This place is poorly ran. By management and assistant management return policies that don’t match their personally owned business. They make up there own that fits their needs and not the customer. Your better off going to a chain store that follow their return policies that are placed by owners that care for the consumer. Good customer service goes a long ways.

Unfortunately, the guy I talked to about a return was not the friendliest. I know this is the only place in Yuma with scrubs, I will probably just buy them some place else. 😢

They had an amazing selection of scrubs

I went in around three weeks ago to make a special order for scrubs I will be needing soon, and I was told they would be ready in a week. I was with the girl as she wrote down the order and took my name, number, etc. Three weeks went by and I hadn’t received a call yet. I called the store to ask about my order and the call was ended while I was placed on hold. I decided to go in person instead. I was attended by a man who I believe is the owner of the store. I explained to him what I was there for and he could not find my order written down anywhere. He had very poor customer service skills. I became upset because after waiting three weeks for scrubs I need for my new job the manager was adamant on the order not being there as if it was my fault the employee made a mistake. He was rude and seemed frustrated at the fact that I kept insisting my order was made. He seemed bothered when I asked if I could look through the sheets myself and when I asked if he could ask the girl who took my order down. He said no and stated all the orders they have were in those papers. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he just stood there frustrated at me (the customer) for a mistake the store made. Unfortunately this is a personal-owned business and there is no one I can go to complain about the owner.I am upset because1. This was a mistake made by them misplacing my order2. I had to be the one to address the issue3. When I addressed it I was met with rudeness4. The owner never apologized and didn’t offer a solution5. Now I have to wait longer to receive my scrubs

Didnt carry any sport shirts, has plenty of hats but no shirts. Carries only certain amount of Metal Mullisha shirts for men. Disappointed...

I have visited the store on multiple occasions and they never have a the soccer Jersey in stock, only Jersey for mostly one team. The excuse is always the same. We dont have any of the other teams or this is all we have. No Jersey for team USA, or any other teams only Mexico. Why is this?
