Order glasses in November 2020It is now March 2021 still no glasses, No calls, no updates that is not good.

I have tried to reach this office several times to make an appointment. Nobody answers the phone. A few weeks back I had two different times for an appointment so i missed it by a few minutes. They sent me away and made me come back again. The doctor is great. I dont understand why they dont answer the phone or send a text when they are available. The message says there are 5 in the cue everytimeso I wait then they either disconnect me or they come on with a message that says there is no nobody available to take the call.

Definitely come here if youre in a panic rush, doctor spent about 10 minutes evaluating my situation, so I was in and out in like 40 minutes total. Great for your schedule, not for your value. Dont however expect for your glasses to show up in a timely manner, so far Ive been waiting a month to receive mine and Im still waiting. frankly its pitiful and embarrassing. By the time yours show up, who knows, maybe your prescription will still be valid. If you want to feel like your business is important to the places you visit, and like they are taking good care of you, this isnt the place.

Fast and clean

Everyone was very professional friendly an informed about the procedures going to happen!The doctor was outstanding and explained all my concerns an questions!I would definitely recommend this group.

Employee came out to turn on TV without a mask. I asked why she wasnt wearing a mask. She said Im getting one now and got one from the receptionist. 8:10 Monday morning.
