Staff was very friendly and helped us decide which storage was perfect for our needs. They are even flexible with hours. We moved out of town and urgently needed to move our belongings into a storage. So we knew we would need after hour access, which they provided. Great price, great location, and excellent service.

Always clean, it has everything we need to keep our items stored protected from all sorts of critters. If we say something about a possibility of roaches they are on it!

Staff was very helpful and nice. Lana was very sweet and proffesional! The property is clean and easily accessible, price is a lil steep and unfortunately they would not do a price match, ( would have been the icing on the cake!)but other than a bit over priced Im happy I found them!

The younger lady that works there is rude. Looks and acts like shes miserable. Storage units look. A little on the small side.

Very good EXPERIENCE im always late paying my bill not on purpose !!! But they always send a email and call me before i have a late fee charge ... the only place ever to do so im very pleased and would always go back there

All in all it was a clean unit area around was well maintained. The customer service was awesome the lady behind the desk Sara was a great help. She explained everything to me about the storage and talked me into getting a lock there instead of Home Depot where I usually buy my locks. Shes good at her job. Im a satisfied customer.

I was stationed in 29 palms,CA. Between 2013-2017 during that time I went on 2 deployments where I used storage solutions. The staff there was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They helped me find the right size unit I needed and after I realized it wasn’t enough space they quickly found me another unit. While I was gone they helped me out when there was issues with my payments, they didn’t sell my stuff or charge me a fee they got in contact with the back up contact I had on my unit and they corrected the issues. They staff went above and beyond many times to help me out by either coming in early or staying a little later to help with my tight time lines. the unit it self is clean and the compound Secure. Just remember it’s the desert and your unit will get hot so pack your stuff appropriately.

My son and I have storage in this facility and is very happy with it! The place is clean and everyone is very professional & courteous! They have been very helpful in every situation that we have asked assistance. Much thanks to all who have helped us.

Works just like your regular storage places. I do like the fact that you could use your own lock. The public storage places Ive been to require those cylinder locks that are expensive and you have to buy from them. So I do enjoy the ability to bring my own lock.

Very clean!! Offered what I needed and very quickly! I do feel that the price is a little high for the amount of space I needed. But they are taking good care of my stuff!

These ladies are absolutely awesome. Extremely helpful and willing to accommodate. Every time Ive had to go into the office and speak to one of the staff Ive always been impressed with how knowledgeable they are in regards to their individual accounts and thats what customer service is all about. Thats what gives it that Personal kind of touch and makes you feel like an individual and NOT like your just another number the way most businesses do. If you have any type of questions or concerns they is addressed promptly and answered/resolved with the customers satisfaction put first. I recommend this place every time someone asks me about storage places. Moved out stuff there in a 5x10 unit. Its more like a 4x9. Fences were a little low around the perimeter but the staff is very friendly.
