My husband shipped an entire engine on June 30th. It was lost and now no where to be found. I keep trying to get info for the manager and I keep being ignored. We have filed a dispute and it has now been almost TWO MONTHS and we have yet to receive any type of compensation for our lost package. I used to think this location was great but my opinion has definitely changed. They don’t keep their word and the way this situation is being handled is absurd and unacceptable. I have already filed a dispute with the BBB and have now escalated that. Each time I speak to the employee that his been assisting she tells me there is no update and that it can take 6+ weeks, when on the UPS website it specifies lost package claims can take up to 15 days.

I am an elderly disbled person and due to economical circumstances it was necessary for me to return an unopened $45.00 bottle of Norwegian Wild Cod liver oil For a credt. I was assisted by a UPS employee who insured me that all that was required was the shipping label that he assisted me in printing. Long story short Amazon says they did not receive the item now is charging me for the returned item. Obviously this UPS Store can not be trusted.

As most other reviews have stated the customer service here needs to be addressed. The balding big guy that “didn’t” help me had the personality of a stick. The owner of this location should have a serious talk with their employees about the customer experience they are providing.

I recently used the UPS store in Yukon (January 2020) to ship a number of special items. The staff was so helpful and professional and worked with me to make sure everything was packed to my satisfaction. Tracy spent a great deal of time meticulously wrapping and packing each item to insure nothing would be damaged in transit. Ben was very helpful and worked with me to insure that I received the best shipment rate possible. I am very grateful for their kindness and professionalism. I will definitely use this store again for my shipment needs.

I have had a business mailbox account here for almost one year. They recently lost a package, which I understand will happen, but the lack of caring from all the employees there is ridiculous, not even a I am sorry this happened to you. So now I am out $150 and the complete indifference from the staff just comes across as repugnant. A little empathy would have went a long way, but that time has passed. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my mailbox. I will take my chances with porch pirates.

Unfortunately, this UPS store is the worst I’ve ever worked with. Be careful-I’ve stood waiting for them to figure how how to send a package for 30 minutes multiple times when they first opened. Also, when asking for them to ship my packages the cheapest way possible, they have never once offered me to ship it postal, which is always cheaper, until I call them out on it. I figured they were new and gave them time to figure it out. Most recently, I went to ship my sister some essential oil as a birthday present, and they made me wait with a sleeping baby as they call some hazardous hotline...Telling me I could be liable for any harm from this essential oil. Obviously, it was fine to send and then it never got to her! I tracked the package, had her call her apartment complex, multiple times we had people looking for this package, and then it was returned as “refused”, and they won’t send it again without making me pay for it a second time! This is not the fault of either the sender or the receiver, yet this store is the only one I’ve ever had issues with. The owner seems so kind and knowledgeable, so I waited until I won’t use this store any more to warn others. But I won’t be using them.

I usually dont post reviews, but after the help that we received from Jonathan at this UPS store, I had to! We have some different issues in that we had 5 large boxes that we had to get to Oregon prior to our son leaving for college....he had decided not to take his car and we had to get his things there. Anyway, Jonathan was more help that we could have imagined in getting not only some of the things packed properly, but also with the best way to send these items. We are very grateful for his help and will never use any other location for these services!! Its not often that you have someone these days go to level that he did.

Ive visited this store several times, and Ive never been disappointed. I was extremely impressed with my last visit where they explained to me my pitfalls and misunderstandings with re-using boxes and Amazon returns. The associate provided bubbler envelopes for me to use free of charge. He sincerely hoped that my day continued to go well. Id like to thank the employees at this store for their kindness during this pandemic.

I had a package that I wanted to ship overseas. For whatever reason it got all the way to the distribution center in Kentucky and was flagged, refused and returned to sender. Im not mad that part happened . My problem is my money not being refunded to me. I called UPS and was told that there was no reason I shouldnt get a refund but had to work it out UPS store.Its frustrating because I never had problems in this store before. Now all Im getting is we checking on it.

I have used a plastic cooler to ship heavy, dense items several times with USPS and FedEx. The course of the day put me closer to the UPS store this time. WOW, I never saw such a commotion over a cooler. I assured them all is fine and Ive used this very cooler to move the same items several times. Nope, threatend me it would break and Id be liable for a clean up. Then, had to call the hazard people to see if lead could even be shipped or would require hazmat charges. What a hassle to move a small cooler with 15lbs of weight . Finally just took the package to the local USPS. Was in and out of there in less time than it took 3 people at UPS to run around looking for hazmat info.

Sent a package through this store last July (2018). The package still hasn’t arrived (it’s now June 2019). Which happens. I understand you can’t be perfect all of the time. That’s not what earned them a one star rating. That rating is the result of a complete lack of customer service. I’ve gone into the store four times in the last year only to be told that a manager will call me (surprise, no call from the manager all four times). Went in this morning and shared a little more frustration and was told “there is nothing I can do for you, if you want to talk to a manager you’ll have better luck coming in between 7:30 and 5 most weekdays”... what does that mean? If I’m lucky I can get help? Don’t bother trying to call UPS either - been there, done that. Got put on hold for over thirty minutes, transferred three times and the last transfer I somehow got hung up on. Very disappointing.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.I had a claim 3 months ago. They kept saying its under investigation by UPS. They tell me over and over they will call me and never do.They lost a NA 25 year sobriety chip. That cost 40.00 dollars plus 42.00 to ship.. plus another 40.00 to repurchase the. And supposedly it was insured for a 100.00!! I live in town. I will drive anywhere to avoid using this UPS store!!They just lie.......Im sending this review to my Facebook account and all my friends

This place is a scam I shipped a small box that was put into a padded envelope. He proceeded to measure the envelope. WRONG! You only measure boxes. By measuring the envelope he charges a higher rate. Envelopes are flat rate. I was charged over $16.00 to ship a ring. I ship 20 lb motors in larger boxes for less at work . The ring was less then a 1/2 a pound. . This was for ground service. I assume once the customer leaves it’s repacked and they pocket the extra shipping that was charged. I will never do business with these people again.

I stopped at the UPS store in Yukon, Oklahoma, and Clarence was rude, didnt smile one time, and he did not help me at all. I was having issues sending a package off of Spectrums account and he told me he couldnt find my equipment after scanning it, and he slammed my equipment down and pushed the box towards me and walked away. I understand people have bad days, but he was way out of line, and should not work for you any more, or else your store is going to get very bad reviews and all your customers are gonna end up going to Fed Ex. I know I am from now on.

This is a great store and the employees, Ben and Cindy, have got to be the best customer service employees at UPS. They are really awesome. Even though the store is new, it was immaculate and very well organized. I would highly recommend this store for your printing or mailing services.

Right now we are only giving one star this could change later I ship a fit bit 2 out right before Christmas it arrived at the address with a empty box and the seal was broken and was retape with stoch tape and we are still fighting the claim and will be talking to the ups store tomorrow will keep everyone posted about this because it didnt get taken by porch pirates it got taken by staff members so be careful what you ship just talk to them today and they are very rude people will never ever do business here again this store should be shut down they do not know how to take care of customers at all I think I will be filing a police report to get this one in court they keep saying the property is damage but thats not the case it was stolen either by there store are someone working at ups I do know the staff did know what was inside because they ask me and all they took was the fit bit #the ups store
