take of bargaining/haggling. Service staff has been good, but we use them infrequently.
Computers went down just as we went to get a price. Very frustrating.
Had very positive experience when I brought my car to this dealership. They made it quick and easy and the employees were very helpful. I highly recommend going here for anyone that needs any repairs done or maintence.
Had a very positive experience with the repair of my car. Honest, efficient and very professional. Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here if you want your repairs done right the FIRST time!
Bought my 2nd vehicle about a month ago from here. Very satisfied with Randy, Todd, and Don. Made my car buying easy and enjoyable. Thank you guys!!!
Quick easy and total customer service. I would refer all of my friends to purchase a vehicle here!
Tabitha is an amazing sales person, and helped my daughter get into her first vehicle.
Was a great experience overall easy to find the right vehicle for me and the employees were all great to work with
I just called and had a few questions about purchasing a vehicle. Well, the lady was extremely rude and said “no it doesn’t work like that” and then said she had another call and hung up.All I was asking was if I could trade my vehicle to a dealership in NC, and use that trade-in value in California. GREAT HELP. I’m going to Chevy.
Excellent 👍 service knowledgeable and helpful
Its the best place to purchase and service your Ford. Justin in service really takes a personal touch with all his customers. And the sales staff are all friendly and open with there customers, everything is presented up front, no hidden fees or BS while making the deal and its fast and easy to drive off in your new vehicle!!!
Excellent for buying your vehicle. Honest and really care. Service is the best!
Top notch service on my FJ Cruiser from David and Mike in the service department! Thanks for the help guys!
Service Shop sucks... brought my car in for normal services they told me to drop my car off and it would be ready in 3 hours. Once i came back to pick my vehicle up they had cracked my windshield.. and said they weren’t liable for the damage done!!
I purchased my 2001 Nissan Xterra at Yucca Valley Ford a while back it was a good experience, I had a problem with it but it was taken care of promptly. The service department did a good job getting me back on the road and I love their new location, very convenient. Thanks for the coffee and snacks too!!
This is the only Ford dealership within the area, and they know it. The service department doesnt communicate with the customers as to the costs of service or if and when your vehicle is ready. We were told we would have to pay a restocking fee for needing to take our Explorer back prior to getting the cosmetic repairs completed. My wife was without her car for 2 weeks after being told it would take 4 days to complete the job. Our son was 6 months at the time and I work full time and need my truck. Instead of letting us know the situation and trying to work with us, they were vague and quiet throughout the experience. The service manager then told me that I would have to pay them for the parts they ordered for our defective Ford Explorer.
Had a bad experience in sales, but was contacted by management to make things right. After interaction with management it is evidently apparent that Yucca Valley Ford has great employees. I would definitely take my Ford vehicles here for service in the future.
Very good, less then an hr. Wait to get car serviced.
Theyre not really wanting to sell their MUSTANGS. I HAD CASH TO BUY ONE. BUT THEY DIDNT EVEN BRING THE KEYS TO UNLOCK THEM
I always have a great experience when taking my car in for routine maintenance. I had good service when I bought the car too.
Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. I scheduled a car for a recall and oil change just to find out that they don’t do recalls on the weekends. So I’ll have to schedule another day of my life to get their mistake fixed. Second thing, I got a flat in my truck and there is 1 tire place in 60 miles outside of this dealership. Took my truck in and they said they have to schedule me for 2 weeks down the road. Understandable but the service manager was incredibly rude. I purchased roadside assistance and road hazard for the truck. “We don’t honor that because we are a privately owned dealership.” If you want to be treated like a child then this is your place. I feel bad for service members who have no were else do go without driving 90 miles to another dealership.
Great pleasure doing business with them especially the service department. Very knowledgeable.
Have a great job getting me back on the road again
I had work done on my ford a couple of times. It was a hard fix but they took great care of my and were helpful and best of all the pricing was very fair. Thank you Ed.
We received a recall notice from Ford in July 2017. We took our car in to have it fixed and we were told they only have a temporary fix at the time but as soon as the permant part came in they would call us. We called a few months after that to see when the ETA of the part was and they said they had no record of that being ordered but they were ording it right now. We called back again a few more months later and told the same thing. We are now in May 2018 and we called again and were told they never ordered the part but that they were ording it today and that it would be here by early next week at the latest.Update: issues was resolved . Ford was only allowing the recall parts on new van in the lot.
Had a transmission replaced on a 2009 Mustang GT/CS, work took quite a while and when I went to pick up the car the clutch pedal pressure was nonexistent, after I got the pedal pressure up it worked great, price was reasonable, recently I had brought in a 2004 F150 to have the gauge cluster replaced, price was kind of ridiculous and once I went to pick it up the oil pressure gauge was broken, had to wait almost four more days to get it fixed again...overall the prices are decent and the quality of work is the same, Justin greenwood was helpful and courteous, now I need my transmission looked at but Im on the ropes about trying them again, dont wanna get price gouged for what Im sure is a fairly simple fix...
