Quality Tire & Carpet has done a great job on our project. They removed tile and installed vinyl wood look flooring. It looks beautiful. We also had carpet put in the bedrooms that is a great improvement. Currently they are working on refacing a fireplace. We have had some delays due the supplier being back ordered. Through out this long wait for the order they kept us informed of what was happening. We also, had a blip, again from the supplier switching quarry for some stone. What came was totally different from what we order as a result of the change of quarry. Quality was there again to help us find a new solution to completing the fireplace. Thank you for a job well done.

I like to use local small businesses and was really happy to run into Quality Tile and Carpet. I was able to find the tile I needed for my 2 bathroom remodels and I feel the cost and timeline for delivery was reasonable. I am super excited that they also do countertops and carpeting. We’d put off for years replacing our old ratty carpet in three bedrooms, because we dreaded the logistics of moving all the STUFF in those rooms. But we decided ultimately to just do it. We chose Quality because they’re a local merchant of long standing, had generally very good online reviews, and we checked their contractor’s license online and found it to be current and in good order. After we called, the store manager came out quickly to assess the job, and agreed to a labor-only arrangement, since we wanted to order the materials (laminate flooring) from Home Depot. We received an itemized quote via email. The young man who was to do the work picked up the flooring on a Friday from HD and left it inside our house to acclimatize over the weekend. He returned early Monday to start the work, and completed it byThursday afternoon, all by himself. He showed up early each morning, and worked steadily through each day, breaking only for lunch. He shifted furniture around as needed (we had emptied bookshelves, cabinets, and wardrobes before he started), and redistributed the furniture at the end of the job according to our wishes. He was polite, cheerful, and very professional. We are very happy with the end result. No down payment was requested (possibly because we bought the materials ourselves before the start of the work), and payment in full was requested upon completion.

Went into the store, looked at flooring samples and scheduled an estimate. Gentleman promptly came out and measured our bathroom for floor tile demo and installation. He provided a quote and agreed upon on work date. Work date came and no one showed. I called the office and was informed they would have to check with the tile installer to determine if I was on the schedule and he would call back. An hour later, I called the office again, no answer. I waited another 15 minutes and left a message stating that we can reschedule, if necessary. No response. Very unprofessional business model and will not recommend this company.

Great guys but go elsewhere for carpet!!If this review was based off the work done in my kitchen (tile backsplash and quartz counters), I’d give 5+++ stars. The guys who worked on both of those were fantastic, professional, kind and hard-working. Communication with the office was top-notch, friendly and so helpful.Dinged 2 stars because the of my carpet experience. I wished I’d had gone elsewhere for carpet. We had three bedrooms carpeted. The day of installation, installer was a no-show! What a pain with three children, shuffling around beds (and a crib) only to not have him show. We try to be understanding.Carpet installer shows up the next day…LATE. He and two helpers are completely unprepared. They had to leave a couple times (for lengthy periods) to pick up this-and-that, etc. He found our tape measurer lying around somewhere, uses it (without asking-but not a problem) and I’m quite sure still has it because I haven’t found it since. He used the lid to our toilet tank as a weight I suppose (again, without mentioning…also, gross!) and I was particularly floored when his two helpers grabbed grocery bags filled with food, made themselves home on my sons bedroom floor and picnicked on my freshly laid, brand-spankin-new carpets. Those bags of food, by the way, ended up in my already too full trash cans outside…which the birds got to, and I had to clean up the next morning. Again, we are forgiving…but each tack board nail mine or my childrens feet keep finding in the doorways, around the closet doors, etc…just keeps reminding me of the of time we probably should have just used Home Depot for carpets.To reiterate though, aside from that, this company, the tiler, countertop fabricators, demo team…were absolutely fantastic! My kitchen is beautiful.

Because his work was of the highest quality possible and because his attitude was so outstanding! I have asked him to do several projects for me since then. We had some existing tile we wanted to use for a kitchen backsplash and Ken was more than happy to quote us for the job even though he wasnt selling us any of his product. Schedules were pretty busy but once the job was scheduled they came out and did a fantastic job. They even cleaned up some sloppy countertop work (my fault) and the completed project looks great!

I was looking for some carpet pad, for my travel trailer, and very low on cash, and the owner was kind enough to give me 3 times more then a asked for, and he wouldnt let me pay for it. What a great and caring guy. His kindness is what we need more of in this world. Thank you, sir. Your the best!

I have hired Quality Tile and Carpet twice in the past year and the service could not be better. I would never think about hiring anyone else.

Ethical and top quality service. Tim, the owner bailed me out TWICE when I was in “great need”...the first time when our builder walked out on us and left many projects unfinished...and strewn all over the building site. No other company wanted to deal with us and our catastrophe, all except Quality HVAC made it clear that they were not only booked out 4-6 weeks, but that if they were not...they would still not want to be “cleaning up someone else’s incompetent mistake”...which I understand as that is one of my duties in “Carpet Repair”.Tim not only gave me (a “cold call stranger that he did not know) a quick and fair quote, but he also convinced the one worker he had that was best trained in Mitsubishi to come out THAT SAME WEEKEND ON SATURDAY to rough in our mini-splits.Carlos, that employee turned out to be an EXCEPTIONAL technician with a dogged pursuit of precision and accuracy as well as a special person. He asked questions, lots of questions that allowed him to determine the best placement of the units, and whenever there was a “decision”, he consulted with us instead of just doing what he thought best.Months later, we FINALLY got Edison to hook up our electric, (we were running on generators for 10 months) and we were working in an unheated house in December and January.Despite Quality HVAC being busy and committed well into March, 4-6 weeks out, Tim was able to have Carlos out “tomorrow”, which again turned out to be Saturday, Carlos’s day off.Tim at Quality HVAC did everything he said he would do, and did it when he said it would be done, and never took advantage of our desperation in order to charge more.

The end result was fine. Details are a little sloppy, didnt miter shampoo niche trim and used the wrong color/ material on the trim and drain. In the kitchen they ran out of tile when really they didnt listen or the extent of the tile was not communicated to the team doing the work. As a result I had to get my Drywall sub back in to fix the damaged wall when excess tile was removed. They did adjust the cost for this.There was very poor communication and delays. I was told an alternative tile was the same quality as Daltile but it was not as a box or two were defective and caused further delay. Had I not had such a tight schedule and could afford to wait I would have changed subs.

Good company ... have done business with them over the last seven years. Carpet, tile or both Quality Tile & Carpet have you covered. They have done work on all of My rentals and my home. Highly recommended!

Quality is in the title only. This company is not professional at all. I had to watch what the tilers were doing because the workers were not interested in how they laid tile but just laying tile in which ever direction it fell. Manager not interested in keeping client happy. Beware.
