I had a great experience at the Yuma AZ store thanks to Joe, a great worker there who was honest and super nice about me loosing my phone. He was already heading to turn it in when I was looking for it frantically. He calmed me down and let me know he found it and was about to turn it in. If it were someone else they would’ve pocketed it and it would’ve cost me my job! It was a serious matter he took care of. Joe is honest, polite, & respectful thank you Joe! His mother did a great job raising him 🙏

Great store!!! A lady at the cashier named Madeline was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. There was also another worker (I didn’t catch his name) but he was very nice and offered to take the shopping cart. Overall, everyone there made it a very pleasant experience.

It’s never overly crowded and everything I need is located in that one store. It’s very clean and Covid protocols are closely followed. The prices are comparable for most items to other large retailers. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help.

The fastest pickup service available in the entire Yuma County. Most other stores take longer than 2hrs. Target is on top of it.

It was very easy to order . I also just changed to drive up before I went to pickup. Associates come and deliver right away. Awesome service with the app. Plus my coffee was cheaper at Target than Walmart.

Its not so crowded like other store and I find lots of different things that I like .

Well stocked despite being in a small city. Team members are helpful. Most people use the self-checkout lanes.

This Target is the worst. They have the worst customer service and worst managers ive ever seen. They won’t price match as stated. I’ve bought toys for my kids there and they literally chased me down making me look like a criminal because I had the cardboard box the toy came in that I paid for, and they wanted it. Literally a cardboard box. That they were going to throw away. I love Target but the one in YUMA is a joke. A literal joke.

1st time doing pickup order. I was pleasantly surprised there was not a min order amount. When I went to pick up the young lady was already waiting for me outside. I felt so bad since it was so hot outside. I know how I get when Im hot...lol.. but she was so pleasant. Thank you 🙂

The store is very clean and well maintained. I like that there is a Starbucks in our Target, even though due the current crisis, it is closed. It is a one stop shopping experience since Target has so much to offer, Food, clothes household goods, electronics etc.

Beware when you buy gift cards from the service desk. I purchased two cards $500.00 a piece. The cashier validated two of them and gave them to me. After scratching the back to reveal the numbers one did not match the receipt and was invalid. The cashier kept thegood one!

The Target Starbucks service is outstanding! The staff at the Starbucks is beyond amazing! They remember my order every time. They remember my families name and our favorite drinks. Their service is always kind and professional. They deliver a consistent product every time. Gigi goes out of her way to be sure I feel valued as a customer and I appreciate that. I could go to any of the Starbucks in town but, I choose to go out of my way to go to the Target Starbucks because of the people that work there. The Starbucks team at Target is absolutely wonderful in every way. The Starbucks Corporate stores should be sending their employees to the Target Starbucks for training on how to develop engaging and valuable relationships with customers!! A+ Service all the way!!

Today I went to pick up a crib and the lady working at the front where the pick up is was so nice! She was extremely friendly she went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed as well as gave me a baby bag and some details on registries. She asked how I was doing and told me congratulations multiple times. I’m not sure what her name was I called the store they said they think Bonnie. Anyways I was so impressed with how friendly and nice she was. Excellent customer service.

I received great help during my visit today. My wife sent me to Target to pick up an item from the dry goods section, which I was unable to locate. Alex from the Stocking and the Warehouse area was in the area, restocking the area and provided great customer service. He was professional, patient, and took the time to listen my question and promptly located the. Generally, employees at Target are helpful, but the positive attitude and great service he provided really made my day and made my visit a pleasant one. It also made my wifes day! I wanted to ensure that Alex receives positive recognition for his efforts. He seemed to have genuinely positive attitude and seems like a great asset to your team and organization.

This is a clean and well stocked Target. I forgot it was Back-to-School time and even all of that stuff wasnt a huge mess like Ive seen at other stores.There were lots of friendly employees cleaning and stocking isles and everything was easy to find and well marked for prices.We shop at Target quite and bit and this was one of the better ones Ive been in.

Awesome experience with my return today!!We received a baby swing as a gift. When we opened it, one of the metal bars was damaged. Last night, we went to return the swing. The staff allowed us to go pick out the replacement. Unfortunately, the one they had on the floor was clearly returned. They looked and had a completely new one in the back so they brought that one up. They did a price over ride because the swing was cheaper online than it was in stores. Well we went home to put the swing together and a spring snapped. Long story short: the swing wasn’t fixable. We went back this morning to return yet ANOTHER damaged swing. They did an exchange with no problems. Through both returns (last nights’ and today), I can honestly say I’m VERY HAPPY with our experience: how quick the process was and how happy/approachable and understanding all the staff memebers have been.

Great place to shop! This Target offers electronics, groceries, home decor, baby decor, clothing for men women and children, jewelry, etc! This Target recently got self checkouts which is awesome and make grabbing things much quicker! They have a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut/Pretzels place. Employees are always friendly, restrooms are kept clean! Prices are pretty competitive with other places. Overall 5/5 stars because I dont have any complaints!

How clean and safe it makes you feel when you see someone cleaning everything when somebody uses it!!!! I dont see that being done anywhere else and Yuma.

Everything was organized and staff is super professional. Only thing is, if you are looking for CDs (does anyone else buy them anymore?), you wont find a big selection. Overall it was a great shopping experience.

I like to shop here but since I dont live close by I dont get here often. They carry a variety of things. I have found some fun gifts here that elsewhere at the time would have cost me much more. When in the area I like to swing by and check out what they have. I like the fact they have a Starbucks in the store also. Pretty neat!

Found what I went there for (coffee). I was a little annoyed when there weren’t any staff working at the cash registers and you could only use the self checkout. Then, the nicest lady came and checked me out at guest services- overall a great experience.

Its the best store ever!!! Love the types of products they carry! Its got everything you need for a full shopping visit.

Merchandise at great value

I went in today to buy some brand new AirPods (charged full price) . I hadn’t even taken them out of the bag until tonight only to find out that they’re returned with a previous owner already on them. I checked to see if maybe I was mistaken but then I remembered they usually come wrapped in plastic . Mine had no plastic around it and when I checked the AirPods they had earwax in it . That’s disgusting. So disappointed.

Im from out of town and forgot my meds at hom. The pharmacy really helped and went above and beyond in helping me get a refill from my doctor out of town. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Love Target.. absolute favorite store

Love it, the starbucks inside makes great coffee all the time. Its so relaxing when theres not much people on weekdays around 8 to 10.

Always friendly staff who are happy to see you. Always has what I need and the app works awesome to find special offers and electronic coupons.

I had a cashier named Ian recently, a tall blondish man. He was very friendly and sociable and my friend and I both thought he was absolutely great.

Like a little Wal-Mart but more quality and expensive and with out the expansive department on house groceries to cook, reading books, movies, toys, electronic department, jewelry dept. School supplies, bikes, sports,bedroom accessories and home decorations, bathroom accessories. Inside store of Starbucks and pizza Hut. Restrooms,and handicapped parking spaces and bathrooms, they count with mannual wheelchairs and electric ones too.