Worst Service Shop Dont ever have them touch your vehicle, Took my 05 f250 in cause it had fuel in degass bottle, took them two days to tell me they wanted to charge me $2500 to tell me I had a cracked head when I already told them the symptoms and they said they did a pressure test on my coolant system it failed of course it failed cause I had a crack in degrees bottle so it would not hold pressure, but they did not properly test system and charged me $250 and want to charge me another $2500 where they did not do the first obvious test first. This place is all about charging as much as possible to make as much profit on working mans dollar, Ford is Garbage.
I have been to the parts department many times to order parts and I have had excellent costumer service. I recommend the parts department they are very knowledgable.
We have bought 2 cars from them in the last 2 years. Love this place
Great customer service and they do a great job...they also have a friendly staff
Weekends they dont have certified techs so they cant help with maintenance. Wish I would have known that before wasting the money.
Keith C. in the internet department is the Best Sales Man i have ever met he knows his product and knows how to get deals done we have leased 3 cars from Yucca Valley Ford and 1 From Yucca Valley Chrysler the last 2 were with Keith C and the next one will be with him too. Ask For Keith C. in the Internet Department
Staff members in service David and Ana are always so friendly and attentive to making sure all your concerns and needs are addressed with your vehicle. Definitely the place to go when your vehicle needs maintenance or decides to throw a fit.
Thanks Yucca Valley Ford for taking such good care of my Ford Explorer. Always quick with my service and even repaired an annoying noise my steering was making when I didnt even tell them about it. Everyone who works there is fantastic! I can not think of anywhere I would ever want to buy a vehicle from or service my vehicle at but YV Ford.
The Chinese guy in the parts department has a bad attitude he hates his job he should be fired won’t return again!!
Great service and great price! Thank you!
Stay away from the body shop. Those idiots painted my bumper after I had to have a new one put on. After I went to pick it up, I saw a difference in the color tone from the rest of the car. They acted like they couldnt see it. Come on....how do you do paint and not notice what Im seeing? Because they dont want to do the job right. After the son finally agreed, his dad came over and took it back to the shop. When I got it, it looked perfect. Ok, but let me tell you how it was a quick fix. First the bumper had bubbles in the paint. You can guess what happens to those over time. They rub off and expose the paint. The clear coat erodes away. Not to mention they clear coated and slightly painted the back of my car to match it over the paint that already existed. Piss poor job. It sucks you can get billed by a company, but you cant send a bill to them. You ever seen bubbles in the paint when you buy a brand new car? No, because the job is done right. Half the price for a half assed job would have been fair. Cant speak for anything else but paint, but thats enough for me to be pissedI like their comment below about making procedural changes. What specific changes have you guys made and when did you make them? Specifics are important for people to read, otherwise you sound like a politician circumventing the entire problem which you have done on all of your posts. Vague, unquantified statements mean nothing. If you spent as much time being a boss, holding your employees accountable as you do commenting back to all of these complaints with empty promises to save face, you might make a difference. Thanks for looking out for future customers and not the ones who already dumped money into your that poor excuse for a body shop
I walked in pre-approved but they ran my credit 5 times not once but FIVE times. And yes that does hurt your credit. Ended up taking my pre-approval to Carmax, much better experience.
This best ever car experience. I purchased my Kia Sportage in less than 2 hours. Fastest ever and I have bought many a cars. BMW was the longest but when you are leasing a 60k 540I, 6 speed, I understand BMW verifies and re-verifies a persons ability to meet payment and lease demands and, of course, I did. With Yucca Valley Ford, from my pic selection of choice through finance dept, I left with keys in hand. Hassle free financing because of my credit rating, I was driving my new car in 2 hours! My salesperson, was a very nice young man, professional, and a personable person. I forgot his name, but I am sure Ford knows.I have it in my SUV just not in my head, oops! He saw me come in. Waited till I had a chance to start peering in windows, opening doors, and by then I was ready to test drive. I love a salesperson who allows you an opportunity to look and decide before asking me if I need help. Just by this simple act of professionalism, he won my heart, and my business.Thank you everyone at Y.V. Ford Awesome purchase experience. I received a congratulations call, a follow up call to confirm I was satisfied with my purchase to a welcoming by Capital One! I was very pleased and still am.I also usually never buy extended warranties, but this time I did because this former lease car was still warranty extendable, and it included towing service. I didnt even have to wait but 20 minutes to be picked up at my house and return to the car. I had gotten a flat tire after purchase about three miles from my house and got a ride home by a passerby because it was about 98 degrees and I wasnt sure how long Id have to wait in desert heat. Much to my surprise my roadside assist 800 number goes directly to my dealer that provides an onsite tow service. Another huge bonus! Thanks Yucca Valley Ford. I love my Kia Sportage!
