On 8/26/21 @ approx 5 p.m. I had 2 house keys made by a helpful friendly young man. Thank-you for your help.

I had a Lot of questions about which tool to buy for some yard work. The young man who waited on me was patient, and informative. Will DEFINITELY go here for any tools I need.

Very helpful when I come in with an odd bolt, broken broom handle or need some paint. Although a small store compared to the big box retailers in town, they always have what I need and the prices are equal or 10-15% higher. Considering this supports yukon and I can be in/out in 5min, this makes it very valuable for me.

This place is awesome! This is truly an old school hardware store you went to with you granddaddy or dad.... Buddy is the owner and most always available to help! Skip Lowes and try to give this place a shot for your general hardware store needs! Also, if they dont have it, they can usually have it by Thursday! Please, please please go see them!

During the quarantine, we (like so many) have been working on projects around the house. I stopped into Ace to get a couple of tools that I was hoping would help solve an issue we had. Bob Carpenter asked me how he could help me. He listened as I explained the issue we were having. He actually recommended a different solution that saved me A TON OF TIME and a little bit of money. He very easily could have just sold me what I asked for at the highest price they had in store, but he didn’t. He listened, he asked me pertinent questions and sent me out the door with a fix and the tools I needed. We have found this to be the consistent model of customer service with Bob on multiple occasions. Some stores operate to make money (no matter the cost), but Bob takes care of the customer first!! It is so refreshing to experience the great service given at Carpenter’s Ace!

Best customer service even when they are busy. If they don’t have what I need which is rare they order it for you for next time! We ordered a smoker and was still in the box. The owner insisted he put it together and then when he knew we didn’t have a truck they delivered!

Folks inside were very helpful, got what I needed and got right out, small enough to be fast, large enough to have what I needed at good prices

I dont think they have a large selection like other Ace hardware stores does maybe its because its in Yukon

This is one of the best businesses in Yukon! The store is one of the most well established and long-lasting successful hardware stores in town. The staff and service are second to none and everybody knows to go to the store when you cant find it anywhere else. Situated on Main Street about 3 miles north of the interstate. If they dont have what you need but usually have great suggestions of where you can find it. The ownership and staff is what makes this one of the best experiences.

I went in for something simple and left with a few extra parts...i ended up needing all the extras I just didnt know I needed them at the time. The guys here know what the heck they are doing.

Went in this store to get a new fuel line and primer bubble for my weed eater. Buddy took the time and explained how to replace the primer bubble. He took the time to replace my fuel line and explained what he was doing to me. This was worth a million dollars to me since I am single. This is the only Ace Hardware I will shop at. Always friendly and helpful.

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man or woman or whatever they decide to be for that day. Its often the place to locate what the bigger home improvement stores wont and cant offer. Always try ACE before quitting the search.

The people here are super helpful. Its a bit informal, but thats a good thing in my opinion. Prices might be a bit higher than other places but its worth it to support a local owner.

Great family business thats been serving Yukon, ok for over 40 years. Find items there that I cant find at the big stores. Customer service is fabulous...

Ace is the place where theyre helpful helpful people they they help me find everything that I needed that they help that they had at that store one of the most outstanding things about Ace is if you need a specific screw nut or bolt or washer they have it you dont have to buy 10 you know its the right size if you have something to compare it to machine screws they will help you find them you dont spend 20 minutes trying to find it you tell him what you need and most of the time theyll have it!!!!
