Lets see. Make an appointment for 11:00. Show up on time. Told come back in 4 hours and we should be done. A little odd since tinting takes about an hour and a half. Come back at 3 and car is untouched. Oh. We fell behind is what they say. No phone call or anything. I left business and will go elsewhere.

I bought a Hyundai Sonata 2021 from Hyundai of Yuma. They told me the car came with free window tinting. Once they actually processed everything, they gave me a coupon to present to MCL/Express Glass & Tint for the free window tint. When I went to my scheduled appointment to MCL/Express Glass & Tint, they explained that the only free window tint is for the rear passenger doors window and the rear window. It doesnt cover the front door passenger and driver window or the front windshield. I was already disappointed at this, as I thought all windows would be covered since the opposite was never stated at any point in time. They didnt explain this to me over the phone either when I scheduled my appointment. Once there, one of the associates working that day upsold me the ceramic window tint for the front windshield. He said it would block out 99% of the UV rays from coming in and my car would be a lot cooler from the inside due to that. He showed me an example by having me insert my hand under a UV lamp and comparing a glass with the ceramic tint and a seperate one without the ceramic tint, the one with ceramic tint immediately made my hand feel cooler. However, once it was applied to my car, this was not true. There is absolutely no difference. Besides having to deal with this lie and paying over 200 dollars for this, they did a terrible job. The whole job looked messy and poorly done. Even after the 3-5 days of curing, there were permanent bubbles everywhere, streaks, scrapes, etc. They also told me it would take 2 hours for them to finish but it took them over 4 hours. Ive had to come back multiple times for them to fix and re-fix their mistake. They made me go back multiple times, which isnt easy as Im pregnant and working full time and live over an hour away. They made me waste my time, energy and money. They fixed their mistake, however, the window tint job still looks poorly done. There are bubbles all over the edges. They still didnt come close to doing a good job. They also have been very rude, as if it was my fault that they didnt do it correctly in the first place. I dont even want a refund, I just want for this business and the people working there to be held accountable. Be honest about the wait times and do your job right. Dont upsell useless services.P.s. I went in to my appointment today which they had said would only take 30 minutes. When we got there, they said due to 2 of their workers calling out, their work was backed up and we had to wait or reschedule. This is not my problem,, they couldve given me a courtesy call to let me know about this before driving an hour to get there. Also, it took 2 hours, not 30 minutes. This seems to be a pattern based on other reviews. And they messed up once during this appointment. Terrible.

I needed a windshield replacement on my vehicle and called Express Glass of Yuma. The front office went above and beyond to ensure my windshield got replaced in a timely manor. Overall, super helpful and they performed an extremely good job replacing the front windshield. Very reasonably priced as well. 10/10 would recomment

They did a great job replacing my windshield in my mustang but they advertise 1 theyll come to you when youre working and nope I had to make arrangements to get my car there, back home after that was such a stressful day since I was working 11 hr shift so I was trying to work around that too. Then for #2 they also advertise they install backup cameras so when I asked a guy about it he said no hes short handed but he can sell me 1 then laughed a little. I told him I dont need if I want I have to and I just need to get them in my truck my truck in car so I asked about other people who could be possibly put these in my car and I got a tinting place yeah they run more than tint which I had them fix my drivers widow and it was junk so why would I let them do my cameras. Um no thanks

Very unprofessional and would not recommend at all. I had been rescheduled twice and the first time they didnt bother to call before I had arrived. Couldn’t find any of my information in his little book of notes. Second time I was cancelled on as i was waiting outside the store but this time they called me 20 minutes after my scheduled time of the appointment. I understand that things happen especially right now with everything going on, but if you need to cancel on someone the least you can do is contact them a day prior. Overall, Fred is very unprofessional and do not recommend coming here.

Outstanding service. Technicians were so kind and courteous and replaced my windshield first thing this am after my insurance called them last Friday. They are top notch!!!!

He did a terrific job. He was punctual & professional. He even helped with the insurance claim. He left the car as clean or cleaner than before. The job was very well done, and he worked fast. No problems with the labor. Definitely going back if anything happens. Recommended!!

Alfredo was very professional and punctual. Called my insurance compnay Tuesday had time to see me the next morning. He said he would be there from 9-10am called me at 9:05am to say he was outside. Windshield looks very clean, nothing broken and no leaking. Will use next time.

After having a windshield replaced, and seeing sharp glass corners, I went back to talk with them about it and the guy was so rude and yelling that he doesnt have to seal the edges because thats the way the glass comes to him. I asked him to look at it and he wouldnt. He just kept saying he didnt have to do it differently and for me to leave. So unprofessional. Id never recommend this place to anyone. Obviously when they say that they guarantee their work, they lie. He was a total POS.

I AM ABSOLUTELY IN SHOCK THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE STILL IN BUSINESS! I HIRED FRED TO REPLACE MY WINDSHIELD. SO THE DAY AFTER HIS INSTALL IT RAINED AND I HAD WATER LEAKAGE THROUGH THE WINDSHIELD. IT GOT IN MY AC VENT AND I I SCHEDULED FOR HIM TO COME BACK OUT AND MAKE THIS CORRECT AND, I CONTACTED FRED NUMEROUS TIMES TO MAKE THIS CORRECT AND HE COULD CARE LESS! THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT HE CALLS ME AND TELLS ME THAT HE CANT DO THE WORK BECAUSE HE HAS NO OTHER JOBS IN MY AREA!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WHO DOES THAT THIS IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL GO ON EVERY REVIEW BOARD AND SOCIAL MEDIA SITE TO SPREAD THE WORD OF THESE PEOPLE!