Just got hooked up with a great deal from Chris Lewallan. He was very professional and provided us with the best comfort.
Didn’t get car I wanted, not helpful, gave me an estimate for trade in on wrong car!!
Currently Yucca Valley Ford has had my truck on a transmission repair for over 6 weeks. It wasnt a complicated repair and should never have taken this long. Every week they tell me its going to be ready and every week there is some other excuse. They are doing little to compensate me for this and continue to tell me everything is out of their hands (they cant find parts, they are backed up, etc). Ive spent a stupid amount of money on rentals cars not to mention I continue to make payments on my truck which I dont have and I NEED my truck! I am driving a small hatchback and its near impossible to get to my house up a rocky dirt road and I cant haul anything in this small hatchback. I am extremely frustrated. I would have never taken my truck here in the first place but it was supposedly under warranty here - sadly at this point, it would have been less expensive to pay out of pocket at Aamco or another shop.
Sales people Chris Lewallen is great! Friendly, professional, going above and beyond to get me in a vehicle!
To whom it may concerni just had a wonderful experience with keith castruita an christopher garbiay i came in an told chris what i wanted first car he showed me infell in love fordbfushion 2014 right price etc keith assist him both faboulous guys in an out 2hours highly recommend them toneveryone great guys
Best staff that I’ve ever encountered. Helped us so immensely when I needed it the most.
Do not buy from here!! We bought a 2014 truck and the first time we took it on the highway it was making a loud noise. The rear differential is going bad. We spent 44,000$ on the truck and we paid extra for the dealerships extended warranty. When we called them to take it in to get fixed they said We bought the truck as is and that we cannot use the extended warranty for 30 Days!!! SHADY!!!! Seriously this is just wrong!!!! I wish there was a zero star option.
Incompetent. Dropped car off on the 11th with appointment for leaky sunroof, banging under seat, 4 doors rattle, and dash rattles. Was told the service could take up to two weeks. Stopped in on the 20th to see if I could get an update. Was told there was no estimate on time because they did not know when parts would arrive. On the 26th I called and let the staff know that I was upset I had not been updated. Was told the car was ready for pick up. Asked if requested rattles were addressed. I was told seatbelts were replaced. I asked about the door and dash rattles. Nothing. Said they would take it on a test drive. Picked up the car. Was told on the way to the cashier that the rattles will not impair my ability to listen to music. (seemed to be the suggested fix) Dash and doors rattled down the Ford Driveway, banging under seat down the road. Went back in. Played video of banging. Asked if it was taken on a test drive over 60mph. Said they didnt know it had to be over 60mph. Asked to see the note I gave with keys at drop off. Plain as day. Banging under seat occurs when driven over 60mph. 15 days later 1 out of 7 things were fixed. Best part was all the boot and scuff marks all over the tan interior. Never again.
They need to work on their customer service in their car service area.
The service dept at this dealership is so disorganized and chaotic they cant even keep their lies straightI am seriously considering selling my Escape just so I never have to deal with them again! Its too bad, I honestly thought they had improved from the terrible service they had at the old lotIf you paint an outhouse I suppose its still an outhouse, I should have known betterI am truly disgusted with my recent and ongoing experienceMy issue started the day before Thanksgiving, so it would seem you have more issues than you can deal withMine also isnt a battery issue, its a wheel bearing you didnt have the tools to fix after an hour of standing around drinking coffeeThank you for confirming for those viewing the accuracy of my statementsYour asst manager has been informed everything will now go through my husband and you are not to contact me again12/8To retaliate for this review it will now take two or three days to fix my car with no offer of a loaner or rental. When asked about a loaner or a rental it was yet another we will get back to youDISGUSTING!12/9Due to my reviews they now refuse to work on my car at all rather than just man up and fix the issue.Everything will now be sent to Mark Fields so he knows, with pictures, in writing, how his company is being represented.12/16Disorganized, mismanaged, even moronic all words I would not argue with during descriptions of Yucca Valley FordFlat out fraud I didnt believe until my husband and I were taken back into the service bay at different Ford service center today to show us there is nothing wrong with my Escape, no repair needed.I was shocked, I am still shocked. They put the tires back on, washed it for us, and sent us on our way.Shameful15 years I have been a customer at Yucca Valley Ford, how much else was fraud, I will never know. How embarrassingly sad.
Place to buy a vehicle and loose a tooth
Great service, great sale prices
Horrible, didnt do what they said they would. And damaged our work van in the process. Had to lose 2 days of wages and they wouldnt reimbursed us. Horrible customer service and wayne wood the service manager was very mean to me and my family
These guys will lie steal and cheat to get you to drive up from Palm Springs to waste your time on limited new car inventory and old school used car salesman tactics to get you to sign. Dont waste your time nor have your intelligence insulted.
Great sales staff, had a huge hassle to get my regerstration in a timely manner
OUTSTANDING Staff and Service!!
