Hours posted are incorrect. Called at 550 pm. No answer. Also they do carry Carhartt work pants but hard to find average size pants. Been twice and just gave up. Not worth the hassle. They do have Thoroughgood boots and average sizes too. That a plus.

Ok this was the best experience yet; as a first time buyer with zero knowledge this was a time for me to become educated about everything western. Customer service was excellent; extremely helpful giving options and providing their ideas. Definitely will be back; may may a cowboy out of this Easterner

Ive been in several times and they kept telling me my boots would be in and I waited 2 months and they still didnt come in. I finally asked for my monies back and they said I would have to take a store credit because it was more than 30 days. Bad business all the way around. I never got them so I should have been given my monies back. I will never go in the boot barn again and will tell everyone never prepay for anything. Also I bought an outfit to wear with t j.g e boots and again they refused to refund my monies because it was more than 30 days. Now Im out 437. 95. I will try to sell my store credit because I will never but from them again. Sad because I usually spend about 2000.00 a year at the boot barns around the states for my kids rodeo gear. There loads. Many other great vendors to choose from.

I often buy my boots at Boot Barn and generally I am satisfied. However, what I have discovered is I need to get my new boots at the Salinas, CA location before I head to Yuma Arizona to work each winter because the Yuma location has almost nothing in large sizes. They informed me that they do not sell very many pairs of boots in large sizes so they dont keep them in stock. Interesting!

Nice place to go if you need work boots or work clothes. A big variety of western boots and clothing. The staff is very friendly, helpful and funny.

Great Boot Barn location! Mainly, Ive only been to Boot Barn in California but now that I live in Yuma, this has become one of my main stores for Western attire. They have an excellent selection and are much bigger and varied than most of the stores Ive been in, in the state of California.

Cathy at the Yuma, Az store was incredibly helpful when I needed to get a refund. She went over and beyond! Cathy called other stores for information and worked very hard to be sure my needs were met. This was especially appreciated since my experience at the Boot Barn in Mesa, Az was not as satisfactory. The Boot Barn corporation should be very appreciative of employees of Cathys caliber. Because of her I will definitely be returning.

If you are a cowboy or cowgirl this is THE store to get your duds! They have everthing from hats to boots! They also carry Minnetonka moccasins. My friends husband wore a while woven cowboy hat all the time, one for every day and one for church and special occasions. She would get hin new hats for Christmas and I would go in the store with her to help. The store clerks here are knowledgeable about all kinds of cowboy stuff and readily pass on their stuff. Even though I coukd care less about cowboy boots I would go with her because i always thought it eas a hoot shopping there

As you might imagine given the name, there are plenty of boots to be found here. The prices for those boots however, Thats something that I wasnt really expecting. Prices seemed somewhat high to me.
