Dont work at this company. Management sucks. The two owners, John Cao and Rich Wilson, turn a blind eye to the abuse by the Design Manager, Todd Taylor, Worst management I have ever worked for. They break the law by using pirated Auto-Cad. Their sign says Committed to Excellence, but it far from that. The Design Manager, Todd Taylor, is always calling customers idiots after he gets off the phone with them. Stay away from working at this company, it will only ruin your career. I had to give this company a rating of 1 star since you cant give a negative star rating. Read the many other employee reviews at various sites on line. Everyone cant be wrong, but in JMW managements eyes, they are. You have been WARNED.

WOW!!! just read the reviews about this company, and today a P. O. referred me to go there thank God for the honesty of the people that have worked there cuz I would of made a big mistake!!! So I had to give it a 1 star cuz I just cant give my opinion and post.

They always pay residential rate on commercial jobsites. They do piece work and dont pay time in a half when you go over your 40. Last time i checked thats illegal. They even do as low as paying their crane operators as low as $18 an hour. I suggest let this company be your last resort.
