I drove to this Best Buy from Phoenix to pick up a purchase of a item out of stock in my local area. My item was ready for pick up as stated in the email. The store is one of Best Buys smaller, compact concepts. Its nice since nothing is too far away which eliminates need to do a lot of back and forth walking. The store has easy access from the freeway too.
Geek squad used to be the best now if you can get through they are not helpful on the phone and Im extremely disappointed in the service. The service in the store is good but its impossible to call to make an appointment. The message often says get on the computer to make an appointment but the computer isnt working!?! Theyve changed their phone service and Im terribly disappointed.
Store is well put together, organized, staff is always willing to help and on top of watching and letting others know they need help to get someone to you as soon as possible. Knowledgeable about their products, and dont belittle you for being uneducated about anything, they are happy to educate you in a respectful and kind manner.
The staff was so friendly from start to finish despite the fact that nothing was purchased. Special shout out to Chris who went out of his way to try to locate a product that they unfortunately did not have. Would recommend this store to all.
My boyfriend went in looking for something very specific and he was successful in finding it here at Best Buy. I was browsing the phones and cases, when I noticed the associates in that area clean the phones on display after being handled 👏 Thank you for doing your part in keep us safe 😌🙌 Definitely worth more than 5 stars!

They have gotten too complicated for simple items such as a screen saver. Had to go through an interview of my current information just to ask if they had what I need and they didnt. Should have just went to Amazon to start with, ugh!

I bought a GE washer dryer combo from Yuma Best Buy. They came to install several days later and could not complete the dryer installation because of having only 6 ft cords. I have a home with a wall socket in the garage that is about 6’1”. So I couldn’t get my dryer installed. I questioned Best Buy about this and they apologized but said they only carried the 6 ft cord, and I might find the linger cord at Lowe’s or Beat Buy, in Yuma.Neither business had a longer 4 pronged cord. I ended up having to buy one off Amazon and it was there one week later.But I called Best Buy and told them I now had the cord, and since installation was included in the price, they rescheduled the installation for me. All in all, 4/5. Thanks for rescheduling. But carry a longer cord.

Fast friendly service. Item that I purchased had a problem, brought it back with the receipt and recieved a prompt refund with no hassles.

They are rude the manager and workers lie to their customers to to buy things. This was the very first best buy that I have had problems with. When they move furniture they refused to put anything back. Wished they would treat their customers with upmost respect. Wished they had competition maybe just maybe they will change theirs.

Lingered around the laptops for about 20 minutes looking to purchase a new one. Nobody wanted to help me, so I left. It wasnt as if they were busy either. There were plenty of associates lingering around talking to one another. I bought a computer online (amazon). Best buy used to have much better service. Disappointed to say the least.

Overall its a really good place to shop your electronics, they might not have some things in stock but if you choose to have it delivered, besides its free shipping, youll have it shipped to you in 3 days or less.
Went in to purchase Galaxy buds pro for my boyfriend and myself. The wait wasnt long at all. Less than 5 min. The sales associate was very nice. I was in and out within 15 minutes maybe less.

Even though we did not buy a microwave. The Best Buy answered our questions. They have a decent selection and some good deals on returned items.
We went in knowing what we needed and got help from one of the workers there to help us get those items, we were in and out within 7 minutes max. They were very respectful.

The employees were worthless today. Went for a fire 10. Didnt see them right away asked if they were in stock lady went over looked said no. I looked alittle more there were over a dozen at the end of the shelf.Was buying a case it was an open box discount said hey can we open the kindle I am going to buy and make sure it fits. Aaa aaa let me go ask someone.They were just horrible. I think one of the other guys was trying to upsell a tablet to an old woman.If I could give no stars I would.

New update: I bought apple key board, apple Air. And apple pen 2. My Fiance birthday was late September and today we just tried to pair her pen. We werent able to pair it. So we came to the store to see if we can exchange it. The Manager didnt even tried to work we us. Not only it was a open box item but it was guaranteed it will work. This is very frustrating not to trust local best buy. If I would have bought it through Apple or Costco it wouldnt be a issue. This is why Best Buy is loosing customers.Just like any other store. Being only one in town. The selection is always sold out. Very frustrating to get what you want that moment. Always ready to order for you but if thats the point, I can order it online as well.

Was looking for a 16 GB micro SD. I asked an employee when I first came in looking for an SD card, and he took me straight to where they sell them. I said I was looking for the 16 GB card which he I formed me they no longer sell. The store was nice and clean and employees seemed very helpful.
Well lit and spacious parking. The in-vehicle pickup area was clearly marked and right in front. The installation department has a seperate entrance, designated with clear signage.
Such a bad experience. We were looking for a French door refrigerator. We waited and waited. Finally, Ulises came in rushing. I e tried to ask him question about the prices and some differences on the brands and he told me that he doesn’t have time to sit with us. That everything needs to be order and it will take weeks, he then walked away telling us if we need assistance to call someone else again. Bed experience, they lost a for sure customer that was willing to buy a i to right on the spot. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

My husband ordered a phone here, when we got it we needed them to transfer our info from old phone to new one. They only halfway did that. Somehow in the process my phone got kicked off account. Took a whole day to rectify with carrier since trying to talk to a real person is nearly impossible. FYI thoroughly check ALL your functions before leaving store. We traveled 100 miles one way to nearest store.
I called in to get to the mobile department I have been transferred 3 times and now on hold for 35mins and still on hold this is the worst customer service I have ever heard of.
Oscar took ownership of us and our situation/problem. Worked to schedule a mutually convenient appointment time. When we came back in for our appointment he solved our problem and answered all our questions patiently. Made us aware of next steps as needed and comfortable to return as needed. Appreciate Oscars representation of Best Buy.

I came in looking for headphones. I wanted wireless ones and they were super helpful, although they wouldnt leave us alone. I got a pair and didnt like them and they let me exchange them for a different one. Overall a very good experience. I would go back for any technology I need.

When it cant be found anywhere else, it can more than likely be found at Best Buy! My son was able to find a Switch game that he wanted that is selling on Amazon for $250 due to its rarity for $40.
Alex in the geek squad was very helpful. I came in to buy a Garmin gps for the car and a external hard drive for my laptop. The hard drives was behind glass so was unable to read about them and decide which one to buy. So needed a employee to help me. The employees would rather stand and talk to each other or play on thier phone. They was about 10 feet from me. I was there about 30 min then went to the manger, just as well talk to a wall. NO I will not go back to the Yuma Best Buy.
Dont bother calling these people. If you are asking about a product the automated phone system doesnt even put you through. It just hangs up on you. If you ask to talk to geek squad, someone picks up, asks you to hold, and then hangs up on you after about 10 minutes. Absolutely bogus. No one there knows about electronics and they dont let their employees have anything other than completely open availability while paying them next to nothing. This place sucks.
