This store is under new management and it shows! Marty, the new store manager, is incredibly relationship driven, and wants to encourage his store’s customers to continue to return to his store by prioritizing their needs. I had a very specific request and Marty made sure that it happened. Marty also helped me find an incredibly hard to find game and amiibo set.100% will continue to shop at this location as long as Marty is in charge.

Enjoyable place to visit. always have the greatest games! not to mention the on sale shelf. They also have great game accessories!the place deserves a spot ON THE MOON!😏

I came here to exchange a hard drive that I had bought from them online for my XBOX 360 S. The clerk had told me that they dont sell anything in store for the XBOX 360, you have to order it online. I had just got the console in the mail and had no clue what part it took to save games.The clerk refunded my money for the hard drive I did have but hardly gave me any information to the questions I had about the game machine. I left here still clueless as to what I needed. The only help he had to offer was to check out Vintage Games across the street.This store is quite small but jam packed full of games, toys etc. I have an XBOX ONE as well and couldve spent some money on games and such but Ill just go to Vintage Games and see what they have there.

Marty is the most knowledgeable and kindest Gamestop employee Ive meet.

Absolute great customer service. The manager truely takes care of this gaming community. This store has the most organized game release days I have ever experienced. Employees are knowledgeable and respectful. Best GAMESTOP in town.

One of the rudest workers I’ve ever come across. Was looking to trade in my PS4 and I was told, very rudely, that he’d have to help everyone else in the store first (no one in line behind me) and that just to even look at it it’d be 2 hours after that and that was my only option. Now I understand why this company can’t even support itself.

Couldnt get any help...only 1 person working and she wouldnt ever leave the register area to help on the floor. Couldnt find anything I was looking for or needed, so after about 30 minutes I just left.

Grandson loves going there. To bad they dont have more of a variety for different Consoles.

This store staff was friendly the store was spaced well and they had more choices of Pokemon items than several others around the OKC area.

Lost my business forever. Policy posted says 10 people in the store at a time, yet two people walk in in front of me and Im told now they only allow 5. Couldnt even just quickly pickup the item I needed and leave, I was told to go away. What I wanted was within arms reach. Instead of being polite or asking if I was just picking something up, I was harshly just told to get out. I felt horrible being scolded at, and everyone else in the store was just blankly staring at me as if I did something wrong. Funny karma was when those two people that walking in with me left empty handed, yet I was the only one wanting to make a legit purchase. Ill never go back to this location, and Im sorry to see GameStop probably go the way of other brick and mortar businesses. I supported these stores throughout all the years, even waiting in line for midnight releases. That is a thing of the past now, with online being the cheapest and best way to go forward.

The staff has been very friendly each time Ive been there. Its clean and organized as most locations are. This one does rank as one of the most clean and organized Ive been too though. As well as spacious. Some are small, cramped and crowded. I have enjoyed each visit mostly due to the staff. Being able to just nerd out about games with fellow nerds is always a good time.

Its not the store where my problem exists, its the online services, but I cannot leave them a rating. I recently purchased an item that was reduced $75, plus I paid for faster shipping. 2 weeks pass by and waiting because it is out of stock, I get an email saying they cannot ship my order and cancelled on their end denying me what I paid for even tho I can go to almost any store and they have them in stock... I get generic emails when I send them a question, repetative replies saying the same things, so nobody is taking anything seriously. I feel like the customer online service is just automated, we are just money to them. No matter how fast they run out, they will hang on to your money for weeks on end just to cancel on you, when you can see the thing on the shelf at a local store! Difference being the $75 discount, which I get cheated out if by getting one in store.

My kid loves to go here as a special treat. We went last week and this guy was following us around trying to get me to buy more stuff. I hate that and was super annoyed. Hope next time its better.

Good selection but prices are not fair and dont even try to trade anything in they wont give you much for anything unless its a new release.

The ones that helped me were great! Only problem was the system needs to be updated. It doesnt always show whats in the store and whats not. The service was great this time though. They need updated equipment.

They are CROOKS! Sold defective game to a child and would not give refund or store credit for purchase price! Not to mention it was a M+17 game they sold to a minor without parental consent! Manager was anything but helpful! Gave me a number to call where I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. And I still would not have gotten to talk to a general manager or owner! Wont go back to this location EVER AGAIN!!! P.S. I have 6 kids who love video games and a big mouth! Im sure the business they lose will be worth way more than the $20 they stole from my son!!!

I have always had a good experience here. They employees are very helpful and seem to be patient with all of my sons questions. The used game selection can be a little limited at times. They seem to try to get around this by suggesting you go to another local GameStop that has it in stock (according to their inventory records).

Great selection of games, systems and accessories. Not always great on game/system buyback, but take in-store credit if you want to try some new games.

This place is great! Tyler and Steve are both very helpful with any questions you have, offers you any additional information you might find useful, great at finding you the best deals, and having a lot of patience with troublemaker moms like myself. Never took the time to write a review. Very happy visit today. Dylan the associate has an awesome vibe, and helped me figure out that the original copies of Sims 4 is on sale for Xbox so it was cheaper than pre owned. He also offered the warranty for only $3 more which is of course a great deal. Always love coming here and for sure will be back.

Vintage stock is way better...the P.U.R. suck unless you get elite pro which they have removed from their program. So I will be spending my money elsewhare. What sucks is the associate didnt tell me they dont have elite pro any more. Just took my money and stayed quiet.

Still great service compared to Vintage Stock here in Yukon. I usually come here at least twice a week if not more to see if theres any game or accessory that I need. Prices are quite competitive compared to big box chain stores like Walmart and Target and youre more than likely going to get help here then standing around waiting for a clerk at Walmart Target Etc! Id rather shop here on Black Friday for electronics related to gaming then Walmart. True fact!
