Chris and his staff have been very helpful and polite answering questions we have had. We live in a 55 plus community and Chris installed a water system on our cart. Patient and carring with us. These folks are great for the community and golf cart needs.

Took a battery in for warranty,typical process,leave battery we’ll charge it n do a load test n let u know. 1week later, oh it’s at 15% needs more charge time we’ll call you?? 2 weeks later, oh it failed(manager) ill prorate it n call u? 3 weeks later I just went over picked up my odyssey battery n went somewhere else with my business!!

Better have your receipt if your purchase wasnt on a business account. I did find my receipt so I have no issues. Otherwise, I had no recourse but to buy full price. Or, I was in the process of talking to the manager. To see what he could do for me.
