Ive tried this place twice and the customer service is just lacking all the time! First time I came in I didnt have a printer so they wanted to charge me $4 to print my shipping label...Ill just go to Staples or a friends house. I cant imagine the profit margin when you charge $4 per page for b/w.Second time the guy told me that for my Amazon return a box was needed I couldnt just drop off the item. I told the guy no problem Ill be back eventually when my next Amazon order arrives. The guy told me that hell box it for me and return it for free, which was great, except the package never left that store and was lost. Of course Amazon still gave me my money back but what a coincidence that my return never got scanned in after the initial acceptance scan...

I went in today to have two documents notarized. When I got to the counter the woman employee asked me to wait for the male employee who was doing a livescan. No problem. I waited about 10 minutes while he finished that transaction. A couple who arrived after me, and had been making copies, were ready to check out. I waived them past me to the counter as I had done with two other customers. They told the same woman who had asked me to wait, that they made copies and needed them notarized. She took them over to the low desk to the left and got out her notary book and started to process them. She had not had other customers for a couple minutes before them and knew I was waiting for the same service. I did not make a fuss and the guy I was waiting for was almost ready for me. He was pleasant and processed my notary quickly. Perplexed about my strange service today.

Staff is friendly and fast. But why did I just pay $4.75 for a 12x9x06 box?! lol BYOB (bring ya own box)

I had a box here for a few months and every interaction with the staff was a pleasant one. Their notary service is also extremely convenient and competitively priced. I would recommend this UPS store without any hesitation! Thank you to all the wonderful employees!

FYI: Since this is a business USPS will NOT forward your address from here. We needed a temporary mailbox while we found a place. The service was great and affordable. I liked how I could receive packages and they would let me know via text. We were able to forward our address to this mailbox, but now we can forward it again. Bummer!

I found the staff to be snotty and rude. The notary has difficulty reading and I have difficulty understanding how he got his job. They also wanted a pretty price for this service which my bank will do for free. I will never set foot inside this place again

Love the friendliness of the staff, and how - even with those who are huffy and impatient - the staff is always wonderful! They always greet me with a smile. And I like how I can have my packages sent there (due to too many porch pirates in my neighborhood) and UPS notifies me that I have things to pick up.

They took great care of me sending a large e-bike that I had sloppily packed, and even took care of packing the battery for us. The bike arrived safe and sound much more quickly than we expected.

Went in for a large print order, they had it ready on time, and the quality was better than expected! Excellent service, very helpful and friendly. Always a great experience when I need them, and the staff works quickly to help you.

I love coming into this location. I came in with my extremely fragile items and Crystal Jessica and Joe went over and above packaging my items up for me. They are always on top of it, even when they have been busy.

Probably the most helpful UPS store Ive been in....it took me 5 minutes....after I got my act together with paperwork...lol!! Very quick I was very happy with the place!

Socialy distancing standing in line outside and at 3PM they rudely locked all doors and wouldnt let anyone who was waiting in line outside in. I was here at 2:30 in line. And the woman employee wouldnt talk to anyone outside, just ignored us! Completely rude and not professional AT ALL! Absolutely disgusted!

Regular place we get printing done was closed so looked up and found UPS does printing in Yucca Valley. They have multiple inkjets, can-do very big sizes, including blueprints posters etc., and Crystal was huge value. Her service was fantastic! We are appreciative to know of their services! Open on Saturdays and soon to be open on Sundays as well. We will, of course still take biz to the small printing businesses as well.

Had LOTS of documents notarized today. Rose the Manager was the greatest, very thorough! Also was able to provide witnesses for us. Our financial consultant from LA couldnt believe how smooth it went. Spent over an hour there. Their staff was incredible and the services they provide blew me away. If you need Notary, mailing, UPS, FED EX, USPS, packaging, cards, mailboxes, computer, etc. go there. It was non stop customers all the time we were there. Beautiful service!

I literally have never experienced anybody so rude in my life.We walked in ten minutes before they were closed there were other customers in the store all we needed to do was drop off a Fed Ex package and there was ten minutes until the store closed and all the women would say to us is “ We’re closed”Like really!

Lady at the counter thinks shes too cool to wear a mask at work.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced Store manager is snotty and refuses to help with a lost receipt. We get 50 of those a day (I doubt that BS), and thats why we tell you to be very careful not to lose your receipt. That makes her a liar too, because no one said be very careful not to lose my receipt. Not that an adult would need to told this, but why lie about it? Stuff happens, especially when you are moving. They also told me they dont have tracking numbers for Spectrum shipments but the customer service associate at Spectrum specifically asked me for the tracking number. Hmmm...

Everytime I go to this location I am always greeted by two of the most charming people. Kiarra and Rose, they always warm me up with the largest smiles as soon as I step through the door to handle my business. I will always recommend everyone I know to go here! You will always receive the the best quality customer service anyone can get!

3 Day Delivery Turned To 5 Days and not only did I pay extra to make sure it got there before my daughters birthday. Now guess what? Its going to be delivered on her birthday at anytime and FedEx wont even give me an estimated delivery window. Never using this business again. whats the point?

EBAY SELLERS BEWARE last month i was able to ship 3 small packets first class for under 5 dollars each with tracking. Today I sent an even smaller packet and they told me that I would have to pay $8.65 for priority mail in order to have a tracking number so much for the convenience.

This small store is the friendliest place in the high desert.They do all the standard business solutions very economically and almost always fast.Notary, pack and ship, copies, custom business cards and print, email to print.Lots of stuff everyone eventually needs out in Yucca to 29 palms.
